1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [CREA] Decentralized Communities that reward creators of digital arts on: January 15, 2020, 02:53:38 PM
Hey guys. I can't find the CREA market on exrates any more, have they delisted it?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [VITE] [DAG + Smart Contract] Vite | Asynchronous Architecture on: December 16, 2019, 07:45:42 AM
Can someone explain the reason for having a hard fork only six days after the last one? From what I can see the only significant change is that there is now an additional 7 day delay to retrieve any VITE that a user was staking. It doesn't seem like a coincidence that this protocol change was rushed out exactly one day before the Binance listing. A very shady move. It keeps a lot of coins off the market leaving the insiders who knew about this in advance (and who no doubt unstaked their VITE) to sell at potentially inflated prices. I'm quite impressed by the strategy behind it, but it makes me believe this team isn't at all to be trusted.
Hello, OrsonJ
You can notice that HardFork was planned before Voting ob Binance https://medium.com/vitelabs/important-vite-mainnet-2nd-hard-fork-c97bdf2b5b00, so everyone could withdraw their Stakes in time.

No. Are you not a member of the team? I'm talking about hard fork #3 that was done only six days after that one. https://forum.vite.net/topic/3101/ann-attention-all-vite-nodes

Why?

Vite will be definitely listed to Binance. The 2nd project has no chances. They dont have community at all. Lets vote guys. Vite is deserved to be on Binance   Roll Eyes

It's not guaranteed, they might have a small community with deep pockets so we need to keep voting. Fingers crossed!

Hi. I noticed there's a discrepency between CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko about the current circulating supply:

CoinMarketCap: 415,162,655 VITE
CoinGecko: 113,953,676 VITE

Anyone know which one is right?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: December 02, 2019, 06:09:21 PM
I have to say that new waves exchange looks great , works great , everything is smoothly , lovely interface so this is maybe the only positive tech coming to waves in this year which is kinda sad. I'm still waiting to see what marketing team is gonna do until the end of the year as Sasha told us in AMA that marketing team is preparing something for the community and the project and I do hope this time it will reflect on the price as we're ATL in satoshis.

I'm a bit out of the loop on Waves. I know market cap isn't everything, but it's pretty astonishing to see it with a lower market cap than something like Verge. With the new exchange do Waves holders get a share of the revenue/fees or anything like that?
Greetings. You can lease your WAVES coins right in the Waves Exchange: https://waves.exchange/ . Leasing will provide you an opportunity to receive about 6% on annual basis.
ROI calculator (https://vis.pywaves.org/roi-calculator/) was created by one of our very active community members and advisors of Waves Exchange, so you can easily calculate it on your own taking into account your stake.
The list of the active leasing pool within the network can be found within "Leasing pools" category on the official forum: https://forum.wavesplatform.com/c/pools
Pools' terms & conditions, their distribution policy, and many other details can be found there as well.

Kind regards,
Waves Community Manager

Thanks for the info. Where do exchange fees and profits go?
The network is stored by nodes, so 6 WAVES per every block is miners' reward

No, these fees:

They go to miners?

Obviously we can all see hamoksha88's opinion, but does anyone have any more information on the status of this project? One of the co-founders (Vinicius Melo) posted this in the Telegram group the other day:

No, we will soon launch a revised roadmap with all future deadlines.

Not getting my hopes up, but at the very least the guy is still alive.

Volume is low on Bittrex, Fexpro Chineese exchange has more volume.  Our community loves to support the network via "staking" and are not willing to sell or trade at these levels. We are actively working on Nighthawk due out December 1st, 2019. Our community is excited as we are working on all our roadmap feature upgrades. You may find us on Telegram.

Are you still planning to release Nighthawk on December 1st?

No they aren't. It seems there was only official communication in the Telegram channel and not in here nor twitter or other social channels.
It's postponed. See iocoin.io - timer is gone. More work needs to be done at the wallet so people can use it properly.

To be expected I guess, always hard estimating these things. Do they have an updated time frame for it?

The INSN/BTC market on livecoin.net still works.
Trading is on but a few days ago I tried to deposit and guess what, the wallet is on maintenance, cannot deposit to trade.

Still no sign of Bittzy or notnormals?
Both of them wasn't been seen for a long time, but it looks CryptoCoderz was last active on 19th Nov 2019.

That's a shame. This one's listed on coingecko too, but I've never used it:

CoinMarketCap has InsaneCoin tagged as "Inactive"
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/insanecoin/

beacause there is no market anymore for Inasane

The INSN/BTC market on livecoin.net still works.

Phew! You guys are working at a hell of a pace, I'm excited to see how the marketplace develops.

Do you have any plans for marketing/community building/forming partnerships? Things that will encourage adoption and use? I noticed the roadmap on the website only really covers development.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Zano on: August 08, 2019, 02:27:58 PM
Zano is built on the same guts that Monero is. Or are you saying that you are part of the Cryptonote team?

Wow! Confirmation from FluffyPony too, that's incredible.

Still less than half of all BBR swapped. Anyone have any idea how much is stuck on Poloniex?

Thanks, i submitted it. I am not sure if the Kucoin will do anything on the volume. But at least it's decent and will be one more place to buy an sell.

Good work. Not sure if our votes will help though, feels like there are others who want it a bit more than PART.
