Barcelona's new manager Xavi wants to re-sign their old player Thiago Alcantara who is playing at Liverpool now. It would be a good addition to the midfield of the team surely. Thiago still has a contract running until 2024. And he must be quite happy for being a part of the team. I wonder if he would like to come back to Barcelona after hearing that Xavi are the new manager. And I'm even thinking about the probability of Messi to come back too. It would be really interesting to see Messi and Xavi in this situation as they were teammates but now one of them is a manager. 

Some dramatic matches happened yesterday as it is often the case on the last matchday of a group stage. Portugal was very unlucky yesterday and it will probably take some time to recover from that last minute shock against serbia. That being said i think serbia deserved to score that goal as they were the better Team, especially in the first half. As others already said, i also think that Portugal will still qualify for the World cup but of course it wont be easy.

The leader PSG are going to have a home game against Nantes in six days. As we all know, they are having a wonderful and quite comfortable season now. They are ten points ahead of the team at the second place which are Lens. This comfortable situation might cause them to relax a little bit these days. And I remember the last game between them and Nantes last season. It was also in Parc des Princes and Nantes got a very surprising 2-1 win then. I wonder if they can repeat this shocking result. But most probably, PSG will be the winner at the end by one goal at worst.

Looking at the schedule for the next match, there is Villarreal vs Man United, I'm quite looking forward to whether the result will be won by Villarreal or United.  This match is one of the determinants of Ole's fate at United, if they lose I think the news of Ole's sacking will be heard more quickly even though in fact their successive defeats occurred in the Premier League but the impact on Ole is quite large in this champion league.  With the condition of the Villarreal team being quite stable, I don't think it will be easy for Ole and his team.

I was delighted with the Montenegro game! Holland couldn't win and along with it my multi bet didn't work, but it was an amazing match! Looking at the first half I got my win back by betting that both teams would score and the Montenegrins scored twice!

@EdenHazard I want to say I don't think that Bundesliga is the most competitive league in Europe. I think the English Premier League has taken that spot. Because a League is nothing without competition and Bayern Munich does not seem to have March of competition right now. But in EPL almost all the teams really good. They got good players innermost all the teams. And there is a reason why the English Premier League attracts more audiences.

Xavi Hernandez will make his Barcelona debut in the Catalan derby against Espanyol, one more week and Xavi has plenty of time to decide what composition of players he wants, I want to see if there will be a change in the composition of the players who are fielded or if he keeps the composition of players like the Ronald era Koeman, interestingly Xavi officially got Dani Alves on a free transfer after breaking the contract with Sao Paolo club, is it possible that Dani Alves will become a main player or not.

It is really nice to have big matches a few weeks in a row. This time, there are 3 big matches as it seems: Lazio - Juventus, Fiorentina - Milan and Inter - Napoli. Lazio are ahead of Juventus considering their place in the table and their form also. Juventus' inconsistency can cause them to get another disappointing result. Milan are far better than Fiorentina now. But I wouldn't like to underestimate Fiorentina also as they are having a good season. But I think that Milan will win. And in the remaining match, Napoli will have a really difficult match. And Inter can even beat them and cause them to have their first loss in this season. I expect each of them to score.

Perhaps 3-4 years is too much, but he will definitely be able to show the best results in football for several years. look at Mühler, that's a prime example of that, how a player can play regardless of his age. But I will say my opinion that a player can play well when he is on a good team. That is, I believe that Ronaldo could show excellent results if he was still playing for Real Madrid. It was another comfortable week for PSG as they consolidated their position by defeating Bordeaux by 3-2 away. And most of their closest opponents lost points last week. I mean Marseille and Nice of course. Both of them surprised me by getting very poor results. By the way, Lens are still doing great and they are at the 2nd place after winning against Troyes by 4-1. They are the most remarkable team of this season I think. Maybe they won't be able to get very close to PSG because of their huge performance. But they still can end the season at the 2nd place which could be beyond their expectations for this season.

Maybe Freiburg are having a solid season too but it seems like Dortmund are the only team that can hold Bayern Munich back from winning the title again this season. Because they have the second best lineup quality among the rest of the teams in the Bundesliga. Of course, the lineup is not everything all the time. But to dethrone a dominator like Bayern Munich, you need to have a solid lineup. Even it might not be enough for succeeding in this.  

Barcelona was broken under the leadership of Koeman, before Xavi came into the club. And he will need more time to rebuild the team, and probably put them back on track. They have to be well prepared against Espanol, which is their next match. Because the game will be tough. Also, Espanyol crushed Granada in their last match, and currently have the same points with Barcelona. However, how Barcelona plays in the match will determine if they are really improving their performance.

I think after the international break,Conte wey change his formation from 3-4-3 to 3-4-1-2 Lucas we be the one sacrifice to the bench,he ( Conte) will either go with Tanguy Ndombele or Geovanni Locelso as the creative link for Harry Kane and Son and the full backs Reguilion and Emerson Royal will have lot of space to work with.for now the defensive midfield is okay no need to change anything there,Skipp is growing into the team.

We will have Napoli Inter, now if Napoli will win we can assume a fight with Milan till the end but if they are going to draw or lose...
I told you to wait until December to judge Napoli. 

As for me I don’t think Manchester United are in a hurry to get a replacement for OGS from what I can see so far, a club as big a Manchester United shouldn’t be this patient in getting a new coach, take a look at Chelsea for example, Frank Lampard was as bad as OGS is right now but he was replaced as soon as he started lacking behind tactically and loosing games.
Jose Mourinho isn’t an option for Manchester United. I think  Antonio Conte would have been a good replacement for OGS but the Manchester United board are too slow in decisions making, OGS has nothing else to offer and I wouldn’t be surprised seeing some big footballers wanting to leave the club by January if nothing is done.

Liverpool are still the most impressive team in this tournament for me. Because their way of playing is really awesome. I really like to watch teams like their game plan is offensive rather than a defensive one. And Liverpool are one of the best teams when it comes to the offense side. Because they have a really powerful player like Mohamed Salah. And it is not just about him. Their squad quality is really high now and everyone at the team is capable of scoring or making a big contribution in another way.

Westham United has got my attention recently. I didn't take them seriously as usual but they are giving everyone reasons to believe that they will represent English Premier League fine. Their recent good results and position in EPL is smart and can rekindle hope.
I will not fail to watch their next fixture in Europa. I think a win should be able to push them to the next round.
Meanwhile, Liecester is not finding it easy in both Europa and Epl. I believe they will get well soon.

Xavi has a lot of work ahead of him: he needs to identify the players around whom the future team will be built, as well as the players who will have to be removed from the team. Also to identify weaknesses in the game that will need to be strengthened next summer, and hopefully Barcelona fans will give the legend time to build his team.
