Every wallet is safe as long as your the only one who controls the private key and secure it with 2FA or any features just to secure it. I'm pretty sure that the majority of wallets suggested is Blockchain.info Still the security in online wallet is still not good compared to hardware/software/paper wallet and it's the most suggested when storing big amount of BTC. Anyway, there's already a General thread about BTC wallets helping you what to choose.

The president is sincere on his war against drugs but the death sentences is too has,it should be turn to life or jail terms
Seen some of his interviews, the guy is quite cool. He doesn't have signs of being traditional politician but speak with his strong Filipino accent. The news said he is good with what he is doing so why should USA bother him. Whatever he is doing, Duterte should do it right now before his term last. Well, he still have more than 5 years in his term. But even duterte doubts that he will last that long. It doesn't matter who started. That matters is that must stop. Many poor people suffering, they can't feed the own families, they afraid to trust people because of the guns and they are ashamed for their country. it's hard to see how widespread it is if your not there. Either way poor people still suffering because of drugs.

It's very popular here in our country. I'm very sure that casino's won't put this on their site, why?? There are tricks a player can make in order to win, including martingale. Unless the casino will cheat. Therefore, the game is only good in real life and not on digital/online world, where they can fool kids on playing the game and wasting their money.

So far, blockchain.info is the most used online wallet and many user already recommend this, in terms on their security and easy to use. When i was a newbie to bitcoin, i made my first wallet on that site. I don't want to derail the conversation but for me, desktop wallet is the best.

bet low, higher chance to win
Betting low or high won't change the result depending on what you play, IMO. It all matter if it's your lucky day or not, it's really hard to beat the house edge. Well, it will still all depend on what type of game you play and how you play it. Just always remember when to stop even your betting high or low.

Make giveaway all remaining money to the active gamblers when anybody will be out of money than he can give up more easily than to have enough funds into bankroll.
What your saying is, an addicted person should give his/her remaining money to other gambler so the person don't have money to gamble. The problem on this is, mostly it's not on the money. Whether he/she has lost all the money, the person still find a way just to gamble.

Sig campaigns are good but the fact is that some are not worth it and some are for sure worth the time. Its just so depending on campaigns.
Well, anything that pays you for posting is always good even it's small amount or big will worth the time. It will also depend on how or good your posts are and this will surely give you advantage on joining high paying campaigns.

Better to stop. You won't really get a profit out of dice and will always will be. Unless your extremely lucky. It doesn't matter what trick or strategy you get or came up, the fact that the house always will always be your problem. In most cases, the owner of those sites are ones a gambler and learned their lessons. They won't make a dice game unless they can't get a profit out of it.
There are other Gambling games out there that gives you higher chances of winning and might give you profit.

I was watching the other campaign and realized that at present the payout is quite low. I hope that from next week the rates would be revised and increased for all in order to be more lucrative and attract more people here.
Everytime i read your post on any signature campaign thread your always complaining on their rates. C'mon dude!! Your a Hero Member, you know better than us!! (if your not sold account) Clearly your just spamming threads to get your daily quota. A reason why your stuck on Yobit.

For online shopping Paypal is most widely used/accepted by stores. While bitcoin in some countries still don't accept them as a payment. If i'm asked what would i choose from both of them when it comes to shopping, I'll choose Paypal, Verification process is a bit hassle but it's just for the sake of the user.

Is there any risk of freezing your actual bitcointalk account?
There is None, resetting password on Beta won't affect your account here. As we know resetting passwords through secret question will suspend accounts in current forum and are there any direct-indirect threats of ban from tempering with new version?
Secret question doesn't exist on the new forum, AFAIK. Only reset via email at first login, for extra security you should use different password. If i'm correct it's not sync. I never tried posting using the Beta, don't know if it will affect here. Didn't use new soft because of fear that accidental ban may happen. Somebody, maybe experienced that already?
Ban?? Maybe you mean locked. I didn't saw anybody complained for accidental locked on the new forum.

When I login into Epochtalk, it tells me to reset my password to "complete account migration". When I try to reset my password, I don't recieve any email.
Any help?
Just curious, what is the link of the new forum? I googled up "epochtalk" but there wasn't a forum. Sorry for the off-topic post. Here's the thread link posted by theymos: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1442020.0
Funny thing on my side is It's saying "no account Found" Don't know why you didn't receive any email, Maybe try it again and make sure your email is correct. I tried with different account and receive an email.

As much as possible i won't give any personal documents or ID online especially on today's world. But for trusted sites or company, i don't mind giving especially if it's needed to confirm your identity (still bother me though). One example is on our bitcoin local exchange, you need to take a selfie with your ID to increase the amount of money you can cash out. (i still don't trust anybody) Identity theft is the most common cases here in our country or maybe in some other countries too. People just need to be careful.

Most of those "free coins" are dead/shit coins. At first you'll get excited because you got it for free and big amount but when you look at the price of it. It's just worthless or can't even go higher that 1 sat. Yes, you can collect all of them but the main question is "is it worth the time??" Of course NO. Yobit made that for their marketing strategy to make newbie users come back and get another "free coins" in the next 24hrs. (wise but terrible support)

One of the mistakes of the newbie is gambling their satoshi that they get from faucets and complaining for their loss.
I think it's the most rarer mistakes of newbies. Don't get me wrong here, we're all ones a newbies here and tend to treasure our Satoshi that we got from faucets. Those who gamble their sats earned from faucets are greedy ones (except if the faucet is on gambling site). Those big rollers and new from bitcoin will only buy Btc to gamble, they don't want to earn it on time wasting faucet.

First of all, why would you care posting on other signature threads. If your not the manager of that thread then leave it to the manager, guy has been hired to answers questions about the campaign. Basically, it will be considered as a spam on where you post.
It' not a general rule. For example yobit still count post on other sig. Threads. As you can see there are many yobit spammers acting like a manager answering and telling people to get accepted. (On secondstrade and 777coin threads)
