821  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cryptsy what next on: November 22, 2015, 08:39:30 PM
Well all wallets are offline right now! Is this the END?
I think it is time to say goodbye to your btc's. I think website will go offline soon, or they ran out of btc because hacker stole it and now they need to get btc's to give the users.

No worries here, their game is over, but they won't steal BTC.

If you check their chat room you find that some server is being restarted. In a few hours it should work normal again.
822  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: November 22, 2015, 08:38:23 PM
So HN botched up the html fix in usernames and chat pane, and left the ability to inject js. Slackers™

Yeah their new site came with a lot of free security issues too. Apart from that we should appreciate the lack of usabillity and listening to their clients too.

A great company to be client of.
823  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if we sit at $310-$340 for 2 more years? on: November 22, 2015, 08:36:10 PM
Stabillity is good but not in the bitcoin world, certainly not if you consider 2 years without any change.

Expect a rise to 400 before the halving. After the halving we may see a 500 usd figure again.
824  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $500 during november? on: November 22, 2015, 08:32:48 PM
$280.00 is probably inevitable.

A close above 300 would be perfect since we came frm 230 usd.

But my gut feelings says it will close under 300 which would not be good. Since the next support level at 250 is in sight..
825  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN going up or down on: November 22, 2015, 08:31:06 PM
The rally is over.
Now we have to sit and wit till the end of the year.

Come januari a fresh year will give us an extra impulse and the market will rally like it never did before.

I expect january and may to be very hectic
826  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: November 22, 2015, 08:29:41 PM
Around 50 to 100 are enough to live a nice life.

If you want a great life, aim for 200 or more. With a chance of bitcoin being worth over 5000 dollar, you would thank me then Wink
827  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: November 22, 2015, 04:31:27 PM
Buy Bitcoin at low price, wait some time, and sell high.
The secret is patience.

Excellent strategy and yes i have made some money by just being patience. There is no need to try and sell at the top.

10% from the top is good enough. Convert your profit and wait to buy lower again.

Nice faucet no need solve captha, no annoying ads. 500 satoshi every 30 minute is big reward. But faucet balance only 80k satoshi, it will be dry fast

WE WANT IT TO BE DRY, so we can reload it! Wink

Thanks for the kind words!

LOL, why not make sure it don't have to be reloaded, it saves you time and better yet people will trust it more Wink
829  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: New Faucet list, only approved faucets without "anti-bot" schemes on: November 22, 2015, 04:28:40 PM
Voting is not working. Please enable it so we can share our opinions and a top 10 of faucets can come.

Most of the faucets i have used were just rubbish.
830  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ***CEX.IO Bitcoin Exchange (Official Thread)*** on: November 22, 2015, 04:27:25 PM
They will not restart their mining operation on those old asics.

Propably they have sold them already, leaving investors with left with hope.

This is the main reason so many people left them.
831  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Dutyfree.io - Buy cheap cigarettes with Bitcoin on: November 22, 2015, 04:26:12 PM
any problems shipping to Australia  Huh

As mentioned in our FAQs and our checkout page, our seizure rate in Australia, New Zealand and Germany is nontrivial, however it still makes sense to order from us given the insane cigarette prices down there.

OK will give it a go placed my first order with you:

Davidoff Gold  Grin

My friend told me about your service a few weeks ago. Today i got my ciggies and everything is fine. Nothing was seized and no problems with customs (to pay fee etc.).

832  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: November 22, 2015, 04:24:41 PM
So what is the problem with Hashnest exactly? They ve been the best cloud around. Why complains?

Sorry for my sh*t english... But I think easy to see what's wrong!

HN is the only cloud service that is worth trying. But I believe without the slightest care in the web, it can be difficult to maintain "trusted" status.
A small effort to improve can make a big difference.

The problem is they focus on services that bring more money. Their resources are sending the miners to customers.

Like said here, they don't feel they are obligated to to respond to service tickets anymore, since that money is already in their posession. Correct me if I am wrong, but that's the reason why they don't give out support
now.
833  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cryptsy what next on: November 22, 2015, 04:22:43 PM
In a few weeks, propably before the end of the year we will read that cryptsy has seized their business due to insolvent balance.

No normal person would think of depositing money to cryptsy now.
834  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Reminder, if you sell something for BTC, sign up a deal for Bitcoin Black Friday on: November 22, 2015, 04:21:20 PM
It's always free to sign up a Black Friday deal for Bitcoin Businesses.

BitcoinBlackFriday is the largest Bitcoin shopping campaign of the year. It's basically free advertising.

Sign up here: http://bitcoinblackfriday.com/merchant

I sent some mails to my favourite merchants.

Can they contact you directly? Maybe by mail?

Reason is i got questions from them and you can answer them better I think?
835  Economy / Speculation / Re: Back to $ 400 soon? on: November 22, 2015, 04:19:48 PM
I think it will go down before the end ot the next month.

The holiday season is expensive. Now with bitcoin within a reasonable value to sell, people will sell to pay off for christmas presents etc.
836  Economy / Speculation / Re: Five digits on: November 22, 2015, 04:14:27 PM
Maybe in 3 years. Wait better yet make it 5 years.

330 to 10K is like 30 times, perhaps 10 years is a better prediction.

The last bubble was 200 usd to 1200, that's 6 times and it hold only for a few weeks.
837  Economy / Economics / Re: What don't we know about the Chinese economy? on: November 22, 2015, 04:12:34 PM
What don't we know about the Chinese economy?
What are things which the general public doesn't know about the Chinese economy?

A lot.

Did you now they have a-shares (for western instituions), but the same stocks are also traded (cheaper) as b-shares.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/b-shares.asp

It is really interesting to know how to build this construction to profit from western capital

That's some shady things they do. Do you have to be registered as a chinese company/individual to trade on the b share market?
838  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 22, 2015, 04:10:15 PM
Nah, I don't see it dissapearing. Sure we got e-currencies, but that's all traceble. People who care about anonimity would want to stash it in somewhere.

Not just the criminals, but also regular people. Isn't it our right to manage and maintain our own money where and how we want?
839  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The 10 bitcoin traders you must follow on Twitter on: November 21, 2015, 12:45:42 AM
I follow winklevoss since 3 months. Really got my interest with the announcement of Gemini.

They did great by the way,  So many  potential there.
Let's hope they can keep it up.

P.S. I know Adam from Viral, he has some nice marketing tactics. Let's hope he didn't forget them, the current price of viral is not looking good on his resume.
840  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Antminer S8 ? on: November 21, 2015, 12:42:25 AM
I don't anticipate an S8 release.

I WOULD bet on an eventual "S7+" release, once they get the bloody things working in a stable way.

I also anticipate the Bitmain will join the 14/16nm mining chip crowd but they'll go straight to "full custom" with BitFury and KnC have claimed to have tape-out or production on rather than doing the non-custom design like the Lketc / Innosilicon chip design(s) appear to be.

True knowing bitcoin they will first launch there S7 +, even though the hashrate of the last batches were different

Batch 8  Hash Rate: 4.73 TH/s ±5%
Batch 7 Hash Rate: 5.06 TH/s ±5%

Yes, how can the latter batch be less efficient?

I don't understand it.
