1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: April 30, 2024, 11:21:03 PM
SMB have created a complete definition of a super team, mixed with veterans who can still play and some best players on other team before that have join them. They already have the offense, anyone can step up in this team, we can name, CJ Perez, Cris Ross, JMF and even Marcio, nothing is stopping this guy when he is hot.

Just take it with a grain of salt as that was already the usual scene in PBA every All-Filipino Conference.

SMB is always the team to beat during the pure local player's conference especially when they are playing with a full healthy lineup.

Wait for the next import conference (Governors Cup & Commissioners Cup) and you can't expect SMB to always dominate most of the games.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favorite to lose slot game on: April 30, 2024, 08:23:59 PM
This time let’s discuss about your favorite to play slot games that gives you losses often times but you keep coming back for more because you are expecting to win big someday after feeding the slot too many bets.

It's hard to think that a gambler will always return to a specific slot game if losses are the only result they are getting regularly.

If the goal is to expect to win big someday, then the obvious approach should be, to find the luck in another slot game.

For sure there's a specific reason for choosing that specific slot and why a gambler keeps playing at that slot despite a continuous losing streak. The only reason I can think of is, that slot game gives them a big winning before and they want to experience it again. Chasing that big winning experience again on that specific slot game, these gamblers are not aware that they are losing big money now playing on that slot game.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the least risky gambling game at online casinos? on: April 30, 2024, 07:44:00 PM
Please recommend non-slot casino games that are fun and have interesting odds.

Your options are skill-based games and sports betting and from reading the whole post you might end up in sports betting.

I'm not sure how you define "fun" but you should try to find that by yourself. What if you found sports betting boring? No need to do deep research to start sports betting as basic knowledge is enough. Advanced knowledge will learned as long as you keep on doing sports betting.

Doing sports betting for quite some time regularly will now give you a clear answer about the "interesting odds" you are looking at.

5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: In what cases does Binance asks for source of funds ? on: April 18, 2024, 08:40:42 PM
I have seen some threads online of members complaining that Binance put a hold on their accounts and asked for source of funds. In what cases does this happen and how to avoid it ?

I think one of the reasons is;

- it has to do with the volume of incoming and outgoing transactions without any record of the user's activity in trading.

It's not that we are talking about thousands here but for an amount we can consider "huge", it might trigger the alarm. Honestly, I didn't see yet a user with that case, mentioned to the public if the reason for the account freeze was disclosed to them by Binance.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do casinos do with inactive accounts? on: April 16, 2024, 11:21:53 PM
What do casinos do with inactive accounts? And what does inactivity mean - not logging in to your casino account or logging in say every two months without playing any game? I also learned that there is something called a dormancy fee or maintenance charges on those inactive accounts which covers for administrative cost incurred by those accounts. I learned that the deduction is from the remaining balance in the account. What about inactive accounts without any balance?

Terms about inactive accounts vary per online casino. Most of the time, it's not stated in the Terms of Service.

As far as my knowledge is concerned about that:

- at most sites, it's totally fine if a user is inactive even for a couple of years
- there should be an email notification regarding account closure because of inactivity

On the other hand, what type of fee is charged on an active account?

They are active, right? What fee are you referring to?
7  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: April 16, 2024, 10:45:51 PM

Imagine, if less than that ang nagawa nila, walang Warriors na makikita after regular season games.

Keys to win for GSW?

- Support Steph Curry as always.
- Bigyan ng more playing time iyong mga role players na malaki ang naiambag during the last 12 games run.
- Limitahan ang offensive phase ni Sabonis at Fox. Langyang mga to pag sumabog kahit bantay sarado, parang target shooting ang bucket.
- More importantly, wag mag-tantrums si Draymond Green. Cheesy
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling: Modern entertainment or highly addictive game? on: April 16, 2024, 10:07:44 PM
Are your feelings different from when you play traditional gambling? Does it affect your gambling habits when you play online? Please share your experiences here.

I should say, that nothing big changed in my gambling experience between traditional gambling and online gambling.

The same feeling, the same excitement, the same almost everything. Of course, it's just that it's more convenient doing online gambling but not a big deal to consider for the sake of comparison, at least for me. I can compare it to when we played our childhood activities and hobbies outside our homes then nowadays, switch to online activities more.

