Never, ever use a faucet with a payout of anything over about 50,000 sats! No matter how good the owner may be when they start out, something always happens and they go broke and don't pay. The safest way is to use faucets that pay to FaucetBox, or that have a good reputation of paying out weekly, like MoonBitco.in or GetYourBitco.in

Since his assistant has the same last name, I guess if one of them has a real life problem, then the other may have the same rl problem.

The zebra was for sale - is this the new owner now?

So people pump a coin to increase the buy price- what do we do to increase the sell price?

I love the freecoins. I collect them everyday. I used to just collect the higher value ones, but since you never know what is going to happen next, I decided to collect all of them. When I have 10,000 sats worth of a coin, I sell it. My btc balance is growing every week. Sometimes, if I have 5,000 sats of something, I trade it to someone else for something I need.
Collecting freecoins is easier than collecting from faucets, and gives you a stake to start trading real coins.

The fee is the same in all cases - 2%. It doesn't make up the difference between some coins. Coin A buy is .000035, sell is .000033; Coin B buy is .0000035, sell is .000012
I can see that this may be because Coin B is almost dead - supply and demand. I'm just trying to learn.

There are 7 or 8 complaints in the MarketPlace sections of this happening over the last few weeks - well, since the price increase started, actually. One guy had $10K deducted from his bank account - it took him over 3 weeks to get his money back. Some people have got their btc, some got back their money but no btc. This happened last time there was a price increase, too. They call it 'fraud prevention', whatever that means.

stupid question, probably. On YoBit, sometimes there is a small difference between the 'buy' and the 'sell' price, and sometimes there is a huge diff between them.
I don't understand what drives the difference between the 'buy' and the 'sell' price. I can see the sell orders, and when one of them is used up, the price increases a little bit. Why don't the buy orders match? ie if the buy price goes up by 2 sats, why doesn't the sell price goes up 2 sats?
trading for dummies 101?

So the top 20 claimants get paid every week or so? I can't believe I have to solve 100+ captchas every day just to get paid the money I'm owed from this faucet. Are they actually paying people each week? Yesterday's payout list is still there. How many people still need to be paid?

bitcoin-cloud.eu was a great service for a long time, but it stopped paying about 6 months ago. I used their faucets everyday for about a year, but one Sunday they didn't pay me, so I slowed down using them. The next Sunday they didn't pay me either, so I stopped using any of their faucets. They owe me 70,370 - I don't expect to ever get it.
Paytoshi and FaucetBox seem to be the only ones working now. Oh, and Xapo, I think.

So, the payments are automatic through FaucetBox? All I have to do is refill my FB balance to keep the faucet running? What kind of ad income are you making now?

What effect will this have on mrai?

so your faucet isn't working now? I just had to login 3 times before it recognized me, and now it just says "An error occurred: Please wait at least 10 minutes to claim your faucet!" even though I haven't claimed anything yet.

haha next year.. it would be a long rest! If they will not answer within the next two weeks the price will be 1 Satoshi, and recovery of confidence will take months. Recovery will be very slow if they change the method of distribution, too. If they do something other than the faucet, people will be very unhappy.

not working in Canada, same error

When I try to use your faucet, after I click 'hunt' it says
"The bitshunt.club page isn’t working
bitshunt.club is currently unable to handle this request."
and it goes back to the front page.
