Order #11369 made on February 2, 2013. Order status: high-priority.
Thank you for that. However my order is 11369... Well ok, I can hope it to be processed really in High priority? As if you process number after number I have time still...
Also what is the new delay now to those units are put in a box, sticked with adress and expedited? I should have already it in hands so be listed is good, now next step would be to sent it to me.
For other people who posted in this thread, please also update about your case so I can rectify fist post when problem ae solved for each.

there's always two side of the story, here's the last ticket I supposely "closed" http://puu.sh/3y0U3.png#2329 is shipped and closed awhile ago, not to mention that ticket doesn't even make any sense. just another anti-like google translated nightmare. It never fail to amuse me when we send out ~600 units, and out of the few we have problem with, always complains the loudest, and everyone who did recieve them are busy mining and doesn't say shit. best community ever. If these people don't have their acts together by the time real adults bring machines and chips to market, both BFL and Avalon will fade to nothing more than punch lines of jokes. we can't wait either, none of avalon team want this to be a business, especially b2c. After some posts and send private message to BitSyncom my order page change and I see "Order #11361 made on February 2, 2013. Order status: high-priority." Thank you BitSyncom. But the question remains - what I do wrong? 5 tickets - no response 1 post in the "...SCAM...." theme and everything appears in 1 hour Also tiket #1241 I added when on my ticket #982 - " What is my order number? ..... I swear people don't even read, neotrix you never created a new ticket, I specifically asked you to do this in this thread if it was older than June.
I just dug through all this shit to find your ticket made in May.

Didn't you replied me in PM here that I have to update the shop with my adress...( where no order are listed) which I did 2 days ago and replied you by PM that It was done and I was waiting for my orders be listed? And now you want I open a F****** new ticket, If I do I flood your F****** ticket support system with 1000 tickets does it sound fair? cause you deserve it actually...I'm dreaming or???... Dont take people for dumb, dont go so far....it start to become really irritating for your customers... Just check your shop, my username neotrix, add my 2 orders and send the units to adress I provided, Well do your job.... Or refund me at least 152 btc... |

YOU ARE A FECKING BUSINESS! I can understand what you're saying; I was young once, too. Yifu please give us a clue when batch#3 starts to ship ? He already said it in his emails He is (was) 90% done with batch #2. Trade-ins are next, I guess; then batch #3. Give him a month or two...They will ship, just be patient. I won't be patient when people who ordered on 18 th february, also 15 days after me are mining already... As I pre ordered and as Avalon is under a USA LLC then I should even be requested to accept or not (meaning refund if not) for each new delay...We are now even not talking more about delay but about and UNEXISTENT support...which make that some dont receive their units. Some bad mind like my lawer can even assume Yifu is mining with our products which mean this problem could even be a wish....But I'm actually not so bad ind as my lawer...And still thinking Yifu is busy, spending his new cash recently earned... Let talk about laws and company.... Rights of consumers.... It will enlight some I think... He already said it in his emails He is (was) 90% done with batch #2.
Trade-ins are next, I guess; then batch #3.
Give him a month or two...They will ship, just be patient.
Im following every news from Avalon and they also said that #2 will finish with end of june and #3 follows next. So there we are again 7 day late for me and some others. But yes we have to be patient... We know In avalon god we trust... But not anymore... |

I'm still unhappy you mined with my units and exect to don't receive second hand units with some parts I have to replace cause you used them some much minning BTC while it was 200 usd... You want compation, Give us some first  I still wait wait update for my order. I guess people of batch 1 missed still waiting too. We dont want a war just that you understand each day you miss us is like 150 usd that we lost...I never willing to give you hard time, however if you dont fix the probem EMERGENTLY trust me this forum thread will be one of your smallest problem then... I am noticing that the number of shares that are left at .20 keeps rising. While I remember reading that there are several blocks of IPO shares, I do not see any dialog about releasing those shares. Can you please let us know how many more blocks of shares at .20 will be released and when (if possible)?
There will be only 1 batch of 10 000 shares sold at 0.2 in BTC, and another sell in LTC rate equivalent of 0.2 BTC. The batch 3 : 10 000 shares at 0.25 BTC The batch 4 : 10 000 shares at 0.30 BTC The batch 5 : 10 000 shares at 0.35 BTC Actualy as said previously I'm actually placing shares for sales by 500 or 1000 shares, adding slowy to the 0.2 wall when we sold some shares, the batch 1 at 0.2 in btct.co, as the big wall was scaring some investors. Lot of investors emailed me about and decision has been took acording their recommendation. You can see easily the number of shares sold in BTCT.co seeing the number of shares outstanding. If you see 7500 shares outstanfing in Btct.co it mean it still 7500 shares which will be sold at 0.2 BTC I hope this will help for clarification |