Always expect innovation and different trends as time progresses, especially in the big industry of gambling.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Illegal Books on: April 13, 2024, 07:36:18 PM
There are a plethora of illegal books, many run by college students, young adults and even teens. How secure are these websites??

Whether the bookies are operated by youngsters or not, as long as they comply with everything legal to make their business legit, that's all good. As per security, no one can determine how good it is but if they are legit, just hope that their technical staff are doing their very best to make everything secure.

What I am really asking is how easy (possible) would it be to hack the site and change a users balance without being detected??

Do you mean a third-party hacker will hack the site and then change the user's balance?

If a hack happens, VISUALLY, what you see in the user's balance is as is. Users will not notice it but expect that the site's operation will freeze.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does prediction in sport work for you? on: April 09, 2024, 08:09:00 PM
If you are interested in gambling on sports, do you rely on prediction betting sites? Why?

Relying on is not an appropriate word for me but rather I considered these review sites as references to complete my analysis on that pre-match. It's better to combine what I have and what I see on review sites (not just prediction betting sites). There are lots of sites that also include the analysis of why the prediction turned out like that.

Self-knowledge about the match itself is not enough that's why referring to review sites can be considered. These sites have much more information compared to what we currently just know. Again, the information there will act as a reference but the final decision should depend on our final analysis.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you depend on game predictions by supercomputers? on: April 09, 2024, 06:07:07 PM
Do you think these predictions are reliable?

Predictions are wild guesses that were backed up by some factors. It shouldn't be a question if those are reliable or not.

These predictions will just show the possible outcome of the match. The only advantage of these AI or sort of, about making predictions, they have the tools to access different sources making the analysis much more complete and well-detailed.

Rather than rely on these predictions, to the point we will stake a bet for it, why not just collect instead the data that they will provide and apply it to our analysis? The information provided by these AI is a big help and a good reference while we make our own analysis.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times all-in save your bankroll? on: April 06, 2024, 07:32:02 PM
I knew that most of us here experienced doing an all-in bet whenever when we are already down significantly amount of our bankroll and already get tired to slowly earn back your losses.

I have done this several times already not because of the deteriorating bankroll or losses but mostly because my starting bankroll hasn't even improved in several hours of playing. For example, starting bankroll was $100 and let's say after 6 to 7 hours of playing (of course with breaks), the bankroll just yielded a total of $120-$150.

A profit is a profit, yes. But I consider that as a total waste of time as nothing happened after long hours of playing.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it right to advice other people against gambling for personal reasons like?? on: April 06, 2024, 06:56:03 PM
Do you guys think it's OK to advice other gamblers to quit gambling simply because of your own bad experience, does your bad experience mean that every other gambler out there will also have the same bad experience?
I will like some really useful discussions around this topic.

It's not about being right or not, but everyone has the right to give advice based on their personal experience.

Now, as a reader or listener, it depends on how will you react to it.

-Will you take it seriously?
-Will you take it as just another never-ending basic advice?
-Will you take it as "ah ok"

Sharing bad experiences in gambling is common. Take it or ignore it, your call.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: April 02, 2024, 03:39:37 PM
SMB is still the team to team, with a healthy JMF, SMB will dominate the paint and most likely they'll win the champion.
However, Ginebra vs SMB seemed to be a good match up, crash that Magnolia as sometimes they are boring to watch due to their offense not really that good especially the outside shooting, and Ginebra has more fans so the finals will be more fun.

Since it's the All-Filipino Conference, expect San Miguel Beermen to be always the team to beat especially with Fajardo on board.

Since that was the always situation in every AFC, I'm sure other top teams like Gin Kings and Magnolia already have a strategy to contain Fajardo as possible as they can be in the paint while also guarding SMB's sharpshooters on the perimeter.

However, we still don't know if SMB can maintain the top spot as who knows a surprising and unexpected thing will happen along the way.

We are just in the early phase of the elimination game anyway and there are still several games left.

