In den Core-Einstellungen findest du den Punkt: "unbestätigte Eingänge dürfen ausgegeben werden". Der Punkt muss markiert sein.

Dann überweist du mit Coin-Control (muss ebenfalls aktiviert sein) die 0.00006488 und einen anderen Betrag aus deinem Wallet mit hoher Gebühr* an dich selbst.

Das nennt sich CPFP und zieht die alte TX mit durch.
