1  Economy / Speculation / Re: How MUCH will the FINAL BTC be WORTH? on: November 26, 2017, 04:36:36 PM
Final bitcoin has no specific price. Thus, the value of bitcoin depends on the buyers demand.

Well  yes, with bitcoin of with nearly anything we can not predict what it is  worth or will be worth in  a certain time. It's all about what the market dictates, how much trust people put in it etc. etc. However if bitcoin  / crypto wll work it will be worth a lot.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: November 26, 2017, 04:33:36 PM
It actually depends if everyone is still using bitcoins and we do not need to think about how long bitcoins will survive, Even within just a year, You can be rich if you really focus on earning this coins and working hard everyday.

I guess not. The mount of energy to maintain the network is huge. And give it 20 years or even less and we will see this model is not sustainable anymore Which willl when a new kind of more innovative version of bitcoin will overthrow bitcoin as we know it today.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is causing 7000+ price on: November 09, 2017, 10:11:24 PM
Well, one reason is that more people are now aware of btc and every single day there are people who are deciding to join the trend. And let's not forget the upcoming fork which is the segwit2x. This fork is more serious and better than the last one (btg). More investors are buying in to get more b2x as much as they can which adds to the surge of btc. Just when I thought we'll settle at 6k before the year ends, and now we're at 7k. Amazing!
I think things are going to change a little bit now that there is not going to be a fork, I think we are going to see a slight decrease in price now that the fork was canceled but even then I still think that the price of bitcoin is going to stay above 6000 and I think the price is going to recover before the end of the year.

Either way the price will correct. Be it with the fork (which i read is still on) or no fork. This price rise is not sustainable.
Let's just hope it don't crashes back to 3000 USD or so. But find solace in the 5000 USD region.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'll never stop buying Bitcoin on: November 09, 2017, 10:06:17 PM
Well it will be 1 maybe 2 years and bitcoin is really mainstream, regulated but mainstream which means we can use it in shops etc. So yeah I guess i will never stop buy bitcoin either.
Although I hope to earn more with passive income meaning setup a revenue stream to get crypto coins and spent them.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: November 06, 2017, 10:46:52 AM
Not sure where this is coming from but bitcoin has already overthrown paypal by market cap. Many many times. Now it's time to am for bigger challenges like currencies etc.
A 100 billion marketcap is huge but yet the beginning because adoption is yet to come.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: what do you think about bitcoin price in 2018? on: November 06, 2017, 10:41:55 AM
I will not give specific predictions. Bitcoin has had a growth spurt. As the demand of customers for digital money market growing then the Bitcoin price will continue to rise in the  future

I just hope it find the way to the masses. If people is used many problems will be gone. No more dominance from banks and governments.
Fair and good distribution without the limitless printing of money which is happening now. The price will automatically adjust.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: October 24, 2017, 10:14:33 AM
Never say never, but if i look at what happened the last year, i see that Bitcoin and crypto in general got a well deserved boost. We are not there yet, but touching the 100B market cap felt good. Really good.

I just hope the forks will quickly vanish so we focus on the main thing.. Bitcoin!
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: October 10, 2017, 02:25:28 PM
I think invest BTC simply by joining to companies that use this forum, when we have joined and already completed post mission, we will automatically in salary by our company follow.

My main advise right now is to learn how to trade bitcoin. It maybe risky however the benefits and risk compared to so called bitcoin companies are minimal. Offcourse it's wise to diversify. Which means, put 30% in trading and the rest in bitcoin or a top 100 altcoin.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]COSS Token Swap ICO is LIVE on: October 10, 2017, 02:22:40 PM

10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin vs Mortgage on: September 25, 2017, 08:35:56 PM
2. Do you believe that the bitcoin price would at a minimum, increase 5% or greater per year on average, handily beating your current mortgage interest rate?

If again the answer is yes, then

HODL your bitcoin as an investment and keep paying your mortgage payment. Payoff your remaining mortgage years down the road with your bitcoin, and live on the rest.

