Ok, we got the message. You want NXT.

Now, can we go back to this being a support thread? Thanks.

How do I add the wallet address to my address book? [...]

It won't let you. When try to you add a wallet address to the address book (via the clipboard), there's this message:
Quote
This address is already part of your wallet. You cannot add it to your address book.
1443  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there any reliable exchange already, for europeans? on: February 23, 2014, 03:27:01 PM
Kraken and Bitstamp work well for me for several hassle free transactions on both.

How do you explain the gox price raise at last hours ?

Because it looks like they have test-transactions going on the blockchain. (rumour mill)
Which has been repeatedly debunked, but people keep posting itů

True or not doesn't matter much in a trigger happy market.

What is  your theory then?

As it is, it's too much of a hassle to verify authenticity.

Not at all.

Please consider adding BitcoinAverage as a price source, and possibly as the default one - that would automatically resolve any temporary issue with any exchange site.

This was suggested before... and rejected as they do not want to be dependent on a third party.

All info will be coming online this week, along with our first batch of Terraminers!

I will return with a detailed update this evening.

Cheers,
Garrett

PS, for added transparency, I will even be including the tracking numbers for all of the Terraminers!

Don't waste time announcing/promising. Just do it.

By "all info" you hopefully mean back until last October. Do it.

Expect to see our ATM in town soon too.

Where are you going to install it?

Really?
1454  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] CoinMap - Map showing places where Bitcoin is accepted on: February 17, 2014, 06:58:51 AM
No idea what the official take on bitcoin on OSM is.

Initially when I started adding to the map, i got a PM from a senior editor who requested to know where I had that info from. He was quite concerned about "copy&paste" from Google maps, which is not permitted (I know... I know...). Other than that he seemed to be fine with it, as long as it's a brick and mortar business, i.e. something that actually _is_ at that location that accepts bitcoin.

If gox isn't insolvent I don't understand why the 2 guys who had around 100 coins locked up didn't open a bankaccount in japan and have the money transfered.

It's not possible to open a bank account in Japan without residency.
1456  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: February 14, 2014, 10:27:45 AM

...read again... they are talking about BTC-E not Bitstamp in that forum

Oh, ok, sure insider trading then. Let us know how you get along with your lawsuit.
1457  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: February 14, 2014, 10:09:49 AM
...looks like they did know just before the announcement... the owners of those large Bitstamp bids are guilty  of inside trading!!!

Maybe they had their withdrawals pending and watched their receiving addresses. As soon as one tx came finally through they put in the orders.

Nope...read the anouncement - they've got a fix and it will be tested and implemented soon.
Definitely insider trading at by some individuals at Bitstamp - it went on well before they posted the anouncement.

I've read that. I also read the forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=459836.msg5137079#msg5137079

Does anyone know why in the last hour or so while Gox price is getting slaughtered, massive bids pop up on  Bitstamp and keep pushing the price up at the same time.

Is someone illegally trading at Bitstamp or GOx based on some inside knowledge?

Maybe because BTC withdrawals are back at bitstamp, but still not possible on Gox?
