and i have the same problem, extremaly low kH/s on 7950, the best what I got is 293 kH/s using reaper, when  OC my gpu hashrate stay on 292 kH/s when i downclock gpu/mem 700/800 I still have the same ;/
i've tried about 30 diffrent combinations and a don't have good result at all ;/
