1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON + PornHub Promotion + USDT Integration - Good or bad? on: January 27, 2020, 11:29:03 AM
Anything that adopts crypto will get profitable, especially when its an industry where more people will use it. Imagine if Steam starts using crypto for their market purchase, they will get more sales in a day than what they did for a month. The importance and advantages of crypto is far more than any fiat, big industries need to understand this and start adopting crypto where they can.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 27, 2020, 10:55:25 AM
Anyone following under 19 worldcup.? The matches are wonderful to watch and the next generation of players showing some great athleticism. India and West Indies is unbeaten in their groups and even Afghanistan is playing great cricket. My bet for the trophy is India but knockout stage will be crucial.

Not a big fan of these games, I get more enjoyment than winning or loosing. Hope to get new games soon.

She is really smart and have created some apps but the important thing is her story and how she is becoming an entrepreneur in her early age. Definitely a person to look above for teenagers. Its also a good thing that Government and Prime Minister to praise the talents.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do they accept bitcoin in your country embassy? on: January 27, 2020, 05:53:21 AM
When no government has accepted Bitcoin as a legal tender then how can you expect it to be used in a government ran Embassy..?
Also why will anyone exchange Bitcoin in an embassy when the main motto of it to be anonymous.?
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sigh... Do i need to hold and sell it later or now? Quite tricky situation. on: January 26, 2020, 05:03:13 PM
I would not suggest anyone to sell Bitcoin at this moment. The increase in demand for Bitcoin will increase once halving's effect comes into picture. So if you really want the money or you have an emergency, only then sell the equal amount which you need. Otherwise holding your BTC would be the best option until next year.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins Bounty Hunters are almost alone! on: January 26, 2020, 04:23:15 PM
It's because more than 90% of Altcoin bounties are either promoting an ico or an investment plan which will scam people sooner or later. There are allot of older project's team members who accepted that they created ico only to scam people. Why will a hero or legendary member risk his reputation on these..? Would you do it if you were one..?

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Sinking ship or Sleeping Giant? on: January 25, 2020, 12:04:25 PM
Looking at the plans of Ethereum and developments coming up, I would say it is near to a sleeping man rather than giant. If we see a spring like before when all the new projects were choosing ETH for their coin, ETH will not go up. If new projects starts accepting the developments of ETH then we may see some movement. I would say the POS update will bring in at least some new members to the community.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think is a good sustainable % to make from day trading? on: January 25, 2020, 11:29:45 AM
If you are really concentrated on trading and know the basics, then 1-3% is possible per day, Dont think that its too small but think that if you continue to make it everyday then its a good amount for a month time or more. It is not an easy task and sometimes you may do well or get a loss but keep trying and be attentive towards news, the market fluctuates on news.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Realistic 3x - 5x on: January 25, 2020, 10:52:00 AM
It's possible, that's not called luck because these coins are indeed legit.

KMD for example is one of the oldest coins I've invested in the past and although it dump like 20 fold times from its ATH to the current price, I still find it attractive. IMO, it's the market that will dictate a big pump like our expectation but what we just like to see is just a recovery price, not really a big thing since the ATH is still too high, so it's good to expect that kind of growth.

Possible,,, but the reality is you can own a legit coin and not make money,,, while you can also own a coin that is an actual scam and still make a lot of profit. You only need to look back at some of the coins from 2017 and 2018, where people who left actually admitted their company was just scamming people. And their coins made a lot of profit (until they dumped).

Very true, People invested in anything which came up and became popular by their marketing strategies. Not every coin was a successful one or even genuinely working for crypto for that matter. There are many top coins which may jump to 3x-5x in a matter of time but staying there would be an issue in this volatility. Hopefully, we will see good alt season this time and make some profits from them.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bangladesh tour of Pakistan 2020 on: January 25, 2020, 08:20:38 AM
I hope this will encourage more countries to take a tour in Pakistan, Also the Pakistan Cricket Board should get more power regarding the security of other teams. With the first match won by Pakistan easily, I am looking for Bangla to fight back and try harder this time. My bets are on Pakistan for now.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Okay. Billionaire investor says Millennials should invest in bitcoin. So? on: January 25, 2020, 07:42:58 AM
I would suggest you to hold at least 1 Bitcoin and keep holding it until the phase of mass adoption comes in the crypto community. I think the pre halving season is always a bumpy ride and we may see more dumps than pumps. Hopefully, countries will start regulations and will start using crypto as a normal currency.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Does China Control Bitcoin? on: January 24, 2020, 11:22:25 AM
You are missing a big point here. The mining power is not under control of Chinese government, its the people, the community who mine Bitcoin and other coins. Also there are miners in other parts of the world too, if China stops, other countrymen will start making more and that may be a loss for China. They have already started implementing blockchain in the government and positive towards crypto now.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: January 24, 2020, 10:08:51 AM
First of all happy birthday to the Dash community, Have been looking into Dash since beginning. I think Dash has done a great job till now and lots more to do in 2020. The market is supporting Dash as we can see the price got doubled recently. But I feel that its on a correction course right now and thinking of making an entry at the right time.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: January 24, 2020, 07:14:45 AM
Highly depends on which country you are living in. There are many countries where there you need to provide little to none of your personal details to buy crypto but there are many where you should do KYC in order to not get scammed by a random seller. Personally I dont feel any obligation to provide KYC if the exchange is secure enough and is the best option in your country.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think should I buy for 1 year? on: January 24, 2020, 06:13:37 AM
After 3 months I will be in the army for a whole year. And I came to the conclusion that I need to buy something for $1000.
Have you found what you want to buy, with the dollars you have now with $ 1000, if not, you can buy anything for your family, clothes for your wife and children.

If I suggest, you can divide the money into two parts of $ 5,000 for investment, such as Bitcoin, BCD, and ETH.
And $ 5,000 as I mentioned above.
I hope you will find something useful for your family.

It was $1000 he was talking about and not $10000

I have a rule that if you want to hold a crypto for more than a year, I meant planning to hold and not hold because the market is crashing, then it should always be Bitcoin. Alts cannot be trusted for more than a year because of allot of reasons. It doesnt matter 1 or 2 year but it will be Bitcoin all the time.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Safe Haven for Your Money? on: January 24, 2020, 04:51:24 AM
Another Click bait thread for his own video.

Anyways, Bitcoin is not Safe Haven for your money. If mass adoption takes place which might take another decade then we may think about being a safe haven as we will be able to spend it worldwide for anything. Right now its only a risky investment with a brighter future.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum About to Break Out of a 2-Year Bear Market? on: January 23, 2020, 11:01:16 AM
The problem with ETH is that its dumps are higher than its pumps. At a short term trade it might be very profitable but there is no sustainability to it in the longer term. ETH got good developments and updates this year and might start a breakout soon. With that we may see a good alt season.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the ways i can cash out Bitcoin in another country? on: January 23, 2020, 09:37:18 AM
It depends on the country you are moving to. If you are travelling to a country like India then it will be too hard to cash them out as there is no Bitcoin ATM or even if someone opens one then the fees will be too high.

https://coinvigilance.com/bitcoin-debit-cards-prepaid-visa-and-mastercard-comparison/
This might be useful to you as the list is self explanatory and you can see where you can easily cash it out and spend.
