in the last days I was a bit busy as we founded the first Blockchain  Incubator here in Austria and that was a lot of work. As Olivious also stated for the project I am waiting for the code of the Heart-Bot - and I hope that I get it this week so we can start.

The meaning of that is just that we want to thank all bounty participants, who joined during the first week 

this is an abandon project already. dev now is so busy with his new one promoting his so called cryptoville-shit-token and said goodbye to vty already, swap is only a big drama to that shittoken in waves that even a kindergarten knows how to make one.

No. This was an abandoned projects and the dev i heardnis doing some projects but in his new coin to be launch i doubt it will be a successful one. Because he just not value the community who supports this coin after migrating into waves platform.
