No, I don't agree. You need profits for dividends and it will take some time to get a lot of profit. To distribute $10k isn't feasable as fees would take out a big portion... Even $100k isn't big enough to distribute IMO. Although on the other hand if they would sell their Golem investment they would already have $150k in profits  Platform in Q1 but I doubt that dividends will also be out so soon. I prefer that they take their time and give us a good bonus when the time comes anyways when the platform is launched
and when we can get a dividen ?
In Q1 If there is such a delay, prices will drop, even with the fund released! Does not justify a high value to ICN with the Inactive background, do not you agree? |

Coins from pools will be dumped even sooner... Any new pools popped up recently? Still have some votes left and have voted for the ones on the list that gets posted here regularly. Doesn't matter if it is not in the top 100 yet, I just want to vote on some pools  Right or the top 101 should all share a percantage of their LISK like 20% then you would all have my vote Vote on the premise they are doing the LISK project a good deed not because you want some pennies ya tight fuckers. I want to avoid some people not keeping the promises. I rather have an increased distribution with part of the funds than have all forged lisk go to one person that spends it on "increasing voting weight". lol right! i read at the delegate lisk proposals: 40% holding voting weight. do you really think they wont dump this when it reaches a higher price... just think guys!! And you don't think the coins distributed via pools will be dumped? Just think guys  |

Why is this a big deal now? The second round was announced before the ICO and was written in the first post... One big question:
Second round of funding for what? You live in the Finnland, lets see the valuation of the Euro vs. Dollar is about $1.00 EUR = $1.06 USDT.
Don't push your luck and greed, just deliver the product that was promised.
The second round offers company shares. IPO STOCK OPTIONS FOR HEAT TOKENS
Heat Ledger Ltd will arrange Initial Public Offering of stock equity in late 2016. 50 000 - 80 000 new company shares will be released to constitute 20% - 25% of total company equity, in order to raise between 500k to 1.5M EUR funding to further develop company operations. HEAT token holders who participate in round 1 ICO and hold their tokens will receive options that entitle for 50% minimum rebate from IPO share price. We all know the schedule has changed a bit. I've seen this scheme before, remember Alcurex? First a coin, MicroCoin, then Alcurex shares. And guess what, Alcurex is also registered. Apparently it's not that hard to pay a fee and become registered in whatever Eurpean country they operate. I'm starting to lose hope on this project, using ideas from other start ups. First a coin, then shares of some registered but non existent company in some obscure scandanavian country. Then there will be a 3rd round of funding, and 4th, etc. Just release the coin already. |

I am sure that you are not sitting idle and keep up the good work Looking forward to an awesome 2017 for Ark! Have you guys considered making a pact among your team to put aside like 10% of the Lisk forging rewards that each delegate makes towards Ark? You guys could be the first crypto to have an outside revenue source before you even begin, how cool would that be? We are trying to make ARK as independent and well funded as possible. I'd raither not rely on members continusly funding the project if there are other methods, so I don't think members will be asked to pitch in nor will be making such outside agreements. (At least it's very unlikely at this time) Instead we came up with several independent funding ideas. One I mentioned is loaning out TEC backend with or without escrow services. The other major one would be ArkShield, that'll hold 7% of all ARK at distribution. As far as I remember nobody every asked here what it ArkShield and what is it for, but basically it will be a professionaly managed fund with the goal to provide long term growth to the ARK Platform, form partnetships, diversify assets, invest and overall help ARKs with future funding. That's all I can tell you about our plans for now, but let's just say we are not sitting idle, we are determined to see ARK succeed. |
