61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Idea: How to increase bitcoin demand on: September 12, 2018, 12:05:22 PM

Contact e-commerce websites like Amazon, and request that you want to pay with Bitcoin, Ether or any other coin you like.

It can be done by using site's feedback or contact us forms.

This way we can create demand because good e-commerce sites care about their users. And they know that the more payment methods you have the higher the conversion rate (the % of people who buy something) because some users can use only 1 method of payment. For example, some americans can only pay with Paypal while some venezuelans can only pay with Bitcoin, etc. So, if the site supports more payment methods it will convert more orders on average.

To increase the demand for implementing cryptocurrency payments in e-commerce sites we just have to request that using the contact us or feedback forms. The more people give feedback to their favorite online retailers the more people will start using bitcoin as payment method (now that we have segwit).

The more people do this the more demand for Bitcoin there will be.

Thanks to those who do that.
Currently online shopping trends are increasing, and I think good e-shopping sources will attract more attention to bitcoin than others. I hope other sites will follow this trail because it will bring attention to the crypto-world and we will get all the benefits from it as a bitcoin holder, this can have an impact on the increase in Bitcoin prices.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think ETH will be bounce back? on: September 12, 2018, 10:33:35 AM
Hello. Do you think they have chance to bounce back again ETH this year or not? Poll and thoughts now.
Do not be fooled by the current decline, sometimes what you see in the crypto market is not the real situation. we all know that the price of Ethereum is based on market demand, the higher the demand the price will rise, but if more supply the price will go down. this is what is utilized by large capital investors to manipulate prices, because they hold a large supply of Etheurem coins. I am personally surprised by the current decline. and I still believe this coin will rise again. but a matter of time I can't comment because everything takes time.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rolls Royce is accepting bitcoins on: September 12, 2018, 10:18:40 AM
I really don't think it's just Rolls Royce but other car manufacturers have a tendency to actually allow bitcoin as a basis for transactions in buying cars, but I think this applies to countries that adopt Bitcoin, where Bitcoin is recognized as a legitimate payment instrument in his country. and car companies have also realized that average Bitcoin is owned by rich people who are able to buy luxury cars, hopefully this can make Bitcoin adopted by some luxury dealers even by all countries.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: September 11, 2018, 10:34:23 AM
I have one question that really bug me sometimes, Are ICOs going to end or new ideas and projects will emerge along with ICOs. Many of us actually rely on bounty to earn other than investing. As long as there is ICO I believe there will be bounty. It will be a sad day for us if ICOs are declared officially dead.
I think there will be many companies competing on blockchain technology, and that will affect the number of ICOs, because with the ICO, the company will be more advanced but what I fear is that there are many ICO scams that can eliminate ICO investor confidence and I am also afraid of ICO lacking investors.
65  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Nowadays, even ordinary laptops can mine bitcoins. on: September 11, 2018, 10:23:25 AM
I think Bitcoin or altcoin mining using laptops is not a good idea because it will seriously damage laptop motherboards, the difficulty of bitcoin mining is very high and as we know that the power generated by the GPU is small, if used to mine bitcoin as said by combining much computing power computer, then the laptop will definitely be damaged and so this should not be finished.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you surprised at the price of ETH? on: September 11, 2018, 09:36:42 AM

