Not cheaper - that's for sure. But the market is still bad, and projects need to launch. IEO is a great way for them.

If I see the project did not reach soft cap, it doesn't mean that this project is bad. I know many examples when the projects have had a good grow on the exchange after bad ico.

Really the worst by far.
A good example, and there are many more like envion. 2017 was a crazy year, people have invested millions of dollars in white paper. I have a lot of unsuccessful investments too.

Now the situation is different. Projects which raised 10-15 million last year now are trying to raise 1-2 millions yet with IEO. I do not support this but but around it a lot of hype.

I laid eyes on coni (coinbene token). A solid exchange that can pump altcoins. In April will be the first IEO, I think coni will grow in value.

Yes but there are many legit projects and only 1 of 100 will be able to get to binance launchpad. The rest have to launch ico.

I think we can rally to the $5,500 to $6,000 range in the short-term.
Resistance around $4,200. Breaking this number would confirm BTC is in rally mode.

Cryptocurrency is completely transforming the world as we know it. Decentralization = Trust. Blockchain has a lot of potential in many branches of economic activity but I do not imagine its application in banking.

We had a lot of poorly conceived ICO's as well as straight out scams taking advantage of the craze. A lot of people jumped in looking to get rich quick. But now it doesn't work.
