Find it yourself, make some research, usually those projects that conducts IEOs instead of ICOs are legitimate, and you will get a nice amount from their bounty.

Cloud mining sucks and you won't get your investment back unless you are fine with waiting a year just to get your investment back without earning anything, I'd go to latter choice considering how good Bitcoin's price this week and it might become better later on.

The time spend on bitcoin will assure you with a profiting that one cannot get through any form of investment or other multiplier schemes. In short give time of few months and learn as much possible, soon you'll get to know what time investment needs to be done and when selling needs to be done. Just think of users who bought few months back in $3000, now what they've profited is $5000+ which is not possible through other means. So learn and find ways to predict when it is low to buy and good to sell.

Only when Bitcoin reaches a new ATH and there is a new hype, I can imagine that Ripple reaches this price and go past 4$. Before I consider it very unlikely that Ripple reaches this price. Ripple it's a project with a lot of support, but it's still a long way from 40 cents to $4. If the total supply would be lower, I could imagine it more, but with this big supply it will be hard to reach this price. 

Really i don't think is ok to invest again on ICO, this is just my opinion and anyone do what they want with their money, but some IEOs can bring a profit in my opinion even if this can take more time.

Ethereum is still a long way away from the ATH achieved during 2017. And currently there are several factors which are hindering its growth. The most important one is obviously the downturn in the ICO market. The second one is the robbery of Ethereum and tokens from exchanges such as Crypopia. Even prior to the hacking, there were complaints about the safety of Ethereum wallets and their susceptibility to hacks. The latest incidents will give more fuel to its competitors, such as NEO, Stratis, Lisk and Waves.

I think maybe the one who controls the crypto market, which is the holder who has a lot of money and can greatly affect the market because they have a lot of money and of course there is nothing impossible to control the crypto market
