1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ●.pairex - Crypto Exchange Announcement on: August 24, 2015, 08:59:39 AM
More exchange sites growing like viruses daily ....... why we need so many like this ?
Think and make innovation & new idea ......

We are not 'another exchange like this', period. In fact there's only one way to make high grade Product - not to be 'another one'.
To be true we don't really need 'so many like this'. People just needs AT LEAST ONE acceptable instrument for everyday work.

Exchanges today seem not to worry much about anything besides security. And definitely they are not accessible for newbies at all.

We are reinventing exchange in many ways, from design to functionality.
Most people think it's easy to make sleek design and good usability with no efforts. Just learn Photoshop, Illustrator, get a hard-working programmer, pay for sever, site name and - Voila! - another shitty exchange at hand Smiley

There are many profitable exchanges but show me at least one that values design to the point of having a c-level design executive.
That's one of many 'inventions' we're making now. We are working hard nights and days, discussing every small feature to make it polished and good looking. Even fonts size up to pixel.

Just to make using Pairex an exceptional pleasure for you.

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Altcoins and exchanges design on: August 12, 2015, 01:36:18 PM
I am visual artist.

When I saw dozens of altcoins and exchanges first time I thought: 'Why the hell they are so ugly?'

No good logo, no style, no sign of good taste. Speaking of exchanges - everything is bad from visuals to mobile browser adaptation.

Then I started to realise why people is just ignoring it, using these things looking and feeling ugly.

Ok, if you talk about real money (notes and nickels) - there's no need to care about appearance, just be sure it's not false. And it's all you have to care about, really. Your State could print notes with a peace of president's sh*t on it - and you'll trust it anyway and use it everyday.

But when it comes to cryptocurrencies - we have to deal with unknown anonymous people with unknown reputation.
The only thing that helps you tell lies from eyes is intuition, support quality, etc.

Everyday we see altcoins and exchanges scary as hell (from visual POV), but we trust em somehow...

This phenomena is increadible. You trust people that can't even make things they do beautiful. Oh, ok, at least not so ugly ) Uhm... at least usable!

If somebody has good intentions, first of all he may have good appearance. Or may not, but in general we judge things basically on their appearance. Is cryptocurrency an exception? What social mechanics come to play here, if design doesn't matter at all - what else could matter?

My own opinion is clear. If you sell something - make sure it looks good.

Good stuff for people not smart enough to invent unique name and brand Smiley

Be sure there are a lot of ways to chase a person )

Anyway there's simple rule (in real life too) - never use the same address again )

this already feels like a scam.

Your feelings may lead you to both good and bad.

It's up to you to judge things you even didn't see working yet )

Anyway when you see the amount of design work made for all this to happen I think you wouldn't talk about scam )
Just realise you make all this creative and technical stuff for many months just to brake-and-run.. nonsense.

Please be patient and wait a bit - we are rushing to make it real in a few weeks. And then you will see everything with your own eyes. Or you won't ) Democracy rules.

And it costs you nothing to help our signature campain. Just follow this link and vote your coin and subscribe for exchange opening follow-up letter: https://www.pairex.com/
The more feedback we get - the sooner we'll launch.

And hope to post here some updates about our developing process with screenshots etc. Stay put!
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to recognize Best hosting company? on: August 12, 2015, 11:05:40 AM
Today almost all providers use virtual servers at the same data centers. Yes sure there are many 'private' servers but even small companies just resell their virtual space at the data centers.

Therefore the question is... what kind of additional features and awesome CPL options they have and what you need. Support quality and uptime, sure.

But even a very good support can't guarantee good uptime. Uptime is all and it depends more on data center responsibility.

Same with internet providers across the globe. There are good and bad segments too.

At some point you will come up with someone who actually has thought about it first, I also have this process as patent pending.

Ideas cost nothing, patents are almost fake today (yep you could patent anything you like, wait years pending and then sue somebody, but in fact people buy things not thoughts).

But all I wanted to say is.. if it's not done yet - be sure there's some kind of hidden problem here. Analysis is up to you, sure.

Anyway good luck! Effective energy consumption is a good trend today.

We're using the electricity for two purposes.  the first is for running the machines.  The second is to use the heat generated from the bitcoin machines to fuel the greenhouses.  The electric bill will be the same.

The machines produces a great deal of heat Millions of BTUs worth for our operation.  This means we can sustain a greenhouse as well.  Eventually our greenhouses will be paying for all the electricity from the tomato production.

Resourceful, not dubious, but I can see why you thought that at first glance.

A big question is - can you trick energy prices with tomatoes )
Maybe it could be better to get electricity back with peltier generators, shorter way.

When I see this kind of 'innovation' I'm always thinking: 'if it's so cool why the hell it's not made earlier by someone else?'
