801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feathercoin opening trade day 1FC = 0.05 LTC and going up on: April 30, 2013, 12:59:19 AM
The FTC side of this exchange is still seriously buggy!

Yeah look at the sell side right now... not even ordering correctly:

LTC   Rate   FTC
249.995   0.049999   5000
0.51574424   0.049   10.52539274     <<<< This should be at the top
40.24648685   0.05   804.929737

802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] [FC] Feathercoin Kamikaze - Win up to 24,000 FC! on: April 30, 2013, 12:48:01 AM
I deposited 5.0 FC a couple of hours ago.  It showed up in my balance for a few seconds.  I tried to place a 5.0 FC bet.  It told me I had to make a deposit.  The balance went back to zero.  I never had a chance to play at all.  What happened?

Same issue as described in the OP, and should be temporary.

I really might have to take this game offline temporarily until I find a more reliable feathercoin block explorer.

Please just try again a bit later.

804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC/FTC exchange via Google Docs [Bid 28 LTC | Ask 26 LTC] on: April 29, 2013, 10:42:22 AM
Not that I was planning to send first, but Toschi also gave me an LTC address for presumably the same reason.

How much did he get away with all up?

Looks like about 180 LTC. http://explorer.litecoin.net/address/LSXc6QrqLe9ULjMPRemrMFuHiX8Hy7uvsp

That's pretty incredible for someone with 12 posts.

thank you very much!

Anyhow, I suggest that you run cron job to check for games with unclaimed rewards after N minutes of inactivity. Perhaps, also automate the reward claim for last row, since it is kind of pointless to have to manually claim reward on the last row since you don't have anymore row to continue.

anyhow, did you read my PM? regarding the offer? I can really help you with that Smiley.

Both good suggestions, thanks. I did get your PM thanks, will PM back Smiley
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC/FTC exchange via Google Docs [Bid 28 LTC | Ask 26 LTC] on: April 29, 2013, 07:08:28 AM
Well, after dumping heaps at 15 I think I'll buy back in again... Would prefer bulk amounts if possible, like 5k+ but will do smaller trades too.

That was a smart move all the same. Hope you only sold half the coins you bought at 7 - cover your investment and play with house money Smiley

That's pretty much what I did, yeah Smiley

so let me get this straight a coin that is 4 x as fast (better?) than LTC

and has 4xCoins

is no where near 0.25 of LTC?Huh?

Being at exactly 0.25 LTC would signify that they have the same reputation, the same user base, the same popularity as LTC. Clearly, they don't.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WTB] [FC] Lots of Feathercoins... on: April 29, 2013, 05:26:10 AM
Uuuummmm... buying some more again. Please PM me Smiley
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feathercoin opening trade day 1FC = 0.05 LTC and going up on: April 29, 2013, 02:35:36 AM
Feathercoin just broke above trading for 0.06LTC

Twice the price of the PM trading going on on this forum Smiley
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC/FTC exchange via Google Docs [Bid 26 LTC | Ask 26 LTC] on: April 29, 2013, 12:21:59 AM
I want to buy 9000 FTC  at  22.2 LTC per 1k

Thanks.

Don't we all. Smiley

Lol, not me. I want to buy 1,000,000 at 7 LTC per 1k.
813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC/FTC exchange via Google Docs [Bid 26 LTC | Ask 26 LTC] on: April 29, 2013, 12:10:21 AM
Eitherway the more the merrier

You're right, and besides, coding an exchange engine from scratch would be a fun challenge anyway for a nerd like me.
814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC/FTC exchange via Google Docs [Bid 26 LTC | Ask 26 LTC] on: April 28, 2013, 11:35:08 PM
Much more demand to make something automated.

