Practice 1 passed and all the teams are preparing for the sprint qualy.
Very good practice for neutrals, i see so many drivers between 0.275 seconds gap between the first and the six driver and for various teams, i dont know how real is this but lets see and hope to be real.
But we can expect good qualy for sprints because the teams doesnt have so much data to put the correct set up in the cars.
It looks like Verstappen hit the fastest lap again,and it looks easy from now on,the first qualification which is going to be live just a couple of hours from now and decide the Sprint race starting grid I think other drivers need to do more,in Sprint race they have a small chance here if they manage to out qualify Verstappend and for example he starts 3rd or 4th in the Sprint.I know it will be a different story in the official qualification and in the race but to make him lose even in the Sprint for the first time this season would be a nice change.I am also curious to see how much Ferrari has upgraded their car,I know it is not full upgrade but is this upgrade good enough to be the second best car and pass McLaren and all other teams,that is my question? |

Bordering on madness if it were true, 3 times more than the second driver paid on the grid.
Kinda sounds like Palermo breaking the bank to get Mbappe. Huge money, but can they offer a sports motive as well? I mean, Verstappen is a great driver - probably the best one on the grid. But switch places between him and Russell (who I really like as a driver) and I think the standings won't be much different. Sure, difference between Perez and Verstappen clearly shows that the car is not all that matters - but it's 90% of the puzzle. Going all in on a driver while your car is sub-par doesn't seem like the smartest idea. I think you can say it loud that the car is not all that matters,put that car into some mediocre driver like Perez is and most likely the motivation of the other drivers and teams would be so high that they would win a Championship against him even if he has the best car.The fact that he has come second in the standings is all because of stupid and amateur mistakes from other drivers and teams,if for example Ferrari would have made no mistakes and their drivers would also made no mistakes last season I am sure he would not got to second like he did.Anyway I would love to see Verstappen switch team after so many years at Redbull. |

Adrian Newey leaving is a terrible terrible news for Red Bull, because there will be the famous 2026 changes, and when that happens they will need a car that is amazing, and Newey is by far the best designer in the world, without him they are not going to build a car that is great.
If it is all about just money, then Aston Martin has a very rich owner, and he is willing to get his son as much chances as possible, father stroll already hired bunch of engineers from red bull to have a decent car, if he could get Newey as well then I am assuming that with 2026 changes then even Aston Martin could end up with the best car and it wouldn't be a shock. Plenty of teams have changes when you look at regulation changes, so it is all going to be a surprise to us all.
Most manufacturers are already looking ahead and doing tests for when the regulation comes,I mean simulations and although simulations do not offer the real value at least they give an insight as where to go with the car so it would be of no surprise if Aston Martin becomes the fastest car of the track. I think though that the real news is the fact that Audi is heavily promoting their coming to F1 and I believe them to bring a very competitive car since already the first year of their arrival,they surely have the technical expertise and know how from many other race divisions they have raced and won including the Le Mans with that R15 TDI Audi. |

Aston Villa will face Olympiakos tonight in the semifinal match of the UEFA European conference league. Aston Villa is the favorite for me but in the previous round they eliminated Lille from the tournament after a penalty shootout. I was expecting them to go through more easily. Tonight they will play against Olympiacos. In the previous round Olympiacos eliminated Fenerbahce. I watched their 2 games against Fenerbahce and I don't think they will have a chance against Aston Villa. I see Aston Villa as the clear favorite in this match and in this round.
Of course it is easy to think that Aston Villa will be the favorite and the one to qualify compared to the two teams,Aston Villa is from Premier League,the league most of us think is the strongest and mos beautiful league in Europe and not only while Olympiacos despite having more history in European cups than Aston Villa they still come from the Greece Super League and we all know in quality is much lower compared to the Premier League and that is why I also think that Aston Villa will have an easy elimination semi final leg which most likely will see them in the final. For Pot B though I am happy as I put a 5 stake to a Real and Bayern draw and I think to have gotten a good 16 points and now I wait the game of tonight and if I hit a win here too then I have assured most likely the last spot of Pot B too and that would be a very good result overall since I never have won anything in the previous pools in Champions League.

I think that is no longer the case as the crypto has experienced a big dip during today and the fastest fee from the website "bitcoinfees.net" shows like 1.53 dollars to confirm in 20 minute so compared to that 120 dollars when it was when this thread started here I think we have come down quite a lot.As for alts they have really fast confirmations even during time when there is big congestion in the Bitcoin network,so for our needs we can use them in such time and still have access to all our websites that we use in crypto.
