Just click the text (6 sentences) between the ads talking about bots,then the claim button will appear. I have noticed that is not the problem here. Just disabled the adblock and the human captachas appeared there. That text that you are talking about is text ads and does not solve this issue. So you can claim now right? Changes are done! Just one note: at first I would not work, since I clicked claim button and nothing happened ... I forgot to turn off adblock. After setting it off it worked well.
Therefore I suggest adding a check for adblock to remind visitors to turn it off. Please check faucets around and you will find several solutions to that.
