1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: Today at 09:34:45 AM
So, today we have 3 2nd leg play-off games. Any thoughts about it?
Ferencvaros - Molde should be a great game. First game was really crazy, which ended 3:3. I was planning to go with Ferencvaros to qualify, but odds isn't very attractive, just 1.40.
Dynamo Kyiv - Genk. I'm backing Dynamo. They won away game and with new manager Lucescu they are playing really good football. While Genk are struggling so far - they are nearby by relegation zone in Belgium.
Omonia - Olympiakos. OLY is better team and they already have 2:0 score from first game. But I think they are going win tonight too to be 100% to reach group stage and avoid some drama in last minutes.
2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New to signature campaigns, questions. on: September 28, 2020, 11:52:04 PM
I can't remember when exactly I started my first signature campaign. Probably it was somewhere back in 2016. During my first months on Bitcointalk I had no idea what is signature campaigns. I was posts where users said that signature campaigns is good way to make money - I thought "WTF is it". And for me it was strange to see multiple users wearing same signatures. Then I just thought that they are working in that company and promoting it in signature like their personal business.
For me signature campaign is just a way to earn some extra money and increase my crypto savings. Offcourse, it would be possible to earn for a living through signature campaigns, but then I would need multiple accounts and dedicate much more time for forum.
I wouldn't say that signature campaigns is win-win thing for everyone completely. If campaign isn't managed properly, it makes damage to content of forum. It's not secret that some people here are just to make money and they are posting just to reach their weekly posts quota. Maybe they don't go off-topic, but they often post generic stuff, repeat what was already said and don't add any value to discussion. It's not good thing for readers.
3  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Web wallet that support alt coins must include bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold. on: September 28, 2020, 11:32:56 PM
OP, what you're planning to looks dangerous. Web wallet for long term storage isn't right place. Especially without 2FA. If you're really planning to keep your savings in web wallet, you should accept all possible risks.
People above already suggested you some web wallets. I know, it's your choice, but I think you should consider other options, like desktop wallet. It doesn't requires too much data to download and you'll have to do it only once. And you don't have to download whole blockchain and sync it, unless you're using Bitcoin Core wallet.
What I was actually thinking was that there are still people using very slow dial-up internet that have a maximum speed of 56 Kbps which is just 0.056 Mbps - and that would result in a download time of approximately 1 hours and 15 minutes for file size 30 MB.

Some may say, so who still uses dial-up internet access today, but research says that at least 1 million people in the USA use such internet today. It sounds strange for the 21st century, but for some it is quite enough, while others may not have a better choice.

People really still use dial-up internet? Actually, a million do
Wow, I didn't expected that in 2020 so many people still have such slow internet connection. I thought that even in least developped countries where they have problems with basic things like clean water, they have decent internet already.
4  Economy / Reputation / Re: Can two accounts promote different signature campaign? on: September 28, 2020, 10:13:10 PM
Usually rules don't allow to have more than 1 account in same signature campaign. There is no word that you can't participate in multiple campaigns using different accounts, what means that's allowed. Even one of forum moderator's are doing it.
I'm not sure, but if you're planning to do it, maybe it would be best to reveal your alt account to avoid various accusations later.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: September 27, 2020, 09:04:28 PM
Even in my best expectations I didn't believed that we are going to win 4:0 tonight. First half was simply perfect, great ball movement. And Ansu Fati - simply great match for him. Only thing that I didn't like today - Griezmann, he was invisible in this game.
And Atletico won their game 6:1, Suarez already scored 2 goals in his first game.Offcourse we can't judge from 1 game, but maybe with arrival of Suarez it's possible that Atletico will change their playing style and will start to play more attacking football.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 27, 2020, 05:41:44 PM
Not much action in today's race. Hamilton managed to lose race in such stupid way that I have no words. Interesting that he already have 10 penalty points. If he will get 2 more, he will have to miss one race.
Bottas said f*ck to haters, but saying it after he won race in such way - well, it doesn't looks like a strong message.
Not a bad race for Leclerc - P6. But for me it was a bit strange that stewards didn't even investigated his accident with Stroll.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 27, 2020, 05:26:13 PM
Wow, what a disgraceful performance of Man City. I can't remember last time when they conceded 5 goals, especially playing at home. And yeah, EPL season is such crazy so far - it's simply impossible to predict such outcomes as we saw in City - Leicester game. Best thing waht you can get from it - point. Terrible round for me, just 3 points so far.
Can't wait for Liverpool - Arsenal game tomorrow - this should be great one. But stil have no idea what result to predict. If I leve it something like 4:3, it definitely will end with score like 1:1 Cheesy.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: September 26, 2020, 11:52:17 PM
Since I'm from Croatia, it is always interesting for me to look at the results of clubs from the region, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia ...
Out of almost 30 clubs at the beginning of the competition, only 4 clubs remained, Dinamo, Zvezda, Rijeka and Sarajevo.
No club remained in the Champions League.
It seems to me that this is a big drop and very disappointing results because until recently Dinamo, Partizan and Zvezda had very good results in European competitions, they regularly played in the group stage of the Champions League etc.
It is obvious that these clubs are slowly losing pace with richer and better organized clubs from other countries.
Yeah, this season isn't very good for this region teams. Zvezda lost to obviously weaker team on paper, while Dinamo Zagreb haven't managed to beat similar level opponent. Money probably isn't main problem this time because they haven't lost against big teams with huge budgets. I think one of the main reasons of such results is weak local leagues. Team like Crvena Zvezda or Dinamo Zagreb have just 1-2 powerful opponents in their leagues, while rest of time they have to play against parked bus in general. After this they aren't ready to play different style footbal in Champions league.

