It will simply mean bitcoin will no longer be suitable to make micro transactions as more unconfirmed transactions in mempool simply means you have to pay more in fees to get faster confirmation. I don't think all of this unconfirmed transactions are normal transactions, someone is attacking bitcoin network.

I don't think there is any such service so you may have to find any possible arbitrage betting opportunity manually. Also i find arbitrage betting quite risky because even for small profit margin, you have to put so much in bets.

I think this decision is good one because right now mempool is full with unconfirmed transaction and recommend fee is quite high right now. Paying those massive fee from pocket will bankrupt any business. Also 0.005BTC minimum withdrawal is not that much as well as fee of 0.0005 is reasonable.

2. Add SSL certificate before launching
