601  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Plunging to $6K before Big Recovery on: October 26, 2019, 02:08:25 AM
Bitcoin suddenly rebound to $8400 as I'm writing, seems really bullish but full of manipulation, whoever doing this probably the same entities who dump bitcoin recently.
It's not manipulation but many shorts being slaughtered. It just takes a nifty market mover to wait for the orderbook to be thin enough to wick the price up and trigger a massive short squeeze.

Yes, it's proven bullish full of manipulation, we're on pump movement. it doesn't mean a bad thing for us who have bought bitcoin at the bottom, time to wait where it will stop as the peak before starts to drop again.

Considering that the price has been bought up by shorters because they were forced to, it's probably safe to say that it will not be sustained for long.

The only way for this increase to have a bullish end, is to close a daily candle above the 200EMA (~$8600) and then close a daily candle above the 200MA (~$8900). If that happens, then I'll be opening a thick fat long, or else I'll just keep my short at ~$8700 open and ride the market down.

Now bitcoin above $10000, what do you think?
Seems the whales' group in action right now, keep pumping the market, is it because of Bakkt daily trading reach a new ATH?
602  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-10-23] Winklevoss: Bitcoin Is ‘Source of Truth’ on: October 26, 2019, 01:18:03 AM
Bitcoin really is a source of truth, there is no fake bitcoin such as 1,000 fake gold kilogram bars in the vaults of major banks.
Not sure where you read that, but that's not true at all. The problem with these bars wasn't that they were fake bars, but that they were rebranded. The actual metal consistency was still 99.99% Gold, so nothing fake about it. No Gold bar enters the vault of a bank without it being tested thoroughly.
Well, it's mentioned in the article, it's misleading. They should just say rebranded instead of fake.
Quote
This August, roughly 1,000 fake gold kilogram bars were found in the vaults of major banks such as JPMorgan Chase — with many more thought likely to have been in circulation.

Yeah, this is exaggeration at the highest level, LOL. "Source of Truth", where the hell did they got that term and apply it to Bitcoin?

Nope, bitcoin being "source of truth" isn't exaggerated at all, that's the way it is due to blockchain technology, nodes, consensus, and so on, there is no fake bitcoin such as fake gold and fake fiat currencies.
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC, why do some people just get it, others really don't? on: October 25, 2019, 10:29:02 PM
It depends on their perspective and interest in technology and economy I guess.
People who don't get it because they can't understand bitcoin due to the complicated way to use it, just fell it not attractive to be used even for a store of value, because they see how quickly the price fluctuates over time. and others will invest in bitcoin in order to gain profits in the future without never to understand the fundamentals of bitcoin.
604  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Plunging to $6K before Big Recovery on: October 25, 2019, 04:16:05 PM

The question is; will bitcoin breakout $8600 resistance level? or it just a short-term increase and bitcoin will tumble again to $7400? For average traders without connection to whales, who know? Nevertheless, It's a good time to take a bit of profits since I've accumulated bitcoin when it was at the bottom
605  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin using or need! Vs stable coins on: October 25, 2019, 02:31:52 PM
Will I Invest my hard earned real money into Bitcoin??  The answer is no!  Will anyone who is in rational mind Will Invest in btc??  The answer is clear no!!
Then it's not for you but many people and investors buy bitcoin until it reaches this point.

Will I Invest into stable coins?  The answer is yes!!  Stable coins are the best Thing what Ever happened!  Clearly but Bitcoin is not.
What is your purpose invest in stable coins? since it's like fiat currency in your bank account, you may feel free to send it wherever you want or else you want but for what purpose?

If I have 100 usdt I know I have it   but 1 btc...  Welll one day 7000 Other day 8000...
And then next year $10,000. That's a good profit rather than invest in stable coins.

I dont think Bitcoin can survive for long If there is no outside help!!

