They're also supporting NMC if they support LTC.

Btw why LTC over BTC?

It's not LTC over BTC. It's LTC alongside BTC.

How much traffic does the site get?

Also, why are you selling this site?

Seems like they are the only people who are reluctant to speculate on 'when'.

I speculate that it will be some time in 2014.

Seems like a good coin. I strongly support this by increasing it by 2 instead of just 1.

We need a +3, +5, +7, +11...
385  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to earn 0.02 BTC? on: August 05, 2013, 04:21:36 AM
Is it worth mining coins? I have not really looked into it but I am considering it...I just got scammed by somebody on localbitcoins.com for a bit over $280 ;( Do I need a beast PC to mine?

If you want to try mining, there is also the possibility of mining alt-coins (such as Litecoin) and then trading them for bitcoins. Might net more than if you just mined bitcoins directly.

Also if you're pooling, you don't need a beast machine, you can start out with pretty much anything and earn a few (fiat) cents per day.

I'm on litecoinpool with a crappy cpu and gpu earning myself about 0.3 LTC per week. Rich!

386  Economy / Lending / Re: [ASAP] NEED 0.03 LOAN, WILL REPAY 0.06 WITHIN 24-48 HOURS on: August 05, 2013, 04:07:43 AM
This is also a good way for me to earn rep 0.03 BTC.

LOL

Fuck off. If you're going to troll, do it somewhere where people will give a actually entertain your negativity. Like Alternate Cryptocurrencies sub forum.

If you're going to get itchy undies over one post, why not self-moderate?

Could anyone loan me $0.02btc? I can pay it back within 4days
how much btc will you pay back? What are you using it for?

More importantly, how much is $0.02btc ?

lol, it is worth ~$2.00 US... $2.14 to be exact @ current market value

Mostly likely yes, but are you sure it's not worth exactly $0.02? i.e. A loan request for 0.00018692 btc? Smiley

First comes the 200 million dollars.
Then comes the 200 million difficulty.

This is a big. Freaking. Deal.  (No sarcasm)

http://m.us.wsj.com/articles/a/SB10001424127887323997004578644491403250124?mg=reno64-wsj

For the first time, my ultra-conservative financial advisor is paying attention to Bitcoin after seeing this.

Anyone have a membership so we can see the entire article?  All I had to show him was the title....

-Burger-

For the first time, I decided to pay for a paywalled article after seeing your link.

No, just kidding, that will never happen.

I would buy a few more XPM if they were on BTC-e.

By the way, I've had http://bitcoinfees.com updated recently, including changing the default fee from 0.0005 to 0.0001.

Hz is already taken, and I can't stand it when people use it to describe hashing performance. It measures clock speed, not hashing performance.

My 7970 runs at 1.2GHz, but only gets 0.7GH/s. I can't say it runs at 1.2GHz and hashes at 0.7GHz, that's just way too confusing!

No, it measures 'cycles per second'. The cycle can be anything.

If I can eat 8.6 apples per day, then I eat apples at a rate of 0.0001 Hz.

If my card can check 2 billion hashes per second, then it's checking hashes at 2 GHz.

He is there to state his opinion, nothing more. He disables comments so you know nothing he talks about has any wiggle room for others opinions. Pretty closed minded... or he got so much hate and grief he closed comments.

Yes he was responsible for the whole carrot phenomenon a couple years back.

Pretty sure there used to be comments on it.
