Their jr.roster is pretty strong and I think they're also developing on it. While the playoff matches will be few days from now and most teams are on a rest. This is a tough playoffs since this includes a huge prize pool. I've already put two games already that I think will be winning. I'm mostly into Parivision but it seems that they've been already calculated by the other teams and so, I am betting against them.
I agree, even though they lost against Team Falcons, the potential is there for this squad to reach the tier one status in the future. I'm also going with Team Spirit in the first series. This matchup could get interesting given how Gaimin is playing better, but i'm sticking with Team Spirit because they usually show up in these bigger tournaments. For the EEU derby between Aurora and Pari, I still have to go with Pari despite their dip in form. We've seen this matchup in the fissure universe recently, with Aurora getting outclassed.

I barely have friends who gamble, but even then, I still don't see myself finding more success when it's probably not that different from tailing other gamblers. With that said, managing my gambling plans alone might be for the better because most strategies won't be that impactful anyway. I used to experiment a few strategies suggested in this section, and that was still a hit or miss given that luck is usually the one to decide the fate of my session. It can be refreshing to look or ask for help from others, but it's rarely enough to put you ahead unless you have a friend that's gambling on the professional level.

My score got a bit better, but man, if only PSG showed up in this final, I could've scored double digits. All of my attempts throughout the CWC were a disaster. I failed to hit any of the prizes, and maybe this is payback after getting a few 9/10 in the previous season of the EPL.

My worst of the worst is around the $1000 range, the loss didn't sink in right away because it was spread throughout the month. It only hit me after a few days where I started thinking about how that money could've been used differently if I was able to cash it out. My way of coping was reading some of the gambling threads here and through another hobby, I remember starting a movie marathon just so I don't dwell on it for too long.

How did T1 fair against GenG yesterday?
Those were the finals or a bracket match to see who advances? Because the site I was looking to for the results of the match yesterday showed some more matches being played throughout next week:
T1 fell short again to Gen.G, but this time they had the upper hand and had two series points after winning the third map. They couldn't close it out on those last two maps, and Gen.G played it out perfectly, capitalizing on every bit of mistake T1 made during each skirmish. In the next few days, we'll have more league action since EWC is up next after the MSI.

I didnt expect all the favourites would win straight 2-0 though. I guess this is the beauty when there is no lower bracket, all the favourites are forced to go straight with their best to win. Tons of money jump whenever the teams win though so yeah its expected
Me neither, I was expecting the Falcons series to be the closest out of all the series today, but even that was a 2-0 stomp from start to finish. I was surprised that Team Falcons became this good on this elimination. They're really like this but they didn't shown this form during the group stages. While for NaVi, they've been so good and yet they fell and got eliminated already. Anyway, there is so much potential for the line up that they have right now.
They're still a tier one team, and I guess the gap between them and tier 1.5 teams like the new NaVi roster is still wide. On the bright side, all of the playoff matches on Wednesday should be more competitive since all of the top teams made it through.

Totally lost count of my winrate on -1.5 betting but its probably close to 25% or something. Im actually quite surprised that bookies actually give 2.2 on Talon to win, thats an immediate grab for me because Talon is way better than Heroic obviously
I also got cooked a few times with the map handicap, that's why I settled with the moneyline yesterday. The bookies thought Heroic had the edge after being the only team to make Team Liquid bleed on Group D, but they forgot that one map was enough for Team Liquid to book the top seed. Got few bets for tomorrow, lets see if I hit another parlay
I was also thinking of doing a parlay today, but i'm more confident on a map handicap play like Parivision to sweep Xtreme Gaming.

I've always overlooked the referees when betting on cards. I assume the players would always push their luck and see how much they could get away with their aggressive plays until they get carded.
I might include this as a note for my future card related bets since this could come in handy. Speaking of referees, I recall in other sports like basketball or the NBA, gamblers would be cautious of certain referees because they're known to call more fouls, for example.

I won with odds of 2.6 T1 vs AL recently.
Let's see if T1 will pull another miracle and a roller coaster fight with Gen.G, their upper bracket fight is pretty close IMO, GEN.G get those comfort picks of T1 which are Renekton and Jinx in game 5. Also, Sylas is veryuseless in that game 5 tho so it's possible for T1 to win the finals if they can pull a good draft. They've beaten HLE in the finals that is unbeatable to them in SPLIT 2 LCK so there's a chance for GEN.G to be defeated!
Congrats on getting those odds while the series was live, and I guess this was during the fourth map. We should have another competitive series given how familiar these two are with one another, but i'll be on Gen.G with this one. In finals, T1 should sacrifice jinx (ban) in game 5 or maybe pick it in the first 4 games, not game 5 since Ruler can also abuse the power of Jinx, it really bought them time like for example the DR steal and its range to kite T1 the whole clash.
It's rare to see Jinx picked early in the series, but it could be worth a sacrifice if T1 goes on to have a lead in this series and burn the champ in a losing game. Even then, Gen.G still has a lot of options for Ruler because there's also Caitlyn and Ziggs where T1 had to respect ban in the previous series.

