А если говорить о закладках и "тайных подменах клиента", то не забываем о открытых исходниках и сообществе. Безусловно, делать ревизии кода могут единицы, но следить за их публичным общением могут тысячи. А следить за профильными форумами куда выплывают все новости может каждый. Любое минимально обоснованное подозрение обрушит курс на бирже и сделает бессмысленными все усилия по "захвату" монеты.
Вообще, любая защита базируется на соотношении профит/затраты. Чтобы взять под контроль Bitcoin нужно "склонить к сотрудничеству" пару десятков человек из тех, кто сейчас на Satoshi Roundtable. Любым трем майнинговым пулам из пяти крупнейших достаточно негласно объединиться, чтобы выполнять double spending. 2-3 производителя asic-майнеров задирают сложность до небес, выбрасывая мелких майнеров и идею децентрализации на свалку. Сложно взять под контроль? А профит - контроль над экономикой размером в 6,7 миллиардов. Жалкие десятки миллионов какого-нибудь форка не стоят расходов на этом фоне.

Это и есть инерция мышления, которую я имею ввиду. Bitcoin не справляется? Обвесим его дополнительными сервисами. Сайдчейны, миксеры... Да, они разрушают децентрализацию, создают угрозу нашей "псевдоанонимности", но мы готовы жертвовать, потому что "ну это же bitcoin". А форки, "кто их знает, как они там устроены, ну их...". Три года назад я слышал эти же аргументы против bitcoin, а ещё раньше против электронных платежей вообще.
По моему, форк - самый сильный инструмент Open source сообщества. Если разработчики топчутся на месте или пошли "не туда", не нужно тратить силы на политику и бороться за контроль над кодом. Выбираем ветку, которая идёт "туда" и присоединяемся к ней. Или создаём свою, если совсем уже все плохо. Тысячи "говнофорков", созданных на волне популярности криптовалют и проживших пару месяцев, пока разработчики не продали свой премайн - это не проблема механизма, а лишь результат истерики, которая неизбежно возникает вокруг успешных проектов.
Сейчас рынок уже "подчистил" ряды альткоинов. В первой десятке по капитализации можно найти все варианты развития: от "децентрализованного PayPal" до "Умных контрактов". Хотите хранить юридические факты в блокчейне? Можно конечно засовывать хэши в поле OP_RETURN и возводить шаткую пирамиду костылей над Bitcoin, а можно просто использовать Factom, специально под это заточенный. Хотите анонимизировать свои деньги? Можно довериться централизованному, неизвестно каким спецслужбам подконтрольному миксеру, который смешает ваши монеты с монетами неизвестно каких наркодиллеров, а можно использовать Dash, поддерживающий анонимизацию "из коробки".

Проблема максимального размера блока - это только следствие. То, что она возникла - лишь результат попыток "препрофилирования" Bitcoin. Усилиями узкого круга разработчиков и бизнесменов из него пытаются сделать "децентрализованную Visa", что никак не ложится на архитектуру Bitcoin. Но миллиарды вложенные в сеть уже нельзя эффективно возвращать в рамках парадигмы "платёжной системы для криптоанархистов" и попытки приделать слону крылья будут продолжаться. А ведь нужно было всего лишь посмотреть на другие форки с более подходящей архитектурой. Тот же Dash, к примеру. Тут тебе и мгновенные платежи и никаких проблем с пропускной способностью (даже 0,3% сети Dash сейчас имеет большую пропускную способность по транзакциям, чем все 100% сети Биткоин). Но увы... Bitcoin ещё долго будут терзать, пока инерция мышления не уступит здравому смыслу.

Хм. уловка от Cryptsy - это узнается довольно быстро. Наверно что-то все же не так раз не спешат с судебным иском Возможно и так. Ой такие новости наводят меня на мысли.. причем не очень хорошие. И это все усиливаетса, так как у меня там средства лежат  Только что вывел BTC с Cryptsy. Подтверждённый вывод провисел 6 часов в ожидании. Через 3 часа создал тикет, ещё через 3 ответили и отправили монеты. Так что работает пока |