16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Crypto-gambling platform that supports JILI game provider on: March 27, 2024, 09:19:39 PM
JILI game provider is one of the popular (or maybe the most popular) game providers here in our country. I think the entire local online casinos operating here, licensed or not, do have JILI as one of their supported game providers. I'm a regular slot games player and I believe in a thing called "beginner's luck" at any slot games, well because of my own experience.

Specifically, my favorite games here are Boxing King and Golden Empire and I think I already ended up playing with 20+ local online casinos here and have that beginner luck win at each of those playing the mentioned games.

I want to try my beginner's luck playing those said games at crypto-gambling platforms. Right now, BC.GAME is my only known crypto-gambling site that supports JILI game providers and yes, already experienced beginner's luck there too playing those said games.

Does anyone know other crypto-gambling sites that support JILI game providers?
I can do the research by myself but no harm in asking the community

P.S. The site should have an ANN thread here regardless of whether the discussion there is active or not.

Thank you so much. Smiley
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: March 27, 2024, 07:13:13 PM
The Mavs are not weak on the inside anymore with Gafford and Lively defending the rim. Mavs is strong.

To complete the list of those guys who made the Mavericks' defense tough, I'm also gonna give credit to P.J. Washington for showing impressive defense. He's the one who contained both Sacramento Kings key scorers Domantos Sabonis, mostly on low post, and De’Aaron Fox on the perimeter. The same performance was also shown by him in the previous game against the Utah Jazz.

I like what he said a few days ago that the Mavericks already have 2 of the best scorers in the league and what they need to do is to accompany these guys with their good defense. Impressive chemistry even though he's just played only 5 games with the team.

That's how teamwork is supposed to be. Hope they will maintain that good phase for a long.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: March 27, 2024, 06:12:25 PM
I'm 50/50 on it right now, but Jake only seems to be the slight favourite with the bookies right now.

Speaking of Favorites, I tried to search if "official" odds are available right now. I understand that it's about 4 months to go before the fight so official odds might not come out yet at this time but at least, maybe we can find some unofficial odds, or also called preliminary odds, from some famous bookmakers.

According to this site, there's still no official odds yet as of their last update several hours ago.

The unofficial odds available out there are provided by one of the head oddsmakers of a popular sportsbook, the odds are:

Jake Paul: -360
Mike Tyson: +300

If ever that odds prediction will somehow close to the official odds, it might be worth putting some on Tyson.

However, for me, I'm not really sure if a serious fight will happen here.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you avoid some games because of racism? on: March 27, 2024, 05:40:56 PM
Especially on sports betting we see some racism happening and this happened in most of the league that are popular of which so many persons bet on. It bothers me to ask, that imagine you placed a bet and somehow you have 80% assurance that it would come out successful. And on the process of waiting for the game to end there was some racism manipulation in the game which made you lost the game. It could be football or other sports cause its mostly found in sports.

Racism is a big word. Are you sure those manipulations on some sports or matches before on your head are because of racism?

I'm also not sure about this but my question is, is there an incident already of game fixing or rigging just because of racism as a main reason? Usually, since sports betting is business, manipulation will happen because of certain factors but not because of racism. Besides, how can they manipulate the game if the team that will put on a racist act is dominating the whole game that even refs or anyone can't stop them?

Anyway, as a bettor, I will bet based on my analysis regardless of the sport. Aside from that, I'm sure small leagues or local leagues which are more prone to game-fixing are not usually listed on sportsbooks because of low market.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cruel level of addiction, causing harms and still keeping it up on: March 27, 2024, 05:00:19 PM
Well, they won't realize that they already have a high addiction. Maybe they will realize this when all their assets are gone, they have debts everywhere and no money at all. Finally, they realize that they are addicted to gambling to the point where their life collapses.

The worst, even with that bad situation that is happening to them, to the point that they have no assets left, debts everywhere, and every worst financial status we can put as an example, there's still no realization about what their current status since they have one purpose, to hope for the best just by doing gambling. The focus is only there since they think gambling is the only way to recover from everything.

With a situation like that, there must still be someone to give advice so that things change for the better and nothing bad happens to cross his mind.

I agree with this. Since these people don't have proper working minds already, someone needs to notice them. These people who are already in a dark situation won't be able to help themselves anymore and they need someone to light them. With an effort and patience, soon these people will return to their normal state and will changed for good.
