Volume has skyrocketed. It just awes me that so many people are willing to sell right now than they were at 200. If you were so confident in Bitcoin as to not sell at $200, why are you following herd mentality and selling at the low point? Boggles my mind...

You find an escrow, you send him 1000$ in btc, the escrow sells the amount on mtgox, gives the winner 2000$ back buying from mtgox.

The bitcoin protocol has proven itself pretty well over the years. The infrastructure built around it has not. The events of the past few days appear to have attracted the attention of professionals in trading infrastructure. It'll take some time for it to get built out and prove itself, but the prospects are looking hopeful that it will get built, and with the support of robust infrastructure the fundamentals of bitcoin will be able to fully express themselves. That's what I think.
So what happened to your single digits talking? |

Are you counting those who bought high and still didn't sell as having 'lost'? Your confidence that the game's over does not make it so. I'd be interested in your reasoning or figures behind the 'lots of people lost a Lot claim.
Well, at least I can say that lots of people made a lot selling at the right time. Where did that lot come from? |
