What reason did it get banned for, and who was the one in control of the account that caused the ban?
Question for the moderator that eventually reads this thread: How are ban evasions handled with shared accounts. In a regular ban scenario, a user is banned (as a person) and thus all their accounts are banned. If an account with shared access from users X gets banned, are all users affected by this ban, or is just the user that caused the ban (thus violated forum rules) banned together with their shared account. If so, how is it determined which user is affected by/included in the ban. tl;dr: Does Wapinter get a free pass to evade their ban here due to the fact they gave access to their bounty account to other users or are they held responsible for the actions made in their name? Wapinter is my personal account that I never share with anyone.My other account is shared one and I created it after i was allowed by forum moderators |

I think the focus of every scam exposing thread is on me. Instead of finding ways to prevent scam ICOs just neg rate their manager.But will it stop scam ICOs?They will find just another guy to get their bounty posted.Should not we be concentrating more on finding ways to prevent scam ICOs instead of putting all blames on managers?

In this post, the user Wapinter admits they are in control of the two accounts btvGainer and Wapinter Bounty Portal. They also admit they never sold/bought any accounts, which would mean that they have always been in control of those accounts. I only own 2 other accounts besides this one.Btvgainer and Wapinter bounty portal.I am not involved in account selling.I still own all my accounts.
Furthermore, they also admit that WBP is currently banned (for 30 days, apparently). They admit that the ban is not yet lifted and still active. I promptly lock the thread as soon as I learnt that a campaign I am managing is dubious. Unfortunatly xeonframe was posted by Wapinter bounty portal which is not available due to ban for 30 days hence I can not lock the thread but I am deleting the forms and posting this info in spreadsheet too.
Combining #1 and #2, they openly admit to be evading the ban on WBP with their alt account Wapinter, which they use to manage/bump the bounty threads posted by (the currently banned) WBP.

I don't think campaign managers have a duty to research the project in as much depth as you suggest. They're just taking on a job, and when any of us apply for a job we usually assume good faith on the part of the employer. It also assumes the manager is capable of and has the time to delve into detective work. I think what you're saying shifts the blame way too much onto the campaign manager's shoulders. What if there's a critical detail that the manager misses? If a project turns out to be a scam, and they're in the middle of running a campaign, I think it's enough for a manager to do as Yahoo62278 just did and end the campaign. Basically it comes down to the question of whether we're assuming a project is a scam until proven otherwise or legitimate until proven to be a scam. There have been enough scams such that we probably ought to be assuming all ICOs are, but I don't think it's a campaign manager's duty to expose them before taking on the job of manager. So basically someone with a Senior account can get 50 stakes per week and someone with twitter can get at least 250 stakes per week?How this is fair to signature participants? There are always less participants in signature campaign than twitter campaign.A stake in signature campaign will give more more btc than in twitter campaign. Yes but we have made it clear that this involved risk but if it hit the hard cap,this is going to be the biggest campaign
2.Successfully raising the soft cap is a good news but it doesn't guarantee that they will be able to reach the hard-cap for whatever reasons.
I agree that there is no guarantee that hard cap will be reached but even if hard cap is not reached,bounty will be paid from whatever amount they raise during ICO
3.You are ban evading and promoting shady projects with false information as this one.
I request you to edit the title and move this thread to Alt-coin bounties or something.There is no bitcoin involved right now and doesn't guarantee it ever will be.
