61  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange Now Open with USD, EUR, BTC, LTC, XRP, NMC on: February 20, 2014, 07:36:08 PM
what's the current delay for fidor <->kraken fiat transfers?
afaik bitcoin.de(which also uses fidor) was working with fidor to make them basically realtime. Is kraken working on a similar arangement?
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NEX :: Nxt Reimagined - Industrial Strength - Imagine Fairness! on: February 20, 2014, 03:20:59 PM
I posted "interested" before the ban for that was announced. shouldn't such posts count as a stake?
63  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - KENILWORTH - Real World Mining Opportunity with Bitcoins on: February 20, 2014, 09:57:10 AM
I received several dozen of this today with a differing link at the bottom.  I clicked the link and got a website with a database error.  I'm not sure what to make of it.
I've also got ~15 emails like this. I just deleted them.
@KENILWORTH, if the email is legid, send it again with a different subject and not from an aol account.
64  Economy / Speculation / Re: Goat's speculation thread (currently HODL) on: February 19, 2014, 12:04:39 PM
Now that thats out of the way I just want to take a look at a few points from this essay: ...
I just want to note that the question itself concerns the voting rights for a private club not society as a whole. Maybe it implies it but it doesn't directly say that one vote per dollar should be universally applied.
65  Economy / Speculation / Re: Goat's speculation thread (currently HODL) on: February 18, 2014, 02:19:28 PM
I am there, and will offer a sneak peek for free (asked permission from the poster).
thanks,
It would be great if there was a thread where selected elitetalk content would get reposted.
66  Economy / Speculation / Re: Goat's speculation thread (currently HODL) on: February 18, 2014, 12:58:15 PM
perhaps he's too busy in his private btc-elite only forum to spend time with the unwashed masses Wink.
though I admitt I would like a peek at it to see if it will generate interesting content or if the isolation devolves it into an elitist Groupthink circlejerk.
67  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 18, 2014, 10:28:57 AM
nice looking.
what do the leds on the worldmap mean?
what will the room be used for? It looks cool but not very practical

68  Other / Meta / a way to add tags to users? on: February 17, 2014, 01:34:56 PM
I'm looking for a way to add tags to member accounts.
Can someone recommend some greasemonkey scripts or whatever that could do this or be repurposed with moderate hassle?
I don't need many different tags or a lot of tags per user and adding new tags in source is ok, but it would be cool if assigning a new tag to a user would need 2-3 clicks max.

http://www.bitcointrezor.com/news/2014-02-10-trezor-metallics-delivery-update
metal model delay confirmed on website.

@slush,
- to what extend does that influence the plastic versions?
- can I add an additional plastic trezor to my preorder delivery?
- what would it cost?
70  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 06, 2014, 03:32:48 PM
even if you just want to generate hype, you should at least have some nice looking landing page, even if it has no real infos.
I'm basically afraid that you will have to buy the peoples attention twice. they will see the advert, google neobee, be unimpressed and forget all about it. If you have a landing page with "remember getting fucked by dem banksters? fuck back with neobee, comming soon" they might remember.
71  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 06, 2014, 03:05:55 PM
It's great that you running ads, but imo thats something you do after you have a nice website.
It's probably not a good idea to get people hyped with tv spots when you can't deliver something that keeps them hyped after googling your product.
72  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] RentalStarter - A Midwest Real Estate Investment Company on: February 06, 2014, 09:06:24 AM
I am not sure how we're going to progress on direct shares. They're extremely difficult in terms of time/effort to manage, most of our large investors are migrating or have migrated their shares to havelock already. We could keep the shares as direct, and likely pay dividends out on them, but wouldn't do internal trading anymore.
the following would make me happy:
can keep shares direct for next 12 months, 1 free transfer into exchange during that.
I understand the allure of havelock but especially after the sale to that panama shelf company I would befer to sit back and watch for some more months.

73  Economy / Speculation / Re: rpietila Wall Observer - the Quality TA Thread ;) on: February 06, 2014, 08:47:28 AM
about this new forum:

what makes one worthy to be in it?
ist it basic stuff like:
not posting useless crap ( "why don't we reposess inactive coins?", spamming useless altcoins)
unterstanding EMAs?
or do you need to have 500 posts and be able to discuss the finer points of elliptic curves or be a millionaire?

74  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] RentalStarter - A Midwest Real Estate Investment Company on: February 05, 2014, 07:40:56 AM
for clarification:
I requested my shares to be made into direct shares and would like to keep them this way. Do i have to do anything now?

76  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER Speculation Thread on: January 29, 2014, 07:12:31 PM
Wasn't IPO like 0.10?

yeah IPO was 0,1 unless my memory is failing me completely

But I think the minimum purchase was 1000 shares. Please correct me if I am wrong. My memory seems to be fading as well.
minimum on glbse was 1 share
77  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: January 29, 2014, 03:22:34 PM
I am just wondering what is going to happen to the Immersion Cooling Mining Facility/Technology if ASICMINER is going to be chip-selling only.
AM won't go 100% chip production. read the chip thread