Bitcoin is here to stay forever and being used in every way it can be, as long as internet does exist.
606  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin volatility here to stay? on: October 25, 2019, 11:33:51 AM
Bitcoin needs liquidity to get rid of great volatility.
Whenever a huge influx of money injected into the bitcoin market, the price suddenly increases and then people tempted to sell, this cycle will be repeated millions of times until bitcoin widespread among people all over the world, then we will have stable market and less manipulation.
607  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-10-23] Winklevoss: Bitcoin Is ‘Source of Truth’ on: October 25, 2019, 09:31:17 AM
Bitcoin really is a source of truth, there is no fake bitcoin such as 1,000 fake gold kilogram bars in the vaults of major banks.
The full Bitcoin node ensures that all original data is unchanged, secure and immutable.
There are tons of fake gold and fake fiat currencies that have been in circulation which might be a bit tricky to prove its authenticity, but we will never find such a problem in bitcoin transactions.
608  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin hit a new low since 2018 on: October 25, 2019, 07:59:39 AM
Lots of TA predict bullish lose and bearish takeover, but the lowest price at around $6450, the bottom we expect. The target for the bull is $7700 for the end of this month.
So, bitcoin won't hit a new low price this year, $3300 was the lowest but won't repeat. Bitcoin might stay at this level as the new persistence level for a week before drop a little deeper to the bottom.
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Financial Censorship, just another reason that bitcoin is important on: October 25, 2019, 02:35:39 AM
I started to watch this Edward Snowden interview with Joe Rogan and apparently Snowden is trying to publish a book.
The government hit both him and the publisher with a lawsuit and is trying to take away any money they can get their dirty corrupt little hands on. And according to Snowden's speculation that's their way to warn others like Snowden.

It's not dirty corrupt government, it is a legal lawsuit because they didn't submit the book to government agencies for pre-publication review, just simply like that. Hence, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against him and his publisher.
Well, he might be right about the book, but he can't avoid the government.
If there is a way around it, he should leave the country and sell the book through the internet and get paid in bitcoin.
610  Economy / Speculation / Re: Long term advance notice! on: October 24, 2019, 11:54:21 PM
It's not a long term advance notice, just a bluffing.
The fact is bitcoin still rise up and reached $13000 in July, although now it seems really bearish, probably drop to $6000. However, the best long term advice is buy bitcoin in the dip and sell at the peak Cheesy just hold with all your patience.
611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading. Made 12 BTC profit last month on: October 24, 2019, 10:42:47 PM

Looking at the broader picture of Bitcoin price movements (1d) that is worth saying that yesterdays' drop signified the confirmation of the downwards channel lasting for 4-month.

4 months? Then it would be so hard for bitcoin to breakout $8500 level, after stuck on $8200 for almost a month then bitcoin starts with a new persistence price.

$5600 acts as a final bearish target, while $10400 is a bullish final target for now. The consolidations and retests are expected at the strong levels zone, including downwards trend lines (yellow & green) that, supposedly, will contribite signoficantly to the price dynamics.

$4800 spectrum seems too broad, but realistic for 4 months final target, hopefully it will go bullish before the halving. Have to look at closer range probability for now to determine my decision to buy and sell bitcoin.
612  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxless society idea on: October 24, 2019, 06:25:40 PM
The only problem with the idea is there is no way of any government in the world that could rely on cryptocurrency which they do not control like mentioned. For them, it's better to create their own digital cryptocurrency or digital fiat currency on the blockchain.
613  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Bounces Back Above $8200, Are Bulls Finally Here? on: October 24, 2019, 01:12:31 PM
With most of the past two days spent below $8k bitcoin price has been looking extremely bearish. A big bounce in late trading on Sunday, however, sent BTC back above resistance to top out at $8,300. Altcoins are also having a green Monday as the bears are kept at bay for now.

https://bitcoinist.com/bitcoin-btc-price-bounces-back-above-usd-8200/

This didn't age well. The price is barely holding on at $7.500 now. But, that's what the price does. There are no real ways to predict where it will go next.

What do you mean "didn't age well"? Extremely ambiguous.
Bitcoin in bear phase right now, probably testing the new resistance level or continue to decline.
There are a lot of TAs predict bitcoin will drop to $7000 since last month, here we are.
Nevertheless, it should be just a temporary before bitcoin rebound to $8000 level due to we're approaching the end of the year and halving.

614  Economy / Speculation / Re: One more bitcoin dump ? on: October 24, 2019, 07:53:10 AM
Anything can happen in the next 24 hours, whether bitcoin will rebound, drop below $7000 or hold this position.
If it's not over yet, it means whales groups in action to dump bitcoin, in order to manipulate people to sell-off.
If this dump over, the current price is a chance to buy bitcoin at cheaper price as bitcoin will gain more value towards the end of the year and halving.
Don't hesitate to buy more bitcoin if this dump continues, it's discount time. Next year bitcoin surely reaches above $10K-$20K.