10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Newbie Should be Careful When Received New Follower From Famous Bitcoiner on: September 24, 2020, 08:02:41 PM
I think you don't have to be experienced Bitcoin user to spot that profile is fake. Most of us probably using social networks for a long time already and it's not that difficult to notice fake profile. First of all, usualy profiles of celebrities have blue badge next to their name - it shows that account official and verified by staff. Also, profiles of these people usually don't have 200-300 followers. It's thousands or sometimes even millions.
And finally, it looks so strange and suspicious when some famous personality start find random person on internet. After this I would ask myself - how did he found me and for what reason he would follow me.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: September 24, 2020, 07:33:23 PM
It's incredible what Barca board is doing. Free transfer of Suarez to Atletico is something hardly understable. They just improved squad of direct competitors. Yeah, he is already old, slow and fat, but still high level player. I'm sure that he will make lot of troubles for Barca this season.
3rd best scorer in Barcelona history. There was ups and downs in these 6 years, but Suarez definitely came into history of Barca. And MSN trio (Messi, Suarez and Neymar) was probably best attacking triio I ever saw.
I watched emotional Suarez farewell and it's obvious how difficult for him to leave Barca.
Guys, have you checked "La Liga standings" right now? In the first and second place, no big teams are there. I am a bit surprised by this result even if it is still matchday2 and some big teams still didn't play yet (Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla). But I never imagine before that Real Madrid, Valencia, and Villareal started this season with unsatisfying results. Now, Granada and Real Betis are leading the table! Amazing starts done by these two clubs.
I don't see nothing strange because just 2 rounds were played, while big teams haven't played yet or had just 1 game. Real Betis improved their squad and have great manager Pellegrini, so, they can fight for UEFA spots. While Granada were already solid last season. And forget about Valencia - they have turned into mediacore team with current management. Smiley
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: September 24, 2020, 06:22:43 PM
Ac Milan have not full team after confirmation their player Ibrahimovic got covid 19, I think they still have other player like Rebic but without Ibrahimovic will give bad result for AC Milan, we know last match Ibrahimovic make two goals for AC Milan and bring the Milan get three points from Torino, are you sure Ac Milan keep on fire without Ibrahimovic as line up starting? how and who will change Ibrahimovic position as foward player for Ac Milan in europe league qualification.
I think it's not a big deal. Their opponent is very powerful team, so they should win it confident without few players. Yeah, Bodo Glimt is not bad team, I saw how they are playing, they dominate in Norway league, but it's not Milan level team.
Today again some money to be made I think and hope.A good strategy would be to bet on a number of strong teams like Celtic,PSV and alikes which are playing against weak opponents and the odd in total for about 5-6 games should be near 3 and to place letís say 0.001 btc who do not have a lot of money and 0.01 to 0.10 btc for those who have money.

