Is there a precise date, when will be the release of the tablet BoatGod?
I don`t understand what you mean? Maybe a tablet for BoatPilot?Or I don`t know something  Yeah, that's what I mean. Sounds pretty much like a yacht remote control system. As for charter companies, I imagine it is possible for charter companies to code their vessels to return to base on its own. It will be really convenient for users, but seems dangerous in case of communication problems.
That doesn`t seem realistic and safe tbh. Certainly not with BoatPilot functionality, it doesn`t work with autopilot on such level. Instead may be yachts can be remotely controlled by operators guiding the yacht to the base? That may be the case, the only questing is BoatPilot working range - I doubt it can reliably control a vessel from several kilometers away. |

It was probably asked before, but what about regions other than Mediterranean?
They promised to realize North and South Americas and Asian region as well, but so far no news on it. Thanks, I saw info in the WP - just thought there was some more info somewhere that I missed. Ur welcome. It was natural though that they`ll also consider these regions, otherwise they`ll lose a huge portion of the market - there`s no use making navigation tool only for Mediterranean. |

Why did you choose BoatGod and not some other system?
Technically nobody chose BoatGod, it is just a hardware component You are speaking about BoatPilot for sure. But to the point: I believe in future this project will be a huge one. Even if token fails, it has great potential just as a marine navigator - its user orientation and unique features give it an opportunity to find its niche in the market. This is the main problem - projects do not need tokens. Investors just lost their money, donated it) This trend provoked the collapse of the ICO market. Actually, I agree. in some projects token addition seems like a last-minute addition and the project will be fully functional without it. As for BP, the logic behind token usage inside project`s environment is rather justified. As for investors here, in case the token fails they still have opportunity to gain some of their money back: BP is an advertising platform as well, I believe there could be some special conditions for investors. |

I`m just checking their site, somehow I found the answer to the question 'what does "protected tablet" means' that was asked earlier in the topic. Quoting the site: The tablet complies with all the requirements that apply to a marine navigation computer: it is dust and water resistant, has a highly contrast display that makes working in the bright sun a breeze (we also have a liquid ink modification), crash resistant, has a high capacity battery, has hardware buttons, and includes the highly developed BoatPilot chartplotter and BoatGod module support. So it indeed is all about physical protection, as simple as that. |

Guys, do I understand correctly that in the BoatPilot app there are not all maps yet? I'm interested in the Mediterranean .. Can I fully use the application in this region?
AFAIK Mediterranean is the only region available at the moment. You can download the app and check for yourself. |

I like the fact that geo-data and information will be constantly updated thanks to users. I think this is a great idea and it will always allow you to receive relevant information.
That`s actually the main point of attraction for me, really nice idea. Apart from AR feature, of course. |

I have such a question .. What do you think, if I don`t have a BoatGod, but i have a BoatPilot app, and I report any geodata, I will receive Navy bonus tokens for providing information?
Judging by what info we have available, you won`t receive anything without BoatGod. This module gathers data, without it you will not collect anything - and thus will receive nothing, BoatPilot will work just as a navigator, |

It seems to me that most likely you will need special glasses that will fit the application, so you will not be able to connect your glasses. I think there will be no problems with compatibility of the gear you are using. The same as with the tablet, BP specialized equipment will just be more convenient to use. Great, nice to see some real feedback. Yesterday I sailed on the yacht, had some rest together with family and friends. For navigation I used boatpilot, feels just great. This project is very promising
If this project is so promising - why is the price of the token so low? This is very strange, isn't it?  Do you only see BoatPilot as a token? Don`t miss the fact that it is one of the most user-friendly navigators on market. May be token success was not the top priority of the team, it seems like they wanted to release working and relevant (although for greatly targeted market) product in the first place. |

I don`t see anything wrong, if everything is included in the box, including the tablet. But I would like to see AR-glasses in this combination. That would be much more interesting for me than a tablet.

Will this tablet only be used for a boat or yacht, or can it be used as a regular device?

So BP basically brings all necessary information to one screen? That`s great, but I think it requires rather powerful tablet to be able to control all those devices without any lags. Aren`t they going to release their own tablet configured only for Boat Pilot? Would be nice, all in one package and no need to find a tablet on its own. Boxed set with BoatGod, tablet and AR glasses will be neat. |

They`ll be burned, yes. It already happened, as TGE is over. They raised 5 025 224 USD, while the hard cap was 9 850 000 USD They also plan to buy tokens from the exchanges to support project`s ecosystem and burn about 25% of these tokens. Great solution to maintain token activity and increase demand at the same time. This is of course all positive for those who buy or buy a token. But the main question is where they will have money for it? I only see one scenario guys and it’s dropping the price to such a bottom that the team can do it without any problems. I suppose they can buy with advertising revenue? With their list of partners they won`t have any shortage of advertisement. |
