21  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin towards to $8000 on: November 17, 2017, 11:15:51 AM
Bitcoin towards to $8000, whether the exact reasons why bitcoin prices rise so fast?
What to do now, sell or keep hodling?
You should keep holding now until bitcoin reaches 8000$ for real. Sell it only a portion after 8000$ price has been achieved and hodl the rest. That way you would not have to fell regretful when price goes down and you also won't regret selling early when it goes up more. Anyhow, it would be wiser to diversify your money on many different cryptocurrencies for more profit here in crypto world. Bitcoin is not the only crypto with potential so learn how to pick good coins with potential before doing this.
I agree there was so much coin out there that has a potential however bitcoin is the only currency so far that you could invest for long term ! there was no doubt that bitcoin will hit $8000 maybe this month or next so keep holding your coins.
22  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 17, 2017, 11:09:47 AM
Until the day that bitcoin is the only globally accepted currency, and by that I mean the only currency in the world, then of course the price will matter. Frankly I don't think that day will come and so for me the price will always matter if I own some bitcoin. I would own bitcoin with the hope of growing my dollar amount.
I agree many people was actually invested on bitcoin because they want to get a profit out of it ! meaning the price will always matter ! Imagine if bitcoin has no value I doubt  if people will still use bitcoins.
23  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: November 17, 2017, 11:06:15 AM
I think it will be good if this will happen in the future. Bitcoin will definitely increase its value if cashless society will be implemented. It will be an advantage to people who was already in the bitcoin investment.I think it is more convenient if cashless society will happen. The disadvantage is that if technology was down(power outage or no internet connetion), we don't have other way to pay our services. It will be better if both of them co-exist and it is up to the buyer on which type of payment he/she wants to use. Just saying.
I agree a cashless environment is useless if there was no internet or power ! if the government want to implement this kind of environment they have to come up with an alternative solution !
24  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [helping thread]Tanong mo sagot ko on: November 13, 2017, 04:04:40 AM
25  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Cash BCH up to 4000 $ on: November 12, 2017, 07:28:09 PM
What a speculative game is going on with BCC and BTC! I really doubt that Bitcoin Cash will be able to hold this big price for long. That's all manipulations. Bitcoin Cash is actually not used and not accepted anywhere. I could understand if Etherum would reach such highs, but not BCC.

This game of BCH is going to continue, but I believe not for long. BCH might gradually hit $4000 but either it will be soon and it will also drop soon or its gonna lift gradually. BCC has really no extra value, rather yes I agree ETH has much more importance in the society.
I agree let's wait until bitcoin cash hit that $4000 and how long it will last. I am really worried to those have high hopes with bitcoin cash they might not get the profit they want because the price was really manipulated , hope they could decide well.
26  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Amazon Integrate Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2017, 07:24:09 PM
I believe so. Amazon is one of the biggest online buy and sell company around the world. I think they have the suffecient technology and staff to implement bitcoin in their system. The only question that is running in my mind is when will they start integrating it. Hopefully, they’ll do it sooner because a lot of bitcoin user will be pleased.
yup agree if amazon really wanted to make bitcoin as one of there payment gateway it could be done instantly however the problem is amazon might not implement it due to unknown reason , it would be good if they do but I doubt it will actually happen.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you support direct payment in ETH for bounty? (POLL) on: November 12, 2017, 07:21:07 PM
Hey, guys.
Projects raise millions of dollars in ETH. Participants of the bounty campaigns significantly help them to do this.
Would it be fair if the participants will receive ETH for their work? Or 50% in ETH and 50% in tokens?