Are you surprised at the price of ETH? what is the reason?
I personally am the holder of Ethereum and I am surprised to see the current decline, I do not understand what happened with this coin, even though this coin is a platform for some legitimate ICOs. maybe this decline was due to bad news about crypto and some scam ICO projects.
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you use Bitcoin as a practical currency? on: September 09, 2018, 04:32:44 PM
Actually, it depends on the community or the people around you. if bitcoin is legal in your country and they already accept bitcoin as a currency, it will be easier to use it as a currency. then it's good to use buying and selling.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO prediction 2019 on: September 09, 2018, 04:20:53 PM
I think that in 2019 ICO will be still alive, ICO investors will be smarter and only join good ICO. No more lands for bad and scam ICO. 2018 is not a good year for investors because most of token dumped below ICO price. Do you think 2019 is a good year for ICO and all tokens pump after ICO like it was in 2017?
Yes, I agree with your statement that in 2019 the ICO will stay alive, because after the many fraudulent ICOs that occur during 2018, investors will be more careful in choosing the ICO project so that fraudulent projects will be deserted from investors and disappear from the surface. but what I fear is investors who are traumatized by ICO fraud. they will go and look for other investment alternatives.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banned in Sri Lanka on: September 09, 2018, 04:12:58 PM
Last past months Sri Lanka's Main Bank (Bank of Ceylon) was banned cryptocurrencies in Sri Lanka. What do you think is the reason for that ? Huh
I think it's only normal for the government and banks to ban cryptocurrency because there are many frauds that were previously withdrawn involving bitcoin around Southeast Asia that is why Sri Lanka Bank takes steps and lets their people know about the risks involved. but it's just a ban, not a direct ban, and they can still access Bitcoin.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Change Your Mind About Bitcoin on: September 07, 2018, 04:04:44 AM
Many people express different types of bitcoin. Someone says Bitcoin is not a currency. Again someone says that Bitcoin is only a bubble, it will never be universally recognized. Some countries have banned Bitcoins so that illegal activities will not be increased in the country. Because some of time bitcoin use for terror works. Some people say that investment in bitcoin is not profitable. There are some other such complaints about Bitcoin.

But the funny thing is that even though there are so many complaints, Bitcoin has become popular all day around the world. I think we need to change our mind about bitcoin's. Cool

Really, people's complaints about Bitcoin are correct?
People complain about Bitcoin in my opinion there are 2 possibilities, the first they have failed in investing in Bitcoin or they do not understand Bitcoin in depth, the evidence to date many people have entered into Bitcoin investment until Bitcoin has become popular all day around the world. the point is that people really try to learn more about Bitcoin because they are aware of the profits generated from investing in Bitcoin. just ignore people's complaints about Bitcoin, because they won't make profits from Bitcoin, they will only damage your faith in Bitcoin.
71  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will actually happen if bitcoin price continue to drop? on: September 06, 2018, 06:45:01 PM
I was reading on some threads here and it made me wonder what will actually happen if the price of bitcoin continues to drop? And who will be affected more by this: bitcoin miners? Buyers? What do you think guys?
If Bitcoin continues to fall it means that in the market there are more sales than demand, some are happy with this situation, because they can buy Bitcoin at a low price, but when that happens it will affect miners absolutely, because they cannot pay their electricity for their rig. In addition, buyers will lose a lot of the money they have.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Very soon we will see a new wave of market growth!!! on: September 06, 2018, 06:24:13 PM
I believe in the cryptocurrency market and believe in its huge potential. Though now and not the best times in the market. But experienced investors understand that this is only a correction of the market, which is a consequence of the significant growth of the market before!  But I think that many newcomers now need support. I wish us all patience! Soon we will see a new wave of growth, there is very little!!! For those who are quite sad reminded that " those who in 2013 and 2014 believed in the basic cryptocurrency ideas and invested very little in crypto-coins, then, a few years later, became super-rich»
What I know is that an experienced investor will never be interested in looking back but they always think ahead, they always think to make a profit in all situations including when the market is bearish, because they always make money at every stage of the market. Bull market, bear market, they are always profitable once they invest. And I am optimistic about the future of Crypto which will profit those who believe in it.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just got a little extra money and want to invest in crypto, should I? on: September 06, 2018, 06:06:29 PM
Hi I just got some extra money and I'm looking to invest, I want to invest in BTC but the price is too high for me,  what do you think will be the next BTC
one you can buy low and make a good profit when it burst?

