I have no trust for Hashie. They are completely unknown. I hope that AM has information about who these people are.
I asked them point blank. If I understand the response correctly, they know even less about hashie than we do. This is response I got: We don't know Hashie before we promote AMHash on that platform, we consider people's worries, so we will controller the risk of this platform, even it's confirmed by people. As for the risk involved in buying amhash through hashie, after 4 attempts I managed to get this somewhat comprehensible response: 1.We already got a set number of deposit from Hashie to minimize the risk. 2.Hashie will square account with us daily during they selling the AMHash3. 3.Also,Hashie will update the AMHash owners list to us daily to make sure everything still on the track if the site is down or some other thing happens.Just like the direct share of ASICMiner. 4.You may verify you AMHash3 shares(purchased on Hashie) here: http://www.amhash.com/hashie/index.php

pbmining also paid for almost a year.
But achieving that required an ever increasing influx of new victims throughout that year. One would hope that pbminings collapse has opened enough eyes that is very unlikely to be repeated. More so if you consider how many of these ponzi's are being launched each week, all competing for the same suckers. FWIW I will be surprised if this ponzi is still around after February and flabbergasted if it lasts until next summer. IOW, even the earliest investors will likely not profit.

I received mine today. Comes in sealed envelope wrapped in larger envelope, tamper proof code wrapping is also intact. Card is valid until 07/17
Havent tried using it yet, but Im sure it works the same as all the other polish prepaid visa cards Ive used previously, and with the same limitations. Dont use these cards to withdraw money from bitcoin exchanges, they will get blocked.
Anyway, +1 trust for OP.

OK tried it today. Sold a little less than 1 BTC. Here is what I found;
The good news is that it works, and that by itself is pretty awesome. The exchange rate/ margin is doable for occasional use. The location where the atm is hosted is brilliant, didnt know it, but its lovely internet/cafe/bistro/not sure what you have there, although one does look out of place without a laptop.
The not so good news; First its a bit more cumbersome than I expected and than needed. First you register with your phone, confirm with an SMS code that arrives almost instantly. Fair enough, one comment perhaps is you might want to mention the phonenumber needs to be entered in international format. Selling itself is easy enough with QR code. After you sent your bitcoins, you have to wait for I believe 2 confirmations. Thats entirely reasonable, so far so good.
Once the 2 confirmations have arrived, you receive an SMS with a code and a msg that you can collect the cash. To use the code, you have to log in again with your phonenumber, which is then validated again by yet another code via SMS, you have to enter the code, then enter the code of the earlier sms to collect. That shouldnt be necessary. Just entering the code on the confirmation sms should be enough IMO.
Secondly, the atm was nearly out of cash. I hope thats not going to happen too frequently. This might partially explain my last problem; when I collected the cash, the atm spits out one note at the time, and does so reaaaly slowly. I looked like an idiot picking up a 5 euro note, waiting, a 10 euro note, waiting, another 5 euro note, waiting, over and over again with only a few 20 euro notes and no 50 (let alone 100 euro). It took forever!
For tiny amounts, who cares, but I pity the guy that collects 500 euro there!

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Genesis-mining.com || World's leading hosted Scrypt hashpower provider!

In order to accurately rate genesis-mining for the 101 list in my signature, Id like some answers to a few questions. If anyone could help answer these, mostly for SHA:
- there a public mining address, and/or can customers direct their hashrate to their own pool? - Has any asic vendor endorsed genesis mining and confirmed they are a substantial customer of theirs? - Have pictures or video's been published of their datacenter ? - Is there a way to compare sold hashrate vs (provably deployed) hashrate to ensure there is no fractional reserve mining going on? - Are there referral programs, and if so, whats their yield?
Thx
(edit duh, just realized I posted this in alt coin section. Oh well)

With the above being said, is it wise to invest in these contracts? No absolutely not, it is too risky for me, however others may have different risk tolerance.
I think that Mabsark's, puppets's and MrTeal's actions are likely violating securities laws by what I consider to be attempting to pump the price of AM1 on havelock.
Thats a bit rich really. Aside from the actual security regulation violations that are almost certainly being committed by havelock & co, most if not all the issuers on such sites, and every other issuer that creates a secondary market; how could I possibly 'pump and dump' when first of all, I have never recommended buying any bitcoin security ever, and secondly, I dont have a thing to 'dump'. @ puppet - you are not a scam buster. Having such label on your personal message is very misleading. Yeah because we all know scambusting is an official and heavily regulated profession I will say I fully agree with you on canary's trust issue.

- Nexus Mining is legit, they're currently white labeling a respectable cloud mining provider.
How does that make them legit? They claim to buy the hardware and operate multiple datacenters. Are you saying they are just renting hashrate elsewhere? Besides, I think people will want to make their own judgement on who is a respectable provider. You might call GAWminer respectable, many would disagree. If nexus dont disclose who they buy their hashrate from, what their deal is (like contract duration etc..), this is meaningless. I could rent 10PH on nicehash for a while and resell perpetual contracts based on that. Would you call me legit ?

Question about Genesis-Mining. You gave them a 1+4+7, can you point out where a Bitcoin hardware vendor vouched for them to satisfy #2? Their pricing seems more reasonable, but unless I'm misunderstanding it seems like they're offering a lifetime contract with all fees included for $0.77/GH/s. That raises all kinds of red flags regardless of having a couple pictures of hashing boxes.
I dont remember, and wonder if I messed up. I removed them from the list while Im reviewing this, thx for pointing out! edit: Marco reminded me where I saw it, its on their homepage, testimonials from spondoolies en zeus. Granted, they could easily be faked, so I asked for a confirmation from the other party, but I would expect we'd have heard from Guy by now if that was faked. Other points are being discussed.

Recently I just saw that Cryptomine.io receive a red feedback from Mabsark (default trust) and Mabsark also receive a red feedback from der_troll (default trust)
And I'm called it "Chain of Red Feedback"
Who must we trust ? Is this kind of trust abuser ?
Thanks for the attention , guys
One of them (rightfully) expresses distrust in a few glaringly obvious ponzi scams that refuse to make promised disclosures. That person has been contributing to this forum since 2011 The other promotes scams like terabox, posts mostly silly gifs and offered to sell his account Take your pick, but my guess is der_troll account was sold and is now being abused to push scams.

Our corporation is registered with the government, otherwise we would not be able to operate in Canada. The German law text will soon be corrected to reflect Canadian Law as well. Password reset will be corrected to show Nexus, Thanks for pointing out all those little errors, we appreciate your input. If there anything else you may want to give us feedback on, please let us know.
Too bad its not showing the correct signature, or this would be my first nomination for "least worst post of the month" award. Cant remember last time I read something more hilarious.

(referring to pbmining) then claims to have received a full refund.. yeah, Im sure all pb customers can sleep well tonight

[those who get in early on these ponzi's will not find a break even point, nor profit from it. i think there have been enough of these things to safely say that there is enough information to assist people in making an informed decision. When pbmining began there were not enough people who spoke long enough to make a difference. times have changed and what you are doing is admirable. do not tire.
I agree its likely even early investors in these will no longer break even, and that may have some impact. Compare it to all these 'bitcoin arbitrage investment' ponzi's that no longer seem to be making headways these day. Then again I thought the same after Pirate, and mining ponzi's are far superior in concept, its really Ponzi 2.0: no bankruns, apparent short term profit yet plausibly long term investor loss. Its perfect. So I think it will be a while before that stops.
