After talking this with the developers they have also confirmed that they only way to do this would be offchain,
I wanted to check before going head on with the development to implement a structure to be able to do this

How could we track so that the bitcoin used would be from investor A & B first (as those deposits happened first) and then 0.5BTC from Investor A again to supply the customer's bitcoin.

So first deposit is used first if that makes sense?
In short we want to track input / output so we can payout the correct amount / % to the investor... (we want to automate this & not have to run reports manually)

If this is not possible then another solution we are considering is that

Investor A sends 0.70BTC
Investor B send 0.30BTC

= 100%

Customer Buys 0.20BTC = (20%)

Investor A gets (70% of sale)
Investor B gets (30% of sale)

Because the % would be based on how many investors + how much BTC + how much BTC is sold.

Release date is still a few weeks off, I have the node setup on azure, testing some features / sync.

I'm not really attacking the logo as such, however I just feel its rather random and does not fit the brand.. it's more like something you would find in a harry potter novel over a fintech company.

Working in eCommerce is know how important branding is and I feel that espers logo lacks the professionalism that the team behind it posses.

Initially I was going to invest in this ICO, However with the team unwilling to disclose who they are just screams alarm bells, why if you had a solid product would you not disclose who was behind it?

I have tested the bot and although I have been initially impressed there are products already on the market that can do extactly what this does: "Coinigy"

$PING sole purpose will be for subscriptions to the product, this is a very limited scope of use.

This bot is really aimed at new traders, who will have little knowledge on altcoins to start with and will most likely stick to an exchange rather than having multiple wallets, so you are giving them another learning curve of trading their bitcoin for some $PING just to buy a subscription to this service.

For this reason I see subscriptions to be on the low side.

The only Plus I can see is that waves is trading at about $3.50+ and the ICO for this coin works out about $0.26 per $PING so because the coin is based on the waves platform then it may see atleast a multiple return if you quick enough to sell your share once it hits an exchange... other than that I do not see a long-term price in $PING unless the scope of its use is considered for other project uses.

I strongly feel that the team behind this needs to be disclosed for serious investors to come forward.

Selling 100,000 bitcoins for £400,000... And Holding a further 100,000 on Mtgox that were lost forever in the hack

Obviously at the time £400k was a lot of money and I paid less than £30,000 for them about a year earlier.

OK, so a few years ago I started a project to create a UK Bitcoin exchange, however sadly at the time banks were not willing to have any part of it and then the mtgox meltdown happened taking almost all of my money with it...

Fast forward a few years and investments I still had in bitcoin and other altcoins have paid off again and im now financially able to get back into development.

Now obviously the space has changed, there are more established exchanges and services, however I still think there is space in the market for a UK Altcoin Exchange & Services.

I personally have around £40,000 to invest and although i would be open to other investors I'm more looking for a developer / team that would be willing to work with me on this project?

I Would prefer a UK based developer, however I have worked with many overseas developers in the past, including originally on this project although you would have to be a reconsidered / respected member here.