615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading. Made 12 BTC profit last month on: October 24, 2019, 03:39:37 AM
Well, we have entered the bear phase as bitcoin tumbled to $7289 a few hours ago.
Have bought bitcoin to add into my wallet, but where it's headed next? $7500 seems like the new support right now. Let's see what happens in the next 24 hours, probably it will rebound to $8000.
616  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoins are still illegal in Pakistan? on: October 24, 2019, 01:27:30 AM
Bitcoin's Legality page in Wikipedia isn't really that accurate anymore it's not that updated and literally anyone can edit it. Just by searching the words "Bitcoin Pakistan" you will see a lot of crypto exchanges, wallets, and news signifying that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are allowed to be traded in Pakistan. So I'm not really aware of Bitcoin's status in Pakistan and it might be best if you consult the ones living there about it (here is their local thread), but even if the country has officially declared Bitcoin illegal you will see no enforcement of what type making it possible for this kinds of trades to happen, of course the only thing bad here is if you get scammed or your cryptos are stolen then you don't have the right to claim or retrieve the illegal asset with the help from their authorities.
After reading this I am also getting confused about the legality of bitcoin in Pakistan, someone posted an article where there is no restrictions to use bitcoins in Pakistan and there is no restrictions from banks as well and it also considered as halal  based on Sharia law so people from Pakistan still using it and country may not aware of it?!

It seems like in China, even after government ban and crackdown bitcoin, exchanges, and miners, people still be able to trade bitcoin.
There is no way to fully block bitcoin even if there is a law that state you will be in jail if get caught trade bitcoin
People in Pakistan can do otc to cash out or using localbitcoins, just like this one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=232519.msg52327046#msg52327046
617  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin’s Rise Neutralizes Bearish Mood on: October 23, 2019, 11:56:00 PM
I hope for people that they don't chicken out once again, because this is the time for people to pull out their fiat bags and start scooping up satoshis.

I think so too. People are understandably scared; a 47% drop is nothing to sneeze at. However this still looks like mid 2013 or early 2016 to me. In other words, a mid term pullback.

History doesn't repeat but it does often rhyme. This pullback is just taking a slightly different shape than previous ones.

47% drop is a significant number, consider it as a crisis but that's not the case if we calculate bitcoin has risen 125% from the bottom $3300 to the current price.
Pardon me, but where this number (47% drop) come from?  If it's the drop from $13000, then it just 44% drop.
I've been waiting for bitcoin drop to this level, it's a good thing to stockpiling more bitcoin to my wallet.
618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Reasons McAfee’s $2 Million Bitcoin Prediction May Not Be So Crazy on: October 23, 2019, 10:22:05 PM
If the global recession really happens in 2020, we might have more countries glance at bitcoin, but holding BTC like Venezuela requires parliamentary approval depend on the situation of the country obviously. Because the volatility of bitcoin unavoidable, the price could rise and fall in a relatively short time, in the last 24 hours bitcoin drop 9% from $8025 to$7293 as the bottom.
619  Economy / Speculation / Re: BULL VS BEAR on: October 23, 2019, 08:49:42 AM
That's quite possible. As much as I dont believe in whales, but how we identify the market trend is through the supply and demand analysis. And It's far from impossible that people who has a really deep pocket could somehow dictate the market on which direction they want to go, though It's not really called a manipulation.

Not just possible, it's a fact in the crypto market due to relatively minor capitalization, they have enough resources to spend a huge amount of fiat currency to pump the price. No need to having full control to manipulate the market, it's occasionally happening just like I mentioned.

Since manipulation means, having a full control towards the certain situation or the market.
What a nonsense made by yourself;
MANIPULATION
Noun
1. The action of manipulating something in a skilful manner.
2. The action of manipulating someone in a clever or unscrupulous way.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen after cryptocurrency on: October 23, 2019, 07:42:37 AM
Digital currency can't replace cash in terms of a direct transaction, no delay, no need to wait for confirmation, even if compared to any cryptocurrency, there is none that can be instant payment such as cash. It's a long way, can't imagine even in another century for digital currency to completely replace cash.
