Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Buying or building Hydro Plant for mining?

I think you can throw a small hydro electric generator in a river without anybody noticing, and maybe generate a couple 1000 watts. If you want to start building a hydro electric dam that would generate the type of power you are talking about you would 100% need local approval, state approval, and federal approval. Think of a community board, the state assembly, and the EPA. It would take millions of dollars and probably about 5 -10 years to get all of the approvals needed.

Wow so you are looking for a $400 loan from a random person on the internet to lend to you a complete stranger with the terms of 1% per month and since you offer no collateral you are pretty much just asking for a donation here since you will never pay back the money. So the likely hood that a stranger on the internet wants to gift you $400 are 0. I wish people would hand me money like that but sadly in the United States we have to work for our money. Maybe that is why we are the wealthiest country on the planet because all the rest of you just expect handouts or try to steal a couple of bucks here and there. Well good luck with your thievery, meanwhile I'll be working...

I think some additional development should have been done on this coin before making the ANN post. I mean there isn't even a windows wallet!? There is also nothing that shows any promise of future value, what differentiates this coin from any other? I would suggest you pull the ANN and after a few months when you are actually ready for the drop repost it.

I seriously doubt it would be worth using as a space heater, the heating efficiency is going to be super low and you can't control the temperature. The bitcoin that it will generate is maybe $5 a month. So yeah I would vote to just buy a real heater.
