461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: March 15, 2018, 01:46:28 AM
Hello community!
What do you think about popularity of the bounty campaigns? I see many new participants joining bounty campaigns, especially Twitter and Facebook. With more and more new participants, we will earn less and less rewards, also many of potential buyers would rather join bounty campaign than invest to ICO - again less rewards for bounty participants.
I hope that we will see some regulations here and bounty campaigns be more strict in rules and they will choose only the best participants.
So, what is your opinion, guys?

I think there is no problem with too many participants joining in a bounty, more participants means more people to share one particular ICO. Yes the reward will be lesser but if there are only few people to advertise then the chance of the ICO to reach the target cap will be small and that will lead to unsuccessful ICO.
462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think HODL is bad for your health? on: March 14, 2018, 06:14:12 PM
Unless you invested all your money in Bitcoin and you doesnt have any alternate investment then yes, it will be bad for your health especially if the price is below the price when you invested your money. You will get stressed thinking what to do if you are going to sell it in a loss just to return some of your investment or wait until it recovers even if you are seeing the price going down continously. As for me i do have lots of investment in different ICO/TOKENS so i just let my Bitcoin sits in my wallet because i have my target selling price.
463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 seems like a good year for ALTCOIN on: March 14, 2018, 01:46:53 AM
From the looks of things other cryptocurrencies are really rising this year
Look at Ripple it is second on the marketcap

Only, if this would have been true. Unfortunately, most of the ALTs have seen all time lows during first quarter of 2018, but I am still bullish with most of my bags for ALTs this year. Lets just cross our fingers and hope for the best.  Wink

I think the reason why ALTs price are low all this time is because it was an after effect of Bitcoin going low, but who knows. I also hope that this year will be the time of ALTs especially POLYMATH since they are the first who are implementing Security Tokens. I hoard thousand pieces hoping for it to become my salvation this year.
464  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: March 14, 2018, 12:31:43 AM
Bitcoin price can be predicted by market analysis. There are two market analysis, they are fundamental and technical analysis.using these analysis we can forecast future price movement, decreasing or increasing. Traders or investors usually use these analysis before deciding to buy bitcoin or sell for profit taking.

I think predicting Bitcoin price in market will be hard even if you are using fundamental and technical analysis like you mentioned. The price of Bitcoin can change anytime depending on the dump or pump by the people. Even 1 person can manipulate the price of Bitcoin if he have tons of Bitcoin to sell, best example of this is Mt.Gox, If you can predict when Mt.Gox will dump tons of Bitcoin then you can predict 100% that Bitcoin will fall.
465  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is Bitcoin die next years ??? on: March 13, 2018, 11:33:23 AM
Have many new plaftom with advanced technology than Bitcoin. Faster, cheaper, and have many application. I think Bitcoin will die next years !!! Huh Huh

Negative, Bitcoin will not just die because you said it. If you can control the people who are supporting Bitcoin then what you say can be true but until there are people who are supporting Bitcoin, it will continue to live. Even if there are new platform or technology they are still using Bitcoin as their basic currency in converting those new technology that you are referring to.
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: March 13, 2018, 12:05:48 AM
Will not say all but some yes. not because someone claims that all alt coins are scam then they are scams. The reason why people are getting scammed in alt coins is because they just invest without knowing or reading its whitepaper. Before investing i suggest to read something about that coin first because if you will check in alt coin section there are lots of ICO that was completed but the coins were never listed in exchange sites meaning price is still 0.
467  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: March 12, 2018, 10:57:09 PM
Well if i can afford to invest in Real Estate then i will surely invest on it. Investing in Real Estate is my goal during my teenager years. Investing in Real Estate is more safer than investing in Bitcoin but the only problem in Real Estate is you need a lots of $ for you to start. With the help of Bitcoin i will surely be able to invest in Real Estate in the future.
468  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin down ( Mt. Gox is dumping ) on: March 12, 2018, 01:04:37 AM
Bitcoin price will likely Surge as Mt.Gox Sell Off Paused Until september according to this article - https://www.newsbtc.com/2018/03/11/bitcoin-price-will-likely-surge-as-mt-gox-sell-off-paused-until-september/. This is a good chance to Hold until that time comes when he decide to sell his Bitcoin again.
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: March 10, 2018, 11:18:40 PM
My biggest regret was i sold hundreds of thousand of mrai before when they still had free distribution. I have lots of workers that time and everyday after i paid them with the mrai they accumulated i also sold those accumulated mrai same day. If only i collected them all and sold this time price was around 12$-15$ each i should have lots of money now, anyway i've learned few lessons because of that and i am applying it now.
470  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you still use bitcoins if the price would be stable? on: March 10, 2018, 04:59:50 PM
Yes i would still use Bitcoin even if the price is stable, reason for me in using Bitcoin is to play poker and bet in sports , less hassle for me to play, no more driving to casino and i can do it whenever i am free and wherever i am.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long term vs. Short term on: March 10, 2018, 03:07:48 AM
I think long term and short term investment are both same.
Longterm invest took a month or a year to gey good profit. But lesser risk. While shorterm almost everyday you earn profit but too risky

