thanks for your bids, but the offer is:

156 shares for 80 btc

there will be no fractional selling of shares, sorry this would be more expensive...

the offer is very good for buyers, regarding that nearly enough bids for ASICMINER-PT on btc-TC are singned... @0.65+ btc per share

regards

Christian

does anybody else have problems to reach their personal Claim-Page at bitcoinica.com?
I tried the original Link of the Claim confirmation mail... and got an error....
12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER TAG: bitoinica on: July 13, 2012, 05:27:30 PM
I really don't know what kind of penalty this will be or what pain this should cause to them.

I suppose they really don't know what to do, they have no concept at all...

I'm waiting for refunding my 64.01 btc and it maters much to me... but a scammer-tag? for what...
13  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Payout Updates] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: July 13, 2012, 04:59:55 PM
I don't know Patrick or Donald at all, and I even do not know Amir at all, but Amir's history in posts, interviews or anything wich is to find in the net don't draw a picture of a criminal mind at all.
This does not mean that in the case of Patrick or Donald i can say worse, but only theres ist not an as clear picture to draw about them than in Amir's case.

I really can't imagine that they all together or one of them alone planned something like this, if so they or the one person failed here too. That pile of shit that now hits the fan really can't have been the intention of them...

I just assume they totally are not in control of the situation, they probable are not same minded or don' had a good communication, and as for seen they don't pull in the same direction...

maybe at one time you were the victims too, but you don't have to be suprised if all the other victims here claim you as the criminals now due to be so scariyfing ineffiecient and underskilled to even secure the remaining funds after the first hack early day in May...

in an earlier post i said this:

If Bitcoinica's business model was viable, why shut it down? Why not fix the security problem and use the business profits to replace the stolen funds?

Bitcoinica will come back after a complete rewrite and all claims are processed.

It would be nice if there would be more progress in processing payouts. I made my claim about 4 weeks ago when I understood there will no normal login and withdrawing my btc-ammount after a restart of bitcoinica... this was when i read that the database was lost without the possibility to restore it from any backups.

2012-05-11 bitcoinica. stated at it's homepage that the thief stole from bitcoinica not from any user at all and that all withdrawal requests will be honoured...

If this statement ist true, I assume that all claims should be paid out even if it's not possible to verify them more than to check if they had an account at all... fraudulent claims should be the risk of the owners...  If i remeber right then at one statement at this thread there was told that  all claims together had an ammunt of 125% of the original holdings in bitcoin before the hack... not too much penatly for a poor security-concept in my opinions...

Now I think this would have been one of the best ways to solve the problem at all, though it would have been painfully for you... to fund this it maybe would have been neccasary to require a new partner at intersango, but how will you run intersango in the future when some of the victims will draw you to courts, I don't know what the establishment in form of Judges an lawers will decide...but probably they are not your natural friends at all...

14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoinica MtGox account compromised on: July 13, 2012, 01:25:00 PM
ok, you guys are very funny, while we are waiting weeks and weeks to get back from you what is ours, you are worried about :

- legal issues
- reasonable concepts of making payouts
- avoiding to payout malicious claims
- not knowing about who is in reponse for whatever

and within the same time you let yourself steal again in remarkable parts whats left to payout?
And this after more than two months time to secure the status Quo after the hack that lead to suspending the page and the business?

Do you really think this is believable?

15  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Payout Updates] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: July 12, 2012, 02:51:27 PM
I would be more patiently if I knew that my claim will be refunded some day...
I gave all Inormations I could deliver, but no progress is reported to me not by mail nor on my claim-page.
This is frustrating.
Last ask for status report some days ago wasn't answered yet tough I sent it to verify@bitcoinica.com and in cc to bitcoinica.reimburse@gmail.com

It's "only" 64.01 btc but they matter much to me!

If only someone in charge would make a statement that refund process will be done at a fixed date in the middleterm future...

this thread is also not really helpful concerning nothing reliable comes from the actors who processing the claims...

It's a pity that this mess lasts for so long, and that my earlier heroes of Bitcoin Economy/Community burn their reputation to zero within this process.

Patric Strateman , Donald Norman ,  Amir Taaki  you probaly will suffer from this more than everybody else...