I prefer receiving tokens as payments. One could collect them if he wants to and one could earn more dollars than the normal payment with eth. Receiving eth would be like receiving a fix amount of money. Receiving tokens can sometimes give you more and desirable amount of money that varies through time. One can exchange it at a higher rate but it takes careful estimation and a good guess to pick a date to exchange or convert it to eth (interms of eth-based tokens).
agree very interesting answer , This make me think that token payment is good since initially token price is not that costly but thorough time it increases in value depending how good the devs are , this make me conclude that you could really earn more when you are paid in tokens than ETH
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2017, 07:14:33 PM
yes I did convinced my  brother and my immediate supervisor at work to try bitcoin , since bitcoin was really interesting there is no doubt that people will try it when you properly introduced it to them especially when you say that they can make a good profit out of it , I teach them for about 2 months how the market goes and later on they already using it themselves.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 134k unconfirmed transactions now. I'm starting to get really worried about this on: November 12, 2017, 07:13:47 PM
I really don't like that the BCH supporters use such practices as spamming Bitcoin with thousands of fake transactions to damage it. They really think that this way they will convince people to switch to BCH? If nothing else, this is the reason I never want to have anything to do with BCH.
Agree this proves the wrong motives of bitcoin cash , it just all business If they already make enough money out if it they will dump all of it , I really don't get why some folks are really being serious with bitcoin cash since there is nothing wonderful about it.
30  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is Crashing! on: November 12, 2017, 08:45:27 AM
Likely final attempt from miners to kill BTC, as result keep falling. Day candle still red. Lets see how long Bitcoin Cash will pump or overtake bitcoin legacy. I think, BTC price has been falling for a while. Massive short opportunity! Good trade. Enjoy the profit.
yup lets see how far they could manipulate this bitcoin cash pump , This was a planned pump so when devs has already rich it's maximum pump they all gonna dump there bitcoin cash and take away youre money so better be careful , much better if youre gonna put a lot of investment today in bitcoin and enjoy a high profit in the near future
31  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin price come back up? on: November 12, 2017, 08:40:03 AM
After the recent string of events involving the cancellation of SegWit2x and pumping of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) by miners, Roger Ver, South Korean exchanges and others, I have a feeling this is just noise to scare off short-term investors and for institutions to buy in at good prices. I am still confident that Bitcoin will hold strong as long as the core developers exist and SegWit2x is in the plans. We may even see the lightning network come to fruition sometime in 2018.

With the Bitcoin Gold (12th) and Bitcoin Cash (13th) forks coming in the next two days, I predict quite a bit of movement within the market capitalizations of all these coins & altcoins.

How low do you think the price of Bitcoin will drop before it goes back up again?
There are many who start another drama related to bitcoin after one another just trying to crash BTC price at some point but nothing gonna affect it.So just relax this will end soon and will give pump to Bitcoin price and we hope to see the price to $10000 by end of 2017 .Don't get panic just believe on the power of bitcoin.
agree this past few days there was a lot of bitcoin drama that was happening , they create FUDs with an intention to kill bitcoin however bitcoin was always been strong ,this was not new to bitcoin and will get over with this very soon ,just buy more bitcoins for now and we could expect a bitcoin pump very soon
32  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? on: November 12, 2017, 08:37:00 AM
Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? I am confused to buy bitcoin now when it's value is too high.

