purchasing 30 gox coins at 35%.
3  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: MTGOX <-> BTC BID/ASK on: February 13, 2014, 07:39:45 PM
So how does these trades work? is it stuck with an escrower until gox has a definitive answer or something?

Break down transactions to amounts you feel comfortable with.
no i mean how does the trade work? I am not gonna give my account to the person.
You send coins to his Gox address and he sends coins to your external address.

Oh right internal transfer will work. didn't think about that.

Looks to me like USB communication issues.

Raspberry PI or normal PC?

One of my units is behaving in a very similar fashion.  it might be the unit is constantly resetting, if you keep hearing the clicking sound it means that cgminer is trying to bring up these guys online, and the reason why you keep seeing a high hashrate count on the cgminer is because the web UI is constantly detecting the units after the reset and stacks the old gh/s to the new gh/s.  So it looks like you have a lot of units running like HFA0 HFA1 HFA2, HFA0 died, and HFA1 is the new hardware detected after HFA resetted.

This is a RMA case for sure. try to get in contact with someone at hashfast.  I've been trying to RMA this for few days now, but still no answer.

Has anyone had any luck reaching out to their support team? Mine came in DOA.  It constantly resets in cgminer no matter which version I use.  I need to get this thing RMA'ed

Whats the highest someone has overclocked this and what are your temps? I remember back in the bringup simon had it up to 700mhz clock.

I still don't understand how are people over clocking these?  I want to give it a go but couldn't find any info on cgminer on raising the speed of this asic
11  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast BabyJet users thread on: January 23, 2014, 02:57:59 PM
1 of my baby jet is working.
The other one is giving out USB send errors like crazy it only mines at 200gh/s half of intended speed.
12  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast BabyJet users thread on: January 22, 2014, 06:14:56 PM
How do you OC these bastards?
13  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast BabyJet users thread on: January 22, 2014, 05:34:38 PM
I have 2 units coming in today. I am curious about how well it can clock as well.  But no temp sensor also worries. Me.

Looks like a bug on the database end where it's stuck in a loop where the last transaction is contantly getting rolled back and transactions are being done all over again.
15  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Official CaVirtex.com Thread on: November 23, 2013, 02:53:39 PM
I am getting this:
This account is deactivated. Please contact customer support for reactivation

What is going on. this is like the second time in 2 weeks

I'll guess on this one but if you type the password wrong several times you get a lock out and it needs a manual reactivation

Yes that was exactly it.

On another note, I've been trying to do a direct bank deposit wire transfer, but my bank is telling me I need the business address of cavirtex as well as their bank address.

but the cavirtex only gave me a single address.

Anyone have experience with this?
16  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: FS:3xKNC Jupiter -22.5btc each with escrow. 21BTC each no escrow - sold on: November 20, 2013, 03:52:31 PM
that's true... cryptx is selling each board at 1.5 btc which is pretty good imho.. i actually prefer enclosure based complete plug n play miners and also backed by RMA... KNC rigs are are easy to snug in, take less space and easier to sell off to those who don't like to mess with cables and so on... there was like 5-6 btc difference based on cryptx's latest prices so i personally find not worth the hassle...

frankly this was the best sale price, 20 btc a piece was a steal... too bad i missed it... others were asking 25 and upwards...
Don't the bitfury stand alone cards only cost 1.5 BTC, hash at 50 ghs, and use the same amount of power? So to get 600 gh/s you only need to spend 18 BTC?

btw I sold it for under asking though, I won't disclose how much, it was actually Close to 18btc.
Sold it to two local guys, No escrow required so it was indeed cheaper.

Dont bother, this is the same guy that tried to sell 3 blf 60ghash units at 120btc

I don't understand why you even post here. lol I was selling pre orders at the time. it's like you got some weird hatred for miner sellers or something.

Anyways, Thanks for everyone's interest but this has been sold.

People are buying with impunity after that hearing. this is ridiculous.

Did power consumption go down as well? Speaking of which what does each unit consume (if you're able to tell)?

sorry not able to tell.  no killawatt at home