You are right Bitcoin prices are too expensive for small capital investors, but you can still invest in Bitcoin because Bitcoin can be divided into the smallest part, but the profits are of course small, because all investment returns are determined by the capital invested. if you look for another coin that has an explosion like Bitcoin I think it's difficult.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC? on: September 06, 2018, 05:41:27 PM
150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC?
Almost worth the same value now,  but which one is better for holding untill DEC 2018?
If I have to choose, I will choose to divide it into 70% -30%, 70% for Bitcoin and 30% Ethereum, because even though Bitcoin is still the goal of most investors, but I still believe in Ethereum, because Ethereum is accepted in many legitimate ICO project. so I'm sure this coin can rise again.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I LOVE PANIC SELLERS on: September 06, 2018, 05:02:53 PM
All I know about panic sales is an issue that is deliberately created to damage the faith of Bitcoin holders, and usually those who are affected are people who have less knowledge about Bitcoin, if this works they will laugh and make a big profit from panic sales.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cut losses on: September 04, 2018, 02:54:50 PM
OK so I bought ETH a while back when it was 600 dollars.

Now that ETH is 275 is it a good move to sell my ETH and buy back in? Wouldnt profit be faster when market picks up like that or not?

Please help me understand
Why do you sell it if you will buy it back at the same price? in my opinion it's foolishness, you better collect more capital to buy more Ethereum at the current price, if you buy more Ethereum at the current price, with a slight increase you can cover your losses.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the Biggest Bubble in Human History? on: September 04, 2018, 02:48:44 PM
The market is finally showing some weakness after a wild post-election stock market run-up, and it's taking Bitcoin with it. At least so far.

Three years ago, Bitcoin was under $400, a price I thought was too high even then. As far as I'm concerned, Bitcoin has no intrinsic value and should be worth nothing. So why does anyone think it's worth thousands (and in some cases, millions) of dollars?
It's the theory of false scarcity. There are a limited number of bitcoins in the world and the usage of blockchain technology has assigned the ownership of each coin to specific wallets owned by individuals. So to take "ownership," I have to use the universal blockchain mechanism, accepted by all as valid, to transfer a coin.
If it's true Bitcoin doesn't have intrinsic value and it's worth nothing. for what people are struggling to buy and offer to own Bitcoin? because I realize how valuable Bitcoin is to date, making people struggle to get it. I think the value of thousands of dollars or more is very feasible for one Bitcoin because this is the greatest invention in the banking sector.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto to be abandoned on: September 04, 2018, 02:33:11 PM
With the decline in coin prices and with the increasing number of ico who failed the crypto world began to be abandoned is this a sign that crypto is being abandoned and investors are starting to not trust ico?
There are people who leave Crypto, but not all, only part of the proof is that you and I are still here, those who leave Crypto are those who enter the world of cryptocurancy without knowledge and only follow trends so that when the market falls they leave with their losses. so it's very important about crypto risk awareness before going into the crypto market to create a strong community and build a stable market.
79  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My small advice about crypto market on: September 04, 2018, 02:13:08 PM
Many people are still hesitant between trade and hold. In my opinion, Investment is different from speculation is that you spend time and knowledge for it. When you trust and understand, you will not be afraid of the volatility of the market. It's an investor or a HOLDER. It's very good, but I think you get to know the market, trade, the cycle of market so you can be an investor, a smart holder.
"Don’t be a blind bull. ALL markets are cyclical. Don’t be afraid of pullbacks or market crashes – that’s where you can make the most money"
It makes sense to make this a foundation before entering the world of cryptocurancy. This is a cycle and don't be afraid of market volatility. You only need to take advantage of every opportunity that comes, learn first before you make a purchase or sale because currently the crypto market is difficult to guess, and awareness of risk is the most important thing to keep your mentality in the face of market crashes.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: MARKET IS RED AGAIN on: September 04, 2018, 01:49:49 PM
May be this year is the worst year for the crypto. market is very uncertain and no one knows the reason All we have is just a "hope" do you really believe that crypto will revive again.. i am losing hope now
The crypto market is determined by supply, where high demand will lead to a green market, and vice versa if the red market means low demand while high sales, tidal coin prices will never be stable, because if you are observant there are many opportunities there, you can make short-term investments, or buy altcoins more for long-term investments because currently altcoin prices are relatively cheap. don't give up! This is only temporary.
