I received 2 payments from the signature campaign I always play it first before requesting a withdrawal as you can see in the screenshot and never had a problem If you have problems when requesting a withdrawal then you can try like I did to play at least 1x wager or if you want to make sure please ask support tell them you are a campaign participant. How much you do able to wager or play out before you do request up some withdrawal? It would be nice for other participants to be aware on what they should need to do about withdrawing signature campaign funds but it would be just understandable that there should be some sort of exemption for members not on needing to play which they could still able to withdraw.
