I'm an American in NY with a UK debit card. UK bank info is updated to my NY address. Coinbase UK doesn't care. What's my easiest way to get BTC?

What exchange would you guys recommend? Also, what information do I need from my bank to be able to buy Bitcoin?

Bonus question: I have a 25$ visa gift card, how do I transfer this to BTC?

A word of advice, be careful even if he sends you the money for real on Western Union, you may end up losing more than the money.
At such unrealistic price I am guessing he is carding the amounts, you may end up in jail as Western Union will sue you for receiving from fraudulent sources since you will have to use your ID to pick up the money.
