Burnin please say that you will also allow one Groupbuyer to also buy in bigger quantities from you. We as community dont want to deal with them in any way. And all what they want is to set up miners for there own farm. Yeah what ? Fuck them im really pissed at this stage.
The only chance to get DIY for a reasonable price died with some people who does not even want to distribute miners. awesome.

Okay so lets say people can start mining at the 3. week or OCT. If everything works as planned.
But still there is a lot in common and its a big risk to buy it even when receiving it on third week of October.
(After all that BFL and Avalon shit, people are sick of sharing the whole loss.)

I dont want to convice you about dropping prices i want you to think this through:

There are a lot of customers who planned to buy bitfury burners, but got screwed by burnins new distributor cryptX and his big margin.
There is a lot of hate comming towards the good name of burnin because of false statements and (not purposely) misleading.
If you are able to reduce the risk on the buyer side, by for example lowering prices, there will be much more people buying your board and giving you the trust you deserve.
And if they trust you once and it worked, they will surely trust you next time on the new Project.(May it be cointerra,hashfast, bitfury or even technobit chips )

You prooved with your Avalon Hex Board running at 450mhz that you are capable of doing boards.
People have seen that and will recognize your name for that. So Hopefully dont make the same mistake as burnin did with his new "distributor".

you said you will get the chips in first October week and will need 2-3 weeks to assemble the board.
That means we can start hashing on first of November.
Based on this information and the given price it is not possible for customers to ROI.
Not even mentioned the risk if KNC, CoinTerra, Hashfast or Bitmine will start to ship between October and November.

I really like your design, but its the same discussion going on right now with Burnins Bitfury board and his new shady distributor.
It is not able to get into a positive balance with that price.
In my opinion there should the a golden mid when dealing in B2C fields, where both sides are able to into a green zone.

All miners here are sucked by blood through BFL, Avalon and the now upcoming firms.

Please share your thoughts.

I first thought marto gone a little crazy, but this here screws burnins good name to hell.

I think the current feeling of the buyers in batch1 tends to refund because each further day increases the loss significantly.

I thought that mail came from the logistic services, not from avalon.

Looks like there will be no chips delivered at all. What to do now with the first and second batch ? Request refund for the current batches and get into with the 55nm chips ?

Order was set and Paid. I choose DPD. I took 4 without Fan + enclousure for 4 of them + 1 with Heatsink.
So 5 in count. Lets wait and see, ill hope to receive them as fast as possible .

If you think there will be a big delay (more than one week after receiving the chips ?), i need to think about a refund. (I dont hope so).

I think it has something to do with overclocking. Looks like the amplifier was limiting the 20 Chips board to their 450 mhz frequency.

@burnin: Could you do those Overclocking tests in the next time ?
Would be interesting to know what the limiting factor is right now. Heat or the voltage-supply .
If its only a heat problem, people could use watercooled soloutions and stick to higher frequencys.

Isnt that strange, that nearly one month later when the first batches or lets say chips where shipped, a scond one with nearly the same amount of chips gets shipped ?

Looks more like someone did something totally wrong or want it to be this way.
So that means the next chips with ~ 130k chips will be sent next month and every month so on till all orders are delivered. Looks like there are no chips at customs at all.

It's not even sure that people who bought chips get anywhere near to zero loss.
That all is a big bang of shit comming torwards us and any announcement of new gen chips makes it even more worse.
The Hashrate will gain so significantly that we wouldnt be able to get our money back in 2 Years without paying any elcetricity bills.
There is a little timewindow between right now and beginning of October. Right in that time are the chips able to produce enough coins so you could be able to gain even your invest. But you will not be able because the chips wont even arriv ein 3 fucking weeks. Will then first assembled and you will just die in a fucking fire then because when you get it its 15 days left till your machine becomes totally useless.