T1 clutched it yet again , beating AL 3-2 They are just another level internationally, and i would put them as favorite now vs geng with how much their history has been in these type of finals I thought that was AL's series to lose because they had the blue side in that final map, but they shot themselves with that cursed Twisted Fate draft. T1 on the other hand, learned their lesson from the Gen.G series by picking Jinx for Gumayusi, and they didn't even break a sweat. Their experiment with s1mple backfired so he will not be returning when tier 1 competition returns once the summer break is done.
They probably don't want to break the bank for s1mple, and I heard his contract with NaVi is about to expire later this year.

That Greece win was the only thing missing for us to secure our first win, and they just had to fall short. This time it's a close round, but we still find ourselves on the wrong side once more. GGWP @Renato297

I missed the games yesterday but later on, we're pack with the games on the elimination phase and whoever will win in the end goes to the playoffs. I want to bet for Execration with the odd that they have and if I bet for XG as the match winner in ML, it's not a lot. Maybe XG is going to knock them out 2-0 and so, betting under 2.5 map has got a better odd and choice for me, still good luck all.
I also like Xtreme Gaming in the first series because Execration still looks like one of the weakest teams after VP. If only the odds were a bit lower, I would've sent it on the -1.5 handicap instead of the moneyline. For the other matches, i'm leaning on Heroic, Yandex, and Falcons. I'll play it safe again, as we still have a lot more games to go through, starting from this elimination phase until the playoffs.

I recall doing the same thing back when I was still going through that slots phase. I got lucky in the early attempts, but later on, I started digging a hole for myself and kept believing in the same strategy, thinking my luck could reset by using another casino.
Anyway, congrats, and luckily it didn't backfire on your second attempt. The max multiplier would be insane if that somehow happened.

BO2 games with no Elimination is boring to watch, they probably trying their strat or keeping their strat for next phase which will eliminate them if they didn't win the game. It felt fast in group stage cause they have 3 stage Group stage > Elimination Phase > Playoffs, no wonder Group Stage feels so fast compare to previous Tier 1 Tournament.
I honestly don't mind the bo2 format in the group stage because there are only three series played per team, and it's a nice change of pace similar to TI's format, where the unlucky teams that got drawn in the stronger groups have another chance to prove themselves. Despite no one going home after the group stage, there's still an incentive for teams to use their strats when the first seed immediately goes through the playoff and skips the elimination phase.

Woah I didnt notice this, 1.5 odds is pretty good for a favourite team like Aurora.
I also wanted to parlay this and Tundra 2-0, but didn't have the nerves to pull the trigger. Anyway its kinda weird to even watch Parivision which is one of the best power house right now would be playing tiebreaker for 2nd and 3rd place. Heroic is putting up a very good fight right now but Parivision is just much better though
I agree it's unusual to see Parivision sitting in second while the other EEU teams like BB Team, Team Spirit, and Aurora have already booked their ticket for the playoffs. The matchups for the elimination phase seem straightforward, but there are still one or two teams that could make it interesting.

Dont bookies correct odds during live events? If someone was an underdog before the sport event its understandable why odds are high. If during game/fight that underdog performs not worse than a favourite, bookies wont keep same odds. For example if odds on Canada in football were +30.00 for draw against Brazil, but during game, its still 0:0 and there are 10min left to play, odds on Canada wont be same +30.00. It will be around, maybe 3.00, but that is not something impossible in my understanding.
They do adjust it from time to time, but i'm referring to those odds or sides that shift the other way (from 1.90 in prelive to 10.00 or higher). The live odds can sometimes overreact to moments where the favorite builds up their largest lead, and then the correction kicks in if the underdog manages to hold on for the next few minutes. The best way to take risks on such games is risking small money like OP did and this doesn't mean it will keep happening, that's why they have biggest odds over others.
True, and it's why some bookies would focus the juice on the favorites.

maybe you been gambling trying t recover but got luckily one day hit the special multiplier, how do you feels then, you think what you won is enough for you to cover up your expenses while during the period of the time you had been gambling since then?
IICRC, any gambler who has been gambling for years now or maybe for some months without winning and even if they look back to see their previous performances and decides to draw an end towards the games they were betting on would you be that free to still continue gambling? or as bettor or gambler you don't care whether other wins or not. What they could mostly be concerned is about people who are looking for one way or the order to make sure people wins and especially when they are newbie bettor do you think this is another way to draw them or lure them the more into gambling?
I'll need more than a special multiplier to get back all the money i've lost from my older sessions, as i've been gambling for several years. I'm a bit confused about the second question, but for me, i'll continue gambling and treat it like a hobby where I don't have the urgency to win. The last question sounds like it's for the casinos. The profits are always a big factor, and it's why gamblers would risk their money in new casinos if it means walking away with extra winnings.

I used to place small bets on live underdogs because I sometimes see the angle where a team can recover and complete a comeback. Even though it's nice to hit a big multiplier from the underdogs, it can easily make you greedy and assume it's manageable after winning a few times.
I've seen people bet on crazier things, like bet builders stacked on top of another, and then somehow hitting them all in a single day.

That H2H question about the qualification matches got me sweating, but i'm glad it ended on a draw and we get another shot tomorrow. The World Aquatics question between Greece and Montenegro will decide who gets all the marbles for this week.