This right here. Compare the cost of keeping the mortgage to the expected return of the bitcoins. I strongly suggest hodling is going to be a far better result.

This is the reason why I think you are right. Bitcoin seems to be getting traction since januari this year.
Why would you risk that by doing something else with your money? I honestly believe if we play are cards rights, we are set for life.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin: $100K in 2021? on: September 03, 2017, 08:55:29 PM
100k Is a number which is just too high. I am sure bitcoin hold a lot of potential and in time we will see the true value, but that will be something more in the range of 10k/20k instead of 100k.
100k means the cap would be higher then many countries total BBP.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we already rich, gentleman? on: August 23, 2017, 09:50:59 PM
I'm not rich however I made some nice profits over the years because of Bitcoin.
It might be on the high side for someone of my age but it won't impact my future much.

Like you I was lucky enough to make some profit. no rich But way more then I was expecting it to be. Really happy about that. But my goal is the same as when I started. Bitcoin should give people their power back from banks and governments.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: August 23, 2017, 09:45:44 PM
Bitcoin isnít an instant way to get rich, but is surely a way to get rich.
With bitcoin as an investment youíre assured your money is increasing in value (which is better than the little interests you get when you store your money in bank accounts).

No way indeed, the volatility makes it a tool to better or enrich yourself, but as it stands bitcoin is made for payments.
Being early adopters it's possible to benefit from this financially though.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | NEO Smart Economy⚡Now a Top 10 Cryptocurrency⚡| Official Thread |Updated Aug.9 on: August 13, 2017, 04:51:09 PM
NEO going to stay at #5 on Coinmarket cap very soon ... good news for community

Already is Top 5 now at more than 51 USD

And Top 3 for 24h volume! Where it will stop?? Moon I guess  Grin

It's amazing how NEO has taken off, I do thing it will go to 2M satoshi before it goes into a more stable period. Fact to a fact is that the Microsoft connection has given me a lot more trust then I already had. At this point I will keep my NEO and GAS. When both are high enough I will start selling bits and bytes.
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Already in $4K...Will There Be Corrections? on: August 13, 2017, 04:45:34 PM
Their will be a correction offcourse, unless the north korea vs us war will take off, then we can expect more uncertainty and thus investors diversifying their assets into gold and partly into crypto.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: July 22, 2017, 04:09:52 PM
It's not the goal for Bitcoin to solve this problem. It's up to humanity in general to solve this problem. Bitcoin can contribute to it, however development countries where poverty arises are not aware on this technology nor do they funds to give everybody a pc/mobile phone to actually use Bitcoin .
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: July 09, 2017, 04:12:30 PM
Bitcoin is an internet-curreny which means it is not limited or capped to countries. Its true that some countries don't embrace it but overall everybody is able to use bitcoin. Because I am not aware of legislation which makes holding bitcoin punishable by law.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another bullish prediction for this year on: July 09, 2017, 04:05:29 PM
No, it wouldn't be so bullish this year as it was last year. Now Bitcoin is going through a crucial period and its future will decided in August. This year you can see bitcoin hopping between $2000-$2800.

It would not surprise me if he price tumbles between 2-3k for at least the end of the year.
Leaving bitcoin with a 160% increase in just 1 year which is amazing. When the scaling issues are solved or perhaps next year it may become bullish again.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: June 22, 2017, 09:30:23 PM
Back in the early days of bitcoin I made a bad decision not to buy bitcoin. I think it was seven years ago, my brother bought 20 btc for, as I can remember 22$, was pushing me to do the same but I refused. I had no interest on bitcoin then. Now days it would be a decent amount of cash.

Well we are here to learn from our mistakes. I do remember that I was afraid of buying more bitcoins, or even sold some when the price tanked.
Terrible choice to give buyers my bitcoin for a cheap price. But luckily I've learned from those rookie mistakes.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin really need an ATM? on: June 12, 2017, 08:21:50 AM
ATM's are handy for ppl who need their BTC fast and safe (I still find localbitcoin a bit risky).
However most of us will prefer an exchange or creditcard seems it even more convenient then to find another ATM if there is none in your city.
