C-cex is crap. Hopefully NOC can get rolling and Bittrex will take notice. No need to rush to get on a known scam exchange.
The main incentive when it comes to c-cex is that it's an exchange with a larger user base and therefor more volume. I will try and get in contact the guys from Bittrex to see if this project is eligible for an add. The difficulty is crazy high sometimes. Why is this? You just launched and I need 100MH to make a dent in the block. Great idea tho. Bad choice for picture of company on your new wallet. I understand if Monsanto bought them it would have brought money. But wow, there are so many other better choices. Dafuq.
I am unsure why the difficulty is what it is currently. However, the most recently mined blocks seem to be under a difficulty of 50. At launch the diff was over 1000. Do keep in mind that the block rewards were much higher at launch than they are now (see the first page of this thread). As for the merger deal between Monsanto and Syngenta, it's definitely interesting that Monstanto pulled their bid thus ceasing any further acquisition talk. |

New wallet in two weeks? woooooo! We should get this coin on CCEX, even though it is run by a scammy rusky bastard. Has more liquidity than yolobitch though.
I would love to get this coin into c-cex! Unfortunately Yuriy (I think that's how you spell his name) is persistent on the dev team paying him 3BTC to list! Not sure about you guys, but paying an exchange owner to bring volume to their exchange is repulsive. Anyone able to figure out when POW mining runs out on this coin?

8/24/15 Update:We are pleased to announce that our new wallet is nearly ready. The TradingView feed has successfully been linked to our wallet which was quite a feat in itself. Also, we have partnered up with another set of developers from a different coin and together we will be launching a new trading exchange. Now for what this announcement is really about! Below you will see a screenshot of the wallet as of August 19th. In the top right part of the screen you see Dow Jones and SYT. In the Dow Jones drop down you will be able to choose from Dow Jones and the Nasdaq. In the SYT drop down you will be able to trade any company that is listed. The company's logo, some brief information about the company itself, as well as the most recent news (in real time) will be shown. Finally, leveraged trading will be available. How? People willing to loan $NOC will be paid with interest each day their $NOC is held. The swap system will work much like how BitFinex works.  Roadmap:September 12th: Alpha tests for the new wallet released to 5 people for testing purposes. September 25th: New trading exchange released with exclusive trading for $NOC. October 1st: Implementation of POS 2.0 will be finalized. October 9th: Final version of the alpha Nocturna wallet will be released. (This date will likely be moved up) |

Nocturna Update 7/22/15:"First and foremost, I appreciate everyone's patience with this slow start, as this project has already been a lot of work, and it certainly will not be getting any easier as time goes on. Secondly, I must stress that this project will not be finished overnight. There is plenty of development work remaining, along with ample opportunity for community feedback and beta testers. Rome was not built in a day, and neither are revolutionary blockchain networks. Over the past two weeks since launch, we (myself and my second dev) have been working on a new wallet UI, with additional coding done ahead of time to smooth the way for several wallet upgrades we have planned in the future. Once this train gets rolling, we don’t want any untimely delays slowing us down! The wallet is currently undergoing bitcoin testnet so nothing is final yet, however to sate your curiosity I’ve attached a sneak peek image below! Now, I know a lot of you have been wondering exactly what the usecase of Nocturna will be—while I definitely want this to be a coin with an involved and informed community, I cannot yet give away too many details lest another, better funded, project jump in and steal our first mover’s advantage. We launched Nocturna with no ICO and no premine because we don’t believe in charging people for unfinished products, but please remember that this lack of exterior funding means our project might progress a little slower than we would prefer.