Because every second and every minute there a lot of people buy and sell their bitcoin so the markets is also volatile and bitcoin just only in my opinion i don't know if it's correct . Cheesy
It was correct don't worry the demand and supply  was always relative to bitcoin price if every minute there is more sell than buy then bitcoin price was likely to fall down however when the thing is on the other way around many buy and few are selling then we could expect that the price will go up
33  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: November 12, 2017, 08:34:33 AM
Actually panic selling occurs merely affected by emotions. Whenever they see their holding dips, they panicked and dont they know what to do. I think stocks/coins that dips deeply is just a normal thing that happens in a market, but I think what is not normal is when emotions are attached to investors and let them affect your trading. I think the best way to do this is when it dips just close your broker’s site and get back to them after few days/ weeks. At least in this way, you will not be tempted to sell. Just always remember before entering your trade you must have a trading plan and execute it no matter what. Whether you have to wait for your target profit of just cut loss and buy back at the bottom.
agree that's why many new investors has always losing money because they really don't understand yet how the market goes ! they expect that bitcoin will go always up without considering it may fall sometimes , and when it happened they just don't know what to do and panic sell that make them lose money instead of gaining profit.
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price continues dip on: November 11, 2017, 11:50:59 PM
The rise of bitcoin cash really affects the users faith in bitcoin. I am really disappointed. Well, it's still their choice though.
But in my opinion. People should not abandon bitcoin. The high price is not a reason to ignore.
Maybe some investors just wanted to invest at the cheapest that is why they have chosen bCash.
I still think that bitcoin is stronger. So people should stop panicking.
that's just FUD , the community is still strong as it was ! Bitcoin has been like this for years but it still managed to survive ! I don't think this issue will last  long and people and miners  will jump again to bitcoin very soon , There was really no reason to panic it was actually the time to enjoy it and buy more bitcoins and sell it later at the higher price.
35  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin rise to $500k in three years? on: November 11, 2017, 11:40:45 PM
I dont know why other people expecting to much with bitcoin . Because bitcoin will not reach 500k dollars even you will wait forever . I think the highest price of this coin is only 50k dollars and that happen after few many years or maybe 1 decade. So its better to buy bitcoin now with your extra money only.
agree that speculation is too much , it was really impossible to happen because transaction fees will be very very expensive , maybe even a faucets can't afford to have a payout because of the fees. 50k is very reasonable and that's what I am waiting for before I could sell my coins !
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Bitcoin Cash on: November 11, 2017, 11:35:37 PM
What do you think of Bitcoin Cash?
Do you think it will have the same value as Bitcoin or it will be just another Alt. Coin in the crypto market?

right now miners is jumping to bitcoin cash because it was more profitable to mine than bitcoin however I don't think  that bitcoin cash could have the same price as of bitcoin  just because of that , Bitcoin cash will never overtake bitcoin many attempted to kill it but no alts has succeed.

If most of the miners go over to the Bitcoin side in cash, this can cause very unpleasant consequences. But I hope that in this battle Bitcoin will win the original. I'm sick of these miners games
This is a sad reality when bitcoin miners go to more profitable one confirmation time might take longer than usual and people don't want that so they will begin to search for an alternative , that's why the only choice is to make bitcoin price rise so it could support miners since the difficulty is getting harder and harder.
37  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2017, 11:30:40 PM
I spend my money from bitcoin to fulfill my needs. Also i like to spend it specially on food and to fill my hobbies.
Same here. I use my money from bitcoin to buy anything I want. It is really helpful because it is providing me with a decent pocket money, not to mention that it is helping me financially. I even managed to get recognition from my parents. Funny, isn't it?

But anyways, I am really thankful because bitcoin and this forum exist. Otherwise, I would have been so depressed and hopeless.
same here with the current salary I am gaining right now I could not even afford to buy a new phone thanks to the opportunity given by bitcoins  I could buy the things I want and build a strong financial foundation.
38  Economy / Economics / Re: You should never trust banks on: November 11, 2017, 11:25:10 PM
I don't get it. Why we should never trust banks? Is it because they are not worth it to put our money for long term? I don't think so. Banks are banks and they are here for their own purpose. We need banks for certain purposes and that is what we need to accept and not just think negative things about banks because if they are not good then government will just remove it.
agree banks is useful to store and save money so the moment you need it  you could have it immediately you don't have to convert it to fiat first or exchange it to an exchanger . Banks is essential to economical development of a county  and gives more jobs to people .
39  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC, ETH, LTC dropping November 2017 on: November 11, 2017, 11:20:26 PM
with segwit cancelled we might see a bit of a drop in BTC
yup definitely we could expect that so if you still have time to buy , buy more of this coins we could expect that the price will go up again within a next few days ! After all this price correction it will start to go up soon !
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallets for altcoins on: November 11, 2017, 01:36:20 PM
I usually store my altcoins on exchanges it was very hard to install all there wallet on my computer , In that way I could organize my altcoins and monitor all of them with ease without opening so much bunch of applications which could possibly destroy my computer in the end  , it may not be secured but it save time for me and very useful for my productivity .
