Well, I guess you should visit this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=138866.0 and see if that helps in anyway in your situation. Perhaps you need some deeper info for your lawyers etc. I hope it helps.

46  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Cairnsmore2 - What would you like? on: March 28, 2013, 09:25:48 AM
I'm very interested but also a newbie and I didn't have enough money for Avalon batch#3. So if prices are in that range, it's not very good for entry level miners. I would like to see perhaps smaller and cheaper unit for the beginners. But anyways, Bitcoin needs more competition on hardware market.  Wink

With two clusters on the larger unit, it will conservatively produce 72GH/s.  Yes, this is very good news - a 33% increase in hashing power!  Yes, this means the 27G unit now becomes a 36G unit.

Those ordering from Tom are happy!-)

The website is down where I can find info about this?

49  Economy / Securities / Re: [PicoStocks] 100TH/s bitcoin mine [100th] on: March 22, 2013, 01:59:27 PM
@papamoi ... we plan to offer hardware for solo mining but most likely for the Polish market. The hardware will be expensive but in Poland You can get public funding for this and save 50%-80% of costs [You can push it to 100% if You are lucky :-)] the hardware may be available in Q3 2013.

I really hope you release retail products and not only to Poland but at least for whole EU. Little bit of competition with Avalon would be good and we will need some manufacturer in Europe too.

That said... I might still invest for some shares.

if everything just like what you say, go and buy avalon =))

We would have if Avalon hadn't decided to price gouge $5200 + 20% Import duty!

It's called the free market.
Look it up.

It's also called as monopoly. Check it out.  Grin

52  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Why Avalon's "greed" is good on: March 22, 2013, 07:40:18 AM
I would like to see some smaller unit or cheaper one from Avalon. I haven't saved enough money to buy batch#3 6k unit and that's my fault but then again, I didn't exactly know that the price would jump from $1.5k to $6k.
53  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon ASIC users thread on: March 20, 2013, 10:15:07 AM
I was planning for buying one but no way for that price. I think now is safe to say that competition is required for that price to drop.
54  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: I am planning to buy Avalon batch 3..is batch 3 invitations only? on: March 20, 2013, 09:35:26 AM
I thought it was mistake but I guess it's not?  Huh

Yeah, that pretty much destroys my plan for getting one device from batch#3.
55  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitSyncom Some updates needed please or Avalon TEAM on: March 20, 2013, 09:29:16 AM
I could work as a virtual assistant and do some customer service for Avalon. I could process tickets and answer emails etc. My current work at one local helpdesk is ending in couple of weeks so I would have enough time too.  Grin

Yeah, I know this isn't going to happen for real but if somehow Avalon is interested, I'm at your service.  Wink
56  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: 16 Avalon photos on: March 19, 2013, 01:55:32 PM
Yeah, not everybody even know that exif data is so watermarking would be good thing to do.
57  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: store.avalon-asics.com - "prepping for batch #3" on: March 19, 2013, 06:39:43 AM
Do the Avalons really use 10x the power of the BFL 60GH/s ones? I was thinking about ordering batch 3 but it seems like so much power use.

BFL does not have any asic's in the market yet. So BFL asic's are more like a dream, they do not exist so you cannot really compare to some product that is not even real.
