103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scams on Localbitcoins on: April 21, 2014, 05:22:39 AM
Scams are everywhere! We need to come up with a radical way how to fight them

Detection, documentation, sharing and learning from other's experiences. Nothing radical necessary nor possible.

106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your Bitcoin storage solution? "Share It!" on: April 13, 2014, 02:17:42 AM
I've been giving them to other people on Bitstamp to hold and when I need them, I pay $ to get them back again. Funny thing is that they never give back the same amount... hmmm...

111  Economy / Speculation / Re: Interview in English about the Chinese situation on: April 06, 2014, 03:29:16 PM
Great information, thank you! The Chinese buyers must know this, so there is no reason why they shouldn't just hold onto their coins instead of dumping. All in all it looks like this is the bottom after all.

It is also very fascinating to hear that the Chinese gov know that they can't stop it, and will not risk it going underground by a ban. This is big!

It's not just the Chinese government that once the price of BTC lower. Institutional investors won't get on board until it's lower than we are now.
Like the Canadian shill guy said, why buy it $450 when early adopters got it for pennies.
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Butterfly Labs Now Has A TV Show! on: April 05, 2014, 04:55:34 AM

113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reminder: Mt Gox owns the Bitcoin trademark on: April 05, 2014, 04:45:04 AM
Under the Crytocurrency Consitution, Crypto trademarks cannot be claimed by any individual or entity.

I know of the Cryptocurrency King, the cryptocurrency universe, and the cryptocurrency economy but I never heard of the Cryptocurrency Constitution?

I made it about a year ago, just search it, haven't taken the draft copy off, but no one suggested changes so its the final copy now

have got a few digital copy's plus a framed one on the wall like it came out of an old Spanish galleon Smiley

on top of this I'm planning the Cryptocurrency Banking act though that's going to be some piece of work and will take a few months yet

I don't recognize your constitution! Grin
Sometimes I don't recognize my own.  Cry
114  Economy / Speculation / Re: A year from now (2014/04/05) on: April 04, 2014, 01:10:34 AM
I predict that a year from now the bitcoin price will be in the quadruple digits.  I just want to enshrine this prediction in its own thread.  I hope somebody remembers to dig this up a year from now.  In the meantime I hope to take advantage of the current bitcoin bubble.  My the odds be ever in my favor.

Will it be fixed soon? It is a pain at night.

About the bad screen adjust? Will it be fixed soon?

Thanbks a lot Ighor for your huge and wonderful work Smiley

Tested on Mac OS X a lot, there is 4-7% cpu load.
What version of app you use?
Is there always 99% CPU load? What exchange you use?
The most I see on my Mac is never > 10%

120  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: BTC mining contract / cloud mining on: March 20, 2014, 10:07:55 AM
For people like me who pay a bit over $.16/kWh, it would appear worth a try. I thought about setting up a miner in my parents' place where they don't pay for electricity but mom would wind up spilling beer on it and not tell me about it.