Long term are more riskier than short term especially if your choice of coin is not backed up by a large community and active devs in the long run coins price will drop and even drop to zero. Well of course it is also depends on the trader if you have the time to always check the price of your invested coin then most probably you will be able to take the opportunity to sell when price goes up fast and sell whenever you feel the price will rapidly go down.
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: March 10, 2018, 01:40:53 AM
Nope i am not afraid because i am sure that i will not become a victim of hack. I have a laptop and a desktop in my laptop i didn't download any program only my Bitcoin cold storage to avoid getting virus and keyloggers and etc. In my desktop i make sure that i only visit trusted website and my anti virus is genuine and always up to date to avoid malicious website and virus.
473  Economy / Speculation / Re: For those saying Bitcoin is doomed... on: March 09, 2018, 01:00:42 AM
I don't get the reason why they keep saying Bitcoin is dead and doomed whenever its price goes down. They should check first the price of Bitcoin in the past few years besides 4th quarter of 2017. When i first bought my Bitcoin it was 3 digits only so what i can say is we are still lucky if we are seeing 4 digits price of Bitcoin.
474  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptobank Idea on: March 08, 2018, 04:38:46 AM
- Most regular crypto investors store all their coins on hot wallets or exchanges, both of which are susceptible to hacking. The procedures involved with cold storage are often too complex for them, even when using hardware wallets. By allowing them to store their coins in a familiar bank environment they would feel more secure.

Your Bitcoin will be more secured if you will use a cold storage in a new bought or new formatted laptop or desktop. The only use of that gadget is for your Bitcoin. If ever we have a cryptobank the problem that i can think of are it can also get hack since its online and it has database and dev of that cryptobank have the possibility to run like other exchanges and last having a cryptobank means you need to give them your real name for them to function like the banks if that happens we are not anonymous anymore.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: list reasons for using cryptocurrency on: March 07, 2018, 05:28:33 PM
My reason for using cryptocurrency

1)Pay monthly bills (like electricity, water bill)

2)Pay tuition fee for my kids

3)Buy prepaid loads for my mobile

4)Buy profitable cryptocurrency that can give me profit in the future by holding them.

number 1,2 and 3 i can do those because i am using coins.ph as my web wallet.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When your token goes down hard, are you going to sell it? on: March 07, 2018, 04:16:24 AM
Nope since i invest in that token that is going down hard then i have no choice but to keep holding it and to think positive that it will recover and exceed its last cap. Since we are dealing with token we all know the risk and if we invest we should learn how to have patience. For me investing is an all or nothing idea and i believe great things come to those who wait.
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: March 07, 2018, 12:33:10 AM
I think that the altcoyins have a future. Imagine that Bitcoin is like the Dollar, the Ethereum is like the Euro, and the remaining Altkoins are other currencies.

I agree, somehow most of us are focusing too much in Bitcoin and Ethereum and other top crypto we didn't know that we already missed a train from other crypto currencies like for example NEO coin it started with a price of 0.18$ now its current price is 108$ that is only an example i also wasn't able to invest in that coin.
478  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and our daily life on: March 06, 2018, 11:13:19 AM
Some people are using Bitcoin just to hold, buy and sell but for me i am using Bitcoin in buying prepaid loads, paying bills like electric, water etc etc. This will not possible if my web wallet doesn't support it however my web wallet is amazing because they offer this kind of services using Bitcoin and they also have different cashback depends if you avail one of those services in exchange of your Bitcoin. Thats how i use my Bitcoin in the past.
479  Economy / Economics / Re: good effect and bad effects of robots in replacing human Jobs on: March 06, 2018, 04:19:55 AM
Robots can replace human jobs on a limited work, they cannot replace our every work we do. Surely, Robots would make humans jobless and in future they may fulfill everything a human can do which would lead to no human required for anything. The world become full of Robots.
The humans cannot go jobless because they can still work by maintaining the robots to do its work and also to fix the technical issues that the robots will have in the future so it is not an overall bad thing for the humans to have robots to do their works because it will just make the production of products to be faster but still have a good quality.

Not all humans cannot go jobless correct those are the one who can do maintenance to the robots but what about those people who cannot do that task? I believe Bad effects of robots replacing human jobs is lots of people will lose there chance to earn money because of not having a job good effect is that the reproduction of robots work are faster and quality is better.
480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: March 06, 2018, 01:25:11 AM
I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that

Once you sold your house where are you planning to live while waiting for your Bitcoins to lay eggs or make you a profit? I haven't thought about risking my house just to invest in Bitcoin, i always have the thought "What if the Worse Case Scenario happens?. I risk investing in Bitcoin but selling house no no no, i prefer to get a loan in a bank than do this but anyways goodluck to you hope everything will go according to your plan.