you will get your avalon. They have no reason to scam because they are already more then just rich!
We have been patient. We didnt play lottery, we just funded his richness...Until we are not delivered or refunded or more...It is a scam for us Yes we made him rich but still it was not enought as he felt the need to mine for a while with our units to double the earning... Well... We still in the 10% of units he decided to keep saying thanks to his buggy shop for early buyer and unucky buyer...Do you think really our units not delivered are not actually plugged and mining??? nice scammer model....sorry....nice Business model... On the order of February 2, total silence - created several tickets. July 5 is one of the last tickets just closed - no comment. Do not know what to do next.  2 units for me, 3 for another and 2 for you We are at 7 units missing, also like 10500 usd scammed...the count continu... No - 1 unit only on 2 feb payment/ Ok updated |

+1 We are some in batch 2. Like 20 or 30 people. For batch 1 Im not sure but like 10 or 20 people still waiting their units....here where it start to be a big problem for a supposed serious company. We just need BitSyncom take few hours to fix 40 ticket problem.... As koddos.com, a guy who work for me for few hundreds bucks month reply 200 ticket daily... Avalon have like 1000 support ticket opened only since start.... |

Avalon is a bit responsive now with their ticket website. You can try to post a few support tickets along with wallet bit confirmation number and wait for the results.
Thank you for advice anyway I done all I have to... Now will just wait 1 or 2 days more for a reply or then I will go out of this thread, stoping to waste time... letting my Lawer handle this for me. 'Im like avalon, Im busy, even more... They are aware of my order, shop info are again updated...but my order still not listed. I have waited 3 month more than I should, more than some who ordered after me. Sure I waited less than batch 1 mising people but their case is unbelievable and their loss are totally scaring...For them free units should even be offered to try to compensate their loss... For my order, a deliver in next week or a refund will be enought (Refund in BTC as avalon take only BTC they can refund only BTC) In this case I will have loaned money to avalon for 0% but well...better than to have nothing |

Verification email now arrived. Still lands in the spam folder but it does arrive. Logged in and fixed security. Thanks a lot. Maybe check up with Big Vern at cryptsy. Most of the time their confirmation emails to live.com email are straight to inbox and indistinguishable from "instant".
Yes email has been fixed, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You can aso check your Spam folders as it is possible due the number of email some receive (if notification activated), that your email class it in spam. Our emails arrive instantly also. It was just a problem of email server yesterday,having issue for few hours but it is fixed now. |

If I would think and act like this for my own customers, I would be actually selling potatoes at market for a boss...anyway I wont be in bussiness anymore doing such practice scammy... Avalon is a LLC company, not only a guy in his bedroom who done a small project and sold it on ebay as individual. It involve millions USD and using USA image for the company. At least I advise avalon to hire a lawer to know about their right, and right of customers  Cause when a customer order you 3000 usd or more, think he have for sure himself a lawer... And wont accept just to be scammed without any complain. Avalon sold pre orders. The law is clear about a PRE ORDER (product not existing hen ordered) say that each buyers should have be requested agreement to accept each new delay. The delay have to be accepted by buyers. A excat date have to be done.... We are far of this... SO yes I advice avalon to take care of the few last customers they still missing... Could cost them much more later than to deliver 20 or 30 units they keep mining for themself actually...(which was als not announced at start...another mistake for laws...) +100
