21  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ Bitcoin Video Casino ★★★ - ||| Over 500 BTC in Progressive Jackpots! ||| on: October 31, 2019, 09:14:24 PM

Either you do wait for confirmations, or you don't.

Hey jonasBTC,

All deposits & withdrawals happen instantly from our end. In case if there are any delays, this happens due to congestion in the blockchain.

If the delay is longer than usual you should contact us at admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com.

Regards,
BitcoinVideoCasino

I don't think we're understanding each other.

The fact that a pop up with "pending" shows up - obviously means it's been detected on the blockchain.
22  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ Bitcoin Video Casino ★★★ - ||| Over 500 BTC in Progressive Jackpots! ||| on: October 28, 2019, 06:14:10 PM
Why do nearly half of my deposits require confirmations before they get credited?

From your FAQ's

You can be playing in just a couple seconds! We do not wait for any confirmations before funding your account. As soon as your deposit transaction is detected on the Bitcoin network, your account will be credited.

If you blatantly misrepresent how things work on your site, then it does make me question what other underhanded things you do.

Hey snooprock,

Thank you for noticing. As you might be aware, transactions take time to process even without a confirmation. Sometimes a confirmation happens to occur in the meantime, this does not mean that we wait for it.

Let me reassure you that we DO NOT misrepresent how things work on our site or carry out any underhanded activities.

Please understand that we don't have end-to-end control over the entire blockchain and how transactions are processed, what you posed as a question falls under this category and has nothing to do with our processing of your deposits.

Regards,
BitcoinVideoCasino

Either you do wait for confirmations, or you don't.

I send from the same wallet, to the same bitcoinvideocasino wallet address, yet maybe 1/3 of the time I get a "Pending" popup instead of a popup indicating the credit was applied immediately.

You explained why sometimes it's pending here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=130242.msg29357127#msg29357127

Doesn't explain why suddenly my same wallet would be at risk for a double spend, but you should at least be acknowledge that not all deposits are instant...as you previously have.

I just did a small deposit to see.    Sent from the same wallet I always do, to the same wallet you always provide.

If people password protect their account, the site won't allow them to login without it.

It also should ask for the password when making a withdrawal.   It does for 2-fa, why not for password?
24  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ iobet.io ⭐ Dice ⭐Slots ⭐ Roulette ⭐ BlackJack ⭐ Bingo ⭐ Keno ⭐ on: September 09, 2019, 01:46:28 AM
I checked out your website which looks simple and decent though the quality could definitely be better, but I have a couple of doubts.

- You state that you accept BTC, but the minimum deposit is 1000 credits. Can you clarify?
- What is the house edge on the Dice game?

More info -> https://iobet.io/page/terms-of-use
What a minimum deposit?
100 credits.

100 credits = 1$

House edge = 1%

wow a minimum deposit of $100 is quite high for a casino. Better lower the amount to atrract smaller players.

I tested it out for $20.   No issue.
25  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ Bitcoin Video Casino ★★★ - ||| Over 500 BTC in Progressive Jackpots! ||| on: September 02, 2019, 05:57:15 PM
Would like to point out that the zcash version of the site is not paying out withdrawals. I have been in contact with the site.

The issue is not resolved and has now been 3 days since without my withdrawal, I would recommend avoiding all versions of this site at this point in time.

Something dodgy is going on. I'm lucky that its only a small amount. I will post evidence if I do not here anything. I will also update if they do make the transaction.

We hope that your problem is fixed now.

Regards,
BitcoinVideoCasino

Shouldn't you know if it is or not?

27  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: July 22, 2019, 08:41:17 PM

They are exaggerating to make the crypto industry the boogeyman, so the mass population will accept to be controlled easier via legislations, taxes, etc... It would have been interesting to give the figures for the fiats currencies.

I agree.  A large portion of this is just an estimate and with law enforcement, the rule is to always err (estimate) on the high end.

The economy is doing great, unemployment is low and after nearly a decade of disastrous foreign policy under Obama

Russian bombers taunting the US off the coast of Alaska.  Iran just shot down a drone.   All hat and no cattle by trying to play nice with the North Korean dictator.   Talking big then skulking away and letting the Russians take over Syria and now moving into Venezuela.

You really think Trump's foreign policy has been an improvement?

Russian bombers have been skimming our coastlines for many years. Iran has shot down US drones before. So you would rather we have more war?

Absolutely not.  I was pointing out that that we're hardly being respected on the foreign stage.

Is it me, or are most of the posts in this thread recently (at least the ones with "Stake" in their avatar) just useless broken English posts that essentially read like they were spit out of a text spinning program?   Are these just people padding their post stakes for some sig campaign?

