It should be interesting to watch bittrex in the coming weeks. There is usually only one reason that one or two people suppress the price and buy up all the supply and then keep it on an exchange when they could be staking like mad... Get ready for a pump, Swingers! The transparency of Bittrex is what makes it one of the top tier exchanges. I love that you can see how many coins is in each account.

I wouldn't put any trust into Cryptsy's price... or exchange...
Yes, Cryptsy isn't giving me much joy at the moment either. So much trouble trying to withdraw anything over 0.5 BTC and the trade reporting isn't 'real time' anymore, got to keep hitting the browser refresh. TEK will survive though, with or without Cryptsy. |

Wallet Crashes on start up runtime DLL errors like crazy ....when do you guys plan to have a stable win wallet so I can dump these I have in my wallet ?
Not sure what causes your issue, but it's not the SHND wallet. Maybe it's your system, but it's certainly an isolated incident. I'm using the wallet and never had any crash. Many of my friends use the wallet as well without a problem, it's rock solid. Hope you will be able to solve your issue though, SHND is too good not to have and stake.  |

Well I know you are firmly against switching algos, but I do think the wallet could be served very well by a few things: Improve coin control in someway so that it becomes more of a variable factor and adds even more of a level of skill. I believe presstab has made some excellent innovations in that arena. Also, as I think someone said, allowing the window size to be adjusted and maximized. All in all I think it's going great! Swing is coming up on the big 100k!
Edit: The way Sprouts did coin controil was awesome too. It was it's own page with the wallet and color coded inputs to determine their weight. It also showed a very cleasr and concise probability, which he didn't do, but I think that probability could be used to have an actual time estimate feature for each input. I don't know how difficult that would be to implement, but it would be awesome.
I like the thought of this. Can I get some links? My initial thought is about how Swing already seems to split and combine inputs on its own. I'm unaware if this is compatible with coin control. (I also don't know why or where in the code this occurs.. other than guesses that is. I haven't explored that yet.) I also don't know how they accomplished coin control or how to implement it. Being the only dev working on this (we could really use more) it may be tough for me to implement this without being able to bounce code off people. That being said, I'm absolutely interested in exploring it. Swing already has coin control, I'm talking about upgrading it to allow stakers to have more information at their disposal when making decisions about their wallet balance. This is what coin control is for. You always want to spend the coins with the least weight first. Coin control allows for this. Take a look at RateCoin (XRA) to see the kinds of features I'm talking about. Swing could adopt many of the improvements XRA made in coin control pretty simply I think. @Quantumgravity, you're making a very good suggestion and you got my vote. Coin control is vital for any good alt coin. Now I'm not saying Swing isn't good, it is actually very good, but adding coin control to the wallet as a feature and proper wallet screen resizing would make it even better. These are features that people nowadays expect modern alt coins to have from the get go, especially for POS. The total amount of Swing coins in circulation is very low, we're still in the beginning stages of the coin so implementing these new features now is the best time to do it. Swing is very cheap on Bittrex right now and it's very affordable to own a nice percentage of the total coins in existence. Grab some more before it goes to the moon. |

hello guys, anybody understand why the swing price is dropping so fast lately? I remember buying at 8300 sats and now I see it's below 2000. Even staking can't compensate for a devaluation like that.
Why are people dumping the coin so cheap?
These are miners, for them it's all a quick profit. Do not underestimate the potential of this coin. Yeah, I'm firmly holding on to my Swing coins, regardless what happens. Anyway, hopefully the price will recover at some point. |

Any word on hard fork yet? Haven't seen Thundertoe in a while.
Last I talked to him, about three days ago, he was waiting on word back from a couple of people working on the code. Knowing the people involved, I would think very soon. Glad to hear it is being worked on. I can't wait to find out what the final solution will be. |

Swing is a great coin, I'm really enjoying its unique concept. A feature I would REALLY LOVE to see in a future wallet upgrade is that the main window can be resized and put to full screen. Another great feature would be if we could clear the orphans in the list. Dev, pretty please?  |

TEK price is really being hammered on Cryptsy. I guess it's time to buy more TEK. Sadly, we are seeing the death of a cool cryptocoin in real time. I don't believe it's dying at all. It really only just begun and I'm holding on to every TEK I got and sweep up more at these cheap prices. TEK has got many good years still ahead. |

It should work fine. I got 22 coin days on some of my inputs already. |

I'm pretty sure you just don't know how to add a node to your wallet. My stuff syncs fine. Yes, everything works perfectly here as well, and SHND is doing great on Cryptsy. Just 75 sats per SHND right now and rising, a great time to get in. |
