Huh? You most definitely can "cash out". However, it's extremely limited in how you can do it. You can only cash out money that you earned from auctions, and only if you flagged that to happen at the time you made the auction.

Has anybody tried contacting this guy? The paperwork requires a verified contact after a deal breaks apart (them logging in after they are PMed counts). Otherwise, we're supposed to wait about 2 weeks from when the deal was supposed to be completed to proceed.

And he wasn't punished for that. What he was punished for was the trollish comments he made in that post, such as asking if Vual was 12. If he had left things at that, the thread would have turned out much better.

The only edited post in that thread was the first post, and that was on January 18th.

For the record, because Highway 596 didn't sign his post, I have no evidence that he is the person he says he is. The reason why I am whitelisting him is based on other qualifications that he has met.