Bitcoinvideocasino.  You've been soliciting suggestions for 5+ years now.   Have any of them been implemented?   Things like easy to download hand or bet histories?
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fee has gone up by 10x during the last two weeks on: May 21, 2019, 02:35:49 AM
The transaction fee is the same in satoshi value, but it has increased considerably in the USD value. When ever the bitcoin price rises, we hear this noise from the community that bitcoin tx fee has increased etc. If has actually not increased in reality, only the usd values seems to be very high.

Check out https://bitcoinfees.info/

Check the average daily tx fee in satoshis.   Those are not pegged to USD

its literally illegal for companies to even pay their workers more money because they have a duty to ownership.

Illegal?   I realize corporations have a responsibility to shareholders.   But I'm pretty sure it's not illegal to pay workers more.   People get raises all the time.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DASH : News, Information and Discussion on: May 21, 2019, 12:47:00 AM
I skimmed the thread, so I apologize if my questions were asked or answered.

I love how Dash is aggressive in S. America.  So much of crypto is pure speculation (buy and hope it goes up, then sell to somehow else).  So see easy applications and actual retailers embracing it, is kind of the dream for crypto (or should be)

With Dash, does the blockchain/confirmations work the same?  Is there a risk for doublespend like bitcoin?   If paying at a retail outlet, are you made to wait until the transaction has a confirmation?  (I saw the video of the girl paying for chicken and it seemed fast, but I've done Dash transactions where it seemed like sometimes it can be a few minutes between confirmations)
34  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Make America Great Again vs. Keep America Great? on: May 21, 2019, 12:31:48 AM
He made it through the entire last campaign never having been asked "When was it greater than it is now?"

He's from the 1950's, so of course for a rich white guy, it's always been pretty great.  And if you're an old white guy, those were the days.

So if he's referring to those days, it was great for some...not for minorities...not for women..not for the disabled....

People have short memories.  All you need to do is look at where we were in 2008.  Never ending bankruptcies for banks. The auto industry in full collapse.  The largest insurer (AIG) ready to fold (and grind the country to a standstill).  Not to mention starting a world wide depression worse than the one 90 years ago.

It's a slogan.  If Trump thought he could get re-elected by beefing up welfare and cutting the military, he'd do it tomorrow.  He's about him.

35  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are Africans being "helped" to much? on: May 20, 2019, 05:31:06 PM
There were a lot of money drowned in Africa and not much has changed. I think that the most basic reason why they are underdeveloped is lack of education and the overall low IQ in these region. Think about it. It doesn't matter how much money you'll give to an idiot, he'll lose it anyway and eventually be poor again.
Not all of Africa is poor and not all Africans are poor. It's just that there's more dumb and lazy people there than in other parts of the world.

"Not much has changed"

This is just in the last 70 years.

Hello everyone!

We would like to ask all our current and future players for feedback that would help us greatly in improving your gaming experiences on BitcoinVideoCasino.

Would you be willing to share your email addresses with us so that we can send you promotional material? This might in turn give you an edge on the playing field and keep you updated about key information.

We value your inputs and appreciate your time. (you can find the poll on top of this thread)

Regards,
BitcoinVideoCasino

How would sharing an email give an edge to a player?   Would you be sharing something that the average person couldn't just google? (craps strategy etc)?
37  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have BTC, need Payoneer on: May 04, 2019, 07:18:47 AM
Have a freelancer who wants payment in payoneer (not much $25 USD)

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy person/exchange for this?  The few sites I've seen promoted are by users with only a few posts, and the sites look pretty sketchy.

Thanks
The Payoneer minimum transfer amount is 50$, so you and/or there is no one who can transfer 25$ via Payoneer. To know more info you can visit on their website, thanks.

Thanks for the info - appreciate it.

Now...any reputable exchange that can do it for me?  ($50)

39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ShapeShift.io - Instant Coin Exchange - No Account Needed on: April 02, 2019, 06:05:48 PM
Maybe you guys should consider making a new thread to avoid false advertising claims.

The first thing that pops up when I go to shapeshift.io is "requires an account" but the title here says "No Account Needed"

Is Flyp.me the only exchange now that actually doesn't require an account?

This thread was started in 2014.   I'm not sure how active shapeshift is in the forum (or if you can edit titles of threads), but in 2014 they were "No Account Needed" but that changed last year.

anyone used this site lately? any EV calculator on the progressives out there?

It's still the fastest site for deposits and withdrawals.  No idea how to calculate the EV on the progressives, but damn, would love to hit that video poker one.

It's an interesting site concept.  Not flashy, not a lot of variety, but the games play fast, and  no screwing around on deposits or (more importantly) withdrawals.

I had some technical issues with the site.  They respond via the site email pretty quick.