Responsable for the origins of this desaster or not your names will be tied to this for a long time. I hope you will be able to fix it soon!
16  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Payout Updates] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: July 10, 2012, 02:29:11 PM
Do I understand this correctly that the GOX codes are being sent UNENCRYPTED through plain text e-mails?

 Shocked Shocked Shocked

Yes, plain text e-mails.

It's things like this that lead me to condemn these people. They're not that dumb, they just don't give a F***.

maybe they just don't want to learn from mistakes... remember: Security is not their professional topic... they prooved more than once!
17  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Payout Updates] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: July 10, 2012, 11:05:44 AM
hmmm...
no mails or coins for me too this far...

My only pleasure is that the guys from bitcoinica/intersango even too waste huge ammounts of time to sort out some pennys from suspiciously malicious claims instead of take the bitter pill to pay what they can't proove to be malicious an restart their business on a better basis...

considering the price rally that had happend within just this period of "security investigation" they were in a better position now when they had payed whatever was claimed and start to rebuild their business on a better basis. Everybody would have been satisfied and they had gained very much trust for this painfully but straight and reliable way of managing a crisis without torturing their clients with an endless process of poor information and waiting for what ever will come.

From this point of view they burn not only their reputation... huge ammounts of money wasn't made too for these heroes of "let's do it painfully slow and reasonable"...

Maybe it's time to fix the problem with an other philosophy? I think the train is goin to run faster now maybe they won't catch it anymore by going on this way...

Any information you have can help your claim get processed faster:

- MtGox deposit codes
- Any emails received from Bitcoinica
- Photograph of your ID to prove account ownership
- Bitcoin transaction IDs or addresses used with Bitcoinica.

Send any information to bitcoinica.reimburse@gmail.com

today in the morning i got an email fom verify@bitcoinica.com, it told me again that I should send anythin wich could help to verify cthe claim to
verify@bitcoinica.com

Now you say we should send all that can help to verify the claims to
bitcoinica.reimburse@gmail.com Huh   (who is this??)
maybe tomorrow someone states we should send anything that can help to verify our claims to
santaclaus@northpole.com  Huh

what are you doing there??
I sent anything i got to verify@bitcoinica.com again today, it not very much, just the mails from bitcoinica according my deposits an one withdrawal, tx-ID'S you can get out of theese mails, blockchain provides Adresses wich are tied to theese transactions. what more do you need?
You got my full name and home-adress, you got my emailadress wich was tied to my account at bitcoinica, you got my username from the account, I also tried to verify my account with my bitcoinica password (no matching hash was found...), you never had photo from my ID so whatfor do you need it now?
(maybe I' willing to give it to you if it's to proove that I had just one claim open, and will only be paid once, but you will get it when i get a message like something like this: please send photo of your ID to receive back your funds. Payment will be processed immediately after you sent it...)

sorry for my bad english typing I'm quite upset...
Sorry @genjix maybe your not the one to be the one to be blamed for this, but you wrote sonething about stupid statements...so it was you i targeted...

20  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Payout Updates] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: June 28, 2012, 09:51:11 PM
Bitcoinica LP crew is definitely not businessmen at heart. Should have set up a blog, with daily updates, put adsense ad on it. They would by now make more money out that blog that it was stolen. LOL

This has got to be the stupidest post I've read. Why would be blogging instead of processing payouts? And putting ads on there? I'd rather not be a businessman then. Thanks for the bad advice.

@ genjix
why do you call us or any individual "Stupid"?
stupid is:
- to have no security concept at all
- stupid ist to get no backups at all
- stupid ist ot process payout that don't happen mostly at all for weeks and weeks
- stupid is to try to avoid fraudulent claims instead of pay out whats claimed at 100% on fragments of restored data that maybe never will be restored fully, even if it means to take a bis loss even if it needs to find an other investor to bear this, instead of sort out some prooved fake-claims an pay the rest.
- stupid is to strugle with resaech that will not proove anything instead of pay and build new an origianlly sucessful businessm, instead of destroying all confidence your customers ever had and will have in future...

this annoys me, at bicoinica according the hack there ist told "the hacker stole from us not from you", so this means in fact NOW YOU STEAL EVERY DAY FROM US !!!!

it is nor our duty to proove if our claims are honest,ITS YOURS to do so if it's not!!!! Pay what's ours not yours! pay even more than what ever was our's if your not able to proove that a claim is a faked!

Anyhing else will continue this endless pain!!!!
