561  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin? on: June 27, 2016, 05:00:07 PM
I use bitcoin as currency, so i'm fine with unstable bitcoin price because i believe someday bitcoin will become global currency Smiley
i use bitcoin as a currency too to be honest because i think that it is one of the best payment methods ever as it is really easy to make the payments to be honest

im investing into bitcoin also because i know that it will grow in the near future because people will be investing their money into it in order to earn money from a price increases after halving
562  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: June 26, 2016, 05:04:02 PM
Buy/resell is the only option for you I believe, hard to come up with any other ideas that would benefit you honestly. Could also try something with gambling though. Everything is risky nowadays.

If really there's very limited choice if you first don't have any capital build up, finding an ordinary job to make couple thousand bucks would be the the most rational option and then look what you can do from there.
563  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: June 26, 2016, 04:51:49 PM
Bitcoin is probably the only currency that is independent, that is why it is so attractive and good if you really think about it. It is not controlled by anyone, which is why it is so good.

Not to mention the fact that it's being not held by any authority is the reason why it'll be huge in the future, which is what I am personally really excited for.

564  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: June 26, 2016, 04:30:28 PM
For me personally Bitcoin has a LOT of worth if you really think about it. Money is going digital, everything is going to be digital in the future as well, as far as my predictions go.

holding on to it could be potentially the best choice, it is currently the biggest online currency we have, could also replace real money in the future, and then the price of btc would just skyrocket...
565  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: June 26, 2016, 04:25:59 PM
The thing is that it's not that profitable to sell it now, BTC has a lot of potential, the reason the price drops down is probably due to spikes in some stocks, it'll build back up for sure

also it is definitely the time to hold on to it and buy as much BTC as you can, in the future it can double, triple even, once it becomes more widely accepted as a currency.

If you have a plan to hold it for a long term then you can afford to buy even at current price as price will be higher in future, but if are planning to sell at halving and grab profits then this price is high to buy.

Yes, I agree, but firstly you need to have a capital in order to do that, it's not that 'easy cash' as it sounds. Many people prefer to buy it now and wait for the right moment to sell it.

Also I believe the price tag atm only attracts you to sell even more, so keeping the BTC is better rather than selling it now once halving comes along.
566  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 26, 2016, 04:16:28 PM
If you really think about it, bitcoin is just a better investment, it's also tax free. Though as it is not widely accepted, many people still choose cash over it, gotta spread awareness about it first in order it to be not only higher value, but a currency we use in everyday transactions.

Though bitcoin is the only currency that is very unstable, to fix that, more people have to use it. That's why for a normal citizen, there's very little profit in it
567  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: June 26, 2016, 04:02:58 PM
I'm buying and holding mine.

Still buying at this stage? You should have done that months ago. It's already expensive to buy BTCBTCBTC at this point. Better let the price settle down first.

Doing the same atm, though the price is decreasing already, few days ago it was at it's highest point. Like they say, patience is a virtue, gotta wait and see how's it going to turn out in the future.

Though I withdraw some of the BTC from my wallet in case I really need some fast money, either way I am just keeping it, still haven't build a capital that I can actually start trading with it as well. Got to work more.
568  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would u still use Bitcoin if u were a USD multi millionaire? on: June 26, 2016, 03:48:13 PM
if a am a usd multimilionaire i would surely invest  into bitcoin without fear.as bitcoin knowing as digital asset i will buy big amount of bitcoins and it would be very easy if you have a lot of money.

I agree...
Me personally, I wouldn't even dare to ignore it, it would be the best investment for me. Few months ago the price for BTC was around 400, now it's about 600-680~, can you imagine what profits it would bring me?

Also i would do the same even if i had 100k'ish, not a multi millionaire, and build it up from there, rather than buying/reselling gold, which is pointless in reality if you think about it, unless you grind it 16h a day...

570  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: June 26, 2016, 03:35:10 PM
I think everyone has the same idea on how the 'investment' strategy, its simply buy low and resell it at a higher price, duh. Though you need capital first, a good amount of capital actually, probably around 5k euros to begin with.

Secondly it would be not to build a plan on what do you want to invest in, it's simply pointless since anything can change in the stock market at anytime. Though it being unpredictable is what makes it so attractive...
571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin already using too much power by 2020? on: June 26, 2016, 03:29:00 PM
I actually believe that if the currency price of BTC will potentially going to grow, eventually the electrical costs for mining will also increase, it will simply take more blocks/bigger hash speed to build it up.

Though it really depends on the country you live in, it's all relevant to the price of the electricity, anything can happen. I could be wrong on that though, so correct me if I misunderstood it, since this is quite interesting.
572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: June 26, 2016, 03:06:20 PM
I believe it's going to have a drastic impact on the people who use them. But first let's talk about government taking initiative to ban it. They'd ban anything they see as a threat to them.