As a final disclaimer I am always losing most of the time in sport betting so follow my advice at your own risk.
I personally don't like parlays where odds for each game is like 1.2. It doesn't gives good value and some favorites often screw everything up. Like now Celtic, they are struggling against Riga and haven't managed to score in 70 minutes.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: September 24, 2020, 06:05:24 PM
I would like to see interesting UEFA Super Cup game, but I already feel sorry for Sevilla before the game. Bayern now is just such scary power that I can't see anyone who can stop them. It's also good to see thst fans will be allowed to watch game in stadium, so we will see real football atmosphere.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The second hand clothes market is booming. on: September 23, 2020, 08:15:33 PM
I know that there is big market for second hand clothes and it's continue to grow. But I doubt that such marketplace with Bitcoin payments is very good idea. These clothes usually costs just few bucks and I don't think that Bitcoin is the best payment option for such small purchases.
And I'm not interested in buying second hand clothes. Offcourse, it's possible to find good quality clothes and famous brands there. If we talk about physical stores, you have to dig among so many terrible clothes which probably wouldn't be accept by charity to find something worth attention.
If we talk about online marketplaces, again it's time consuming to find something good there. Personally, I rather would buy cheap, but new clothes. And wouldn't bother to sell my clothes online. Pack it, go to post, pay for delivery. Is it worth efforts and time to get $5 in the end?
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 23, 2020, 07:26:08 PM
I expect good afternoon sleep on Sunday. Sochi is one of the most boring tracks in current calendar. Even when Mercedes dominance weren't so big, races weren't interesting here. I don't have big expectations about upcoming race, but maybe it's possible that Verstappen will give fight to Bottas for 2nd place. He need to recover after he didn't finnished in 2 last races.

What you guys never mention in your posts is the midfield. I know that the front is the most important to everyone, but midfield this season is the source of fun and entertainment for me. It is so tightly packed and they provide very interesting races.

So I think this Sochi will be very different then what was the case so far. This season is atypical and races always have some drama to offer, thanks to that midfield.
I actually wanted to post about it, but forgot about it later. If you ignore what's going in front and don't pay much attention to Mercedes, races indeed is interesting. We already had 9 different podium finishers and probably 4 teams fighting for 3rd places in constructors cup - Mclaren, Renault, Racing Point and maybe Ferrari. Middle of peloton is very competetive this year.
It's only a bit sad that we have 3 teams which can't even fight for points - Alfa Romeo, Haas and Williams. While last year only Williams were racing in their own league.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 23, 2020, 07:07:54 PM
Thank you guys for correcting me. I just probably never had bets where match result was changed few days after it was played.
BTW, when I made my post above I was sure that Roma won the game, but I completely forgot that it ended 0-0 Cheesy. So, Superbru haven't changed anything. I see that just one of us had predicted draw in this game.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 23, 2020, 05:30:57 PM
Decent start for me, i got all games correct except for Sassuolo, them scoring under 2 goals is the most shocking and unexpected thing that happened over the weekend.

Did you read the news about Roma:

Roma have been punished with a 3-0 defeat for fielding an ineligible player against Hellas Verona in their Serie A opener on Saturday.

Does that mean Superbru has to adjust the game result/scores for everyone? I'm asking because i have 1 point out of this match and i don't want to give it away.  Cheesy

I don't think they will do that, the game was settled already.. It's just like having bookies change all already settled bets, but then, that wouldn't affect my result either ways as I had Roma to win.
I don't know why, but now on Superbru there is shown that match endedd 0:0. So, I think that Superbru are going to fix it and make it to 3:0 Verona win. Bookmakers probably will react to it too. I don't know what exactly they will do. If you had Roma to win, most likely that they simply deduct money that you won from your ballance.
18  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Modifying a signature code, can or should this be considered as plagiarism?. on: September 22, 2020, 07:59:02 PM
Good topic for discussion. These things like intellectual property have lot of grey areas. I'm talking not just about designs but also music, photos or books. It's also important whether you're going to use it personally or you need it for commercial purpose.
No matter what you're planning to do, asking for permission from author is must do thing. He spent his valuable time while creating design. It would unfair if someone who had made some changes in code would start to use design as his own without even asking for permission.
And finally, I think it's impossible to create 100% unique design, song or movie. It's normal that authors of it got inspired from others work and used their ideas. But it doesn't means that they copied it.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 22, 2020, 07:23:51 PM
What do we expect from the next F1 race in Russia? Just another HAM and BOT on the podium again with maybe VER? Just hope RBR fixed the problems with the engine otherwise it will be easy for Mercedes again.

I just found out an interesting pair that is playing tonight. This is Krasnodar vs PAOK Saloniki.
PAOK Saloniki managed to win Benfica and disqualify them from the Champions League so early. I think that it is a good bet to gamble on their win, I can see that their odds are @3.60 which is quite valuable.
Interesting prediction, but I'm not going to risk. Maybe PAOK is favorites in this pair, but they are playing away. Krasnodar is decent team and I think that PAOK is going to play careful football without risking too much.
I took Slavia win @1.87. I really like how this team are playing and I think they are much better than Midtjylland.
And things is getting interesting. Maccabi scored early goal against Salzburg. I just remind that Maccabi are playing without 11 their players who got positive Covid-19 tests.