I keep putting off coding anything like this because I figure places like BTC-E already have the engine written and could probably put up a FC market in a matter of an hour or less if they chose to. Then I put it off because cryptonit came out. I think perhaps it's something I should do a little of in my spare time in case this opportunity comes up again in future! Also, what ever happened to the 'bitparking' guy? He was usually quick to come out with new markets.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] [FC] Feathercoin Kamikaze - Win up to 24,000 FC! on: April 28, 2013, 11:26:05 PM
Can you please check the games (game hashes) below for me? I won all of the games below but didn't receive my rewards...  all were bet with 1 FC, reached 8th row.

Code:
caad33ce9375b33796c071151b3964988b280da24215ac8f9e5aa0aadf2369e0
e39a6a1446b082a50739063f350a166376794a39986dc55d22ea4712b48e373e
54a66ce356a18fb3344527b30322c88d1711a544689ba5b1bc29fd90d6c1f52f

Actual hashes aren't stored, so I'd have to write a script to go through every single game to calculate hashes and see if any match the above.

Better if I can get your user ID and look for any games that were bet with 1 FC or that reached the 8th row, and then check their hashes.

Please let me know.

My user id is 574, i cant remember exactly is 8th or 9th though.. please do let me know. thanks.

Hi,
Sorry I will have to write up a script in PHP. to check this.. You have so many games and my MYSQL doesn't have Sha256 installed.
Will let you know soon.
Thanks.

Okay, these are the games that match your hashes:

#25617   574   2013-04-28 16:49:52   NULL   1.00000000   0.00000000   2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2   3,3,5,1,3,5,1,5,5   0,0   MBvH8uhp0AS9xoyQc2U6P5Xq4kRwFjWr
#25637   574   2013-04-28 16:52:34   2013-04-28 17:21:05   1.00000000   5.00000000   3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3   1,2,1,5,1,5,1,2,4   0,0   K0UkypTzmdGHl5YwI8JVaS9N2EtPv4bM
#25649   574   2013-04-28 16:53:40   2013-04-28 17:20:50   1.00000000   5.00000000   2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2   3,5,3,3,3,4,1,4,2   0,0   FWEpqaBoIsNM41LmAxYgnzXkJlD7TVeO

That first one shows NULL in the 'completed' field, meaning either you didn't click the "Take" button, or your connection dropped before your request reached the server.

Your transaction history shows you were credited for the other two:

#12283   574   5.00000000   Won game #25649   2013-04-28 17:20:50   1
#12284   574   5.00000000   Won game #25637   2013-04-28 17:21:05   1

So I've now credited you for game 25617 and marked the game as complete.

Are you sure you always clicked the "Take" button, by the way?

Thanks for playing!

Aaaaand cryptonit.net down again  Undecided
Ya and I tried to withdraw 1.5LTC but it's not instant.
I tryed this to deposit and withdraw 1 LTC about 2 weeks ago. I got my LTC back (minus fee), but i got impression of not finished laggy exchanger  Undecided
I just withdrew the money, turned out that I must insert Google Authenticator code to withdraw.
In my case i think 2 factor authentication is nice. I hope BTC-e will add this functionality.

I agree it is a nice option. I'd be horrified though if BTC-e also decided to make it mandatory.

BTC-e have a form of 2 factor auth by having an option for you to have to confirm all withdrawals via e-mail, use a gmail address with 2 factor auth and you are pretty much 2 factor auth protected. Everyone should do this on BTC-e.

I was really glad to be one of the people who DIDN'T check the email box, when they had that 24+ hour issue with their email server. Noone with that box checked could withdraw, but I was like "What are you all talking about, withdrawals work fine" Smiley
819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feathercoin opening trade day 1FC = 0.05 LTC and going up on: April 28, 2013, 10:47:44 AM
I saw one smart message in the trollbox on Cryptonit:

- send messages / mails / etc to VirCurEx and BTC-E and ask them to support FeatherCoin
- tell them about the bounty

After having traded on most exchanges, my vote is for BTC-E. It is able to take whatever is thrown at it and bounce right back

+1

Will be also funny to watch all the FC haters come out in force in the trollbox.
