Well, "actually", we wouldn't need any exchanges, if the developers include the p2p trading function into the beta wallet.

In this case, the name of the exchange would be "HEATLEDGER". You could put your orders directly into your wallet.

I'm not sure, if it's planned to include the trading functions in the first step. We'll see.

But if P2P trading is delayed and to be added in Step 2 or Step 3,  an exchange like polo or bittrex would be necessary, as a workaround solution.

Is heat going to pay the due deligence to get listed on exchanges like bittrex or poloniex?

Bittrex is about $5000, Polo unknown but could be more.

That would come from the promotion budget. We want promotion right? And there is no market on ccex or open ledger. We can trade there pennies but not reasonable amounts. Absolut no marketdepht. Even Cryptostocks had better market makers.

Being the performance.fund has a healthy 8000-approx/Bitcoin start, does that mean that ICN token holders will be immediately getting annual 20% / 56week (.00357%)of that as a portion of the collected the maintenance fee every week?

1600btc / 100m = 000016 btc worth of ETH per token annually?
.000016 x 100k tokens  earn 1.6 btc worth of ETH per annual/56week starting out? (0.02857btc/week)
That's $17.48 a week for doing nothing with my ICN... $978.00/year.... if they never made a dime trading... that's 9% annual return without even compounding or any fund profits at all
Scary part is it just gets better from there.

There are 2 options for doing PoS and PoP for HEAT. Either run it locally on your own hardware with a balance, either leased from your main wallet to keep it secure, and generate the rewards locally, running HEAT 24/7 (I was going to do this option before I thought of a pool idea). The other option is using a service like heatpool so a user does not need to run HEAT 24/7. Heatpool will run HEAT on a server, and users will be able to Lease a balance to the heatpool, so your HEAT is only leased for a set period of time that you would specify. Specifics for leasing options has not been released by the dev team yet. The 11 HEAT per day would add up on the server and rewards proportional to all leasing participants would be sent out back to the origin accounts that the leased balances come from on a regular basis. If you want to stop leasing your 10k balance to heatpool, I'm sure the devs will implement an option to cancel a lease, or it will automatically return at the end of the lease period (I believe).

This is still early, but the concept is there. Once development progresses, heatpool will get worked on so people have an option to do PoS and PoP without running locally.

Lisk is vaporware, not a single working dapp or anything interesting under development.

So please dear developers develop technology, not design without function! I've seen so many cryptos with good design, but no function at all! Graphical perfection can be done later! We do need a P2P exchange!

The behaviour of investors will depend solely on the trade prices. There is a small chance that the price will fall below the ICO. I'll make a couple of big buckets!

Someone please post a clear update posting for end of ICO date and also next steps (ie. exch additions expected and which ones).

Then someone please as be so nice to post expected/guesstimate price of ICN's on the exch going rate! 

HEAT needs a legit exchange like poloniex or bittrex.
