It's good you're being honest about it, but its very likely that you or someone close to you who opens the wallet first will get it, not the general public. Takes upwards of 30 seconds from the time you post the ANN before the public can start mining. Personally i haven't got a problem with Pre-Mine so long as that info is made clear up front I won't mine my own coin at all - Why?