If BTC has a huge growth in value that is, as far as the world goes, i doubt it will have some sort of a big impact to the economy, probably make the other currencies grow even more..
Like Russian ban bitcoin from their region, and it gives a lot of impact for bitcoin users in the Russian, Many merchants, store and big seller like steam feel the impact of this.

Oh yeah, that's a very bad impact on the economy as well, well not for the russian economy, but for the people and for the economy if we look at it as a whole, it has a drastic impact to the BTC currency price.

Russian oligarchs see it as a threat to them, though I believe still that a lot of russians have found a way to use it, vpn etc, probably still keeping it stored in their wallet for usage later or maybe exchanged it already.
573  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 26, 2016, 03:00:37 PM
I'd actually get into stock market and try to trade it up to the highest amount and probably donate it all to charity so it's actually well spent. Maybe try investing it...

Could also wait up till the value of it is potentially high enough for me to start a new business, hehe. Though I'm still not relatively sure about it, a lot of things are actually possible with 10btc.
574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin survive world war III? on: June 26, 2016, 02:50:59 PM
I did not expect the third world war will happen, no matter what, bitcoin would have persisted, even that will be a tool for good deals with other countries, because it would not be in the know and the transactions can take place quickly. I think bitcoin prices would be higher if it is in use by all countries
Anything can happen in our life, not only World war 3 the meteorite from space and fall into the earth it happens, if bitcoin is using by all countries bitcoin became a global currency at the same time.

Nah, the currency we have now will still have value for sure. Meteorite? nah... Also I really doubt that WW3 is likely to happen, even if it does, we won't use any currency at all...

like universe_ has said, it's going to be food or bottlecaps from fallout, lol. As far as the currency itself goes, we either see a big growth or a big fall, but that's just unpredictable by any means.

575  Economy / Speculation / Re: whether bitcoin will continue to grow on: June 26, 2016, 02:43:45 PM
I think yes bitcoin will growing up, because today is era of internet there are many people who use internet and will many people who use bitcoin or another crypto currencies.
Seeing the progress of the growth, i predict the value would still increase. It will continue to grow. Hope to save more to buy many things...

Bitcoin is probably going to still grow if it value remains high enough and it isn't banned in other countries, though currently it is not yet that widely accepted as a legal currency...

But if it is accepted as a legal currency, many users will surely adapt to it because it will finally be 'legal'. Though not many people still use it because they believe value of it can decrease any time. Time will tell..

577  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin have lost more than $100 in a day... on: June 24, 2016, 08:00:23 PM
there is no reason for the decline, this is a regular thing and do not panic. it is evident today bitcoin has again increased.
thats true, i believe that the price of the bitcoin is definitely not going to fall any more, the price of the bitcoins has already fell a lot, and it is now really stable to be honest i think

im pretty sure that in a few weeks the price of the bitcoin is going to grow to a new all time high because all people are going to buy a lot of bitcoins in order to make a lot of big profit
578  Economy / Speculation / Re: Brexit and Bitcoin on: June 24, 2016, 07:57:08 PM
I was very happy to see that the Brexit pumped the price up quite a lot after a horrible dump the last few days. Go the people of GB Cheesy

The price didn't rise because of brexit... that dump yesterday came out of nowhere and it was clearly manipulated
i think that brexit will soon have a huge impact on bitcoin price because the price of the bitcoin will surely depend on it as a lot of people from britain will start growing a lot

i think that we just have to wait, maybe there will be no brexit, government can just ignore the results of the referendum, i think that nearly anything might happen right now
579  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Just Too Stupid to Use Bitcoin Right Now on: June 24, 2016, 07:54:42 PM
We cannot call it as an stupidity as everyone is earning to spend it, and if they are satisfied with current price and they are spending then I don't think there is anything wrong in it.

Yeah it's really what they want to do in the end because if they're happy why does it really matter if they use btc or not?
well it would be way better to be honest because bitcoin would definitely grow more and it would grow much faster than it is growing right now, i hope more people will use it soon

people arent too stupid to use bitcoins in my opinion they are just afraid that they might face some law problems and they dont like to get such things, i think that bitcoin dont make such problems
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people own 21 BTC aproximately? on: June 24, 2016, 07:51:26 PM
Mathematically speaking, less than a million for sure  Grin
thats true, it is crazy that so small amount of people only can have that much bitcoins because that means that pretty soon the price of the bitcoin is going to increase significantly

i dont have that much bitcoins at the moment and i think that it will take a lot of time until i will be able to make that much bitcoins because i dont work for it at the moment unfortunately
